Absolutely mindblowing service they got here! I am literally blown away! I stepped on and broke my eyeglass frames. I took them in to Eyemart and was greeted by Chris ( female). I explained that I was not eligible for a new pair of glasses under insurance until January. Chris went to work immediately to find an inexpensive pair of frames that would fit my lenses. Another employee also willingly helped out. I was out the door within 30 minutes with a better than expected outcome for under $35. This is my 2nd outstanding experience at Eyemart over the past year. Stopped to get glasses yesterday and Rebecca waited on my husband and myself. She was awesome! Helpful, considerate, polite. Havent had such an easy and enjoyable experience getting glasses in years. She was very diligent in making sure we got the right frames and making sure the measurements were accurate. We will definitely be getting our glasses there in future too.

Great Place. Have a great selection for kids that I loved, name brands. My baby loves her glass got two pairs at the cost of one pair at a different place I tried first. They was fast had both pairs done within 10 mins. Great job. I will be coming back.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel like I want to this time. We are from out of town and here for a month and my husband broke his glasses frame. I went into Eyemart to get a new pair of glasses for him as he was working and couldn’t go in himself. I picked out the frame and bought a spare pair too and they said it would be ready in an hour or possibly less (what! Amazing!) I decided that I would just do some errands and come back in an hour - 11 minutes after I left the building I had a text that BOTH FRAMES WERE READY! Absolutely incredible! And they had great friendly service too, as well as good COVID protocols.

This was my 8 yr olds first pair of glasses. The staff treated her like any other customer and went above and beyond to make it an awesome experience. When we left to wait for them to be made we were happily shocked because the glasses were done in 4 minutes!!!! Best experience ever. Great customer service! The doctor was very good with my kid. The office staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The folks on the sales floor greeted us as soon as we walked in. And everyone was so helpful and nice. And we had our glasses in under an hour. It was a very positive experience. And I will definitely return for any other eye care needs.

It was time to get new glasses but money is tight right now. I saw the ads on the tv for eyemart express and knew that it was going to cost more then what they said on the tv, but how much more, my last pair of glasses cost me $700.00. So this is an honest review and I will post photos of the glasses I got along with the receipt. I needed bifocals and also wanted my second pair to be polarized sunglasses. I got the basic frames which I really like. Got the scratch resistant coating and the gray fade, altogether I spent less then $300 for both pairs (see photo). I am extremely pleased with these glasses and would highly recommend eyemart express.

Eyemart is awesome! The staff greeted me as soon as I came in and they were very friendly! My glasses lost one of their nose pieces and the gal replaced them both for free and I was very pleased. Friendly and fast 🙂 The whole process took me 2 hours starting from the eye exam to walking out with new glasses. Everyone was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

I wish I knew the name of the lady that helped us. But she was wonderful. I was rushing to get in there before closing to get my daughters glasses ordered when I picked up my sons and she helped without complaining @ closing time. My daughters glasses were ready the very next morning at 9:15am, 15 minutes after opening. Both kids got the 2 pairs they wanted for less than one pair at other places. I will be back, for sure.

We had a problem with my son being able to see clearly through his new glasses. We took them back to have the prescription checked. They were very helpful and reminded us of their 60 day guarantee.

If you happen to go in definitely ask for Chloe..I had myself and my 2 children who all needed new glasses, and each in separate visits, she was very patient with my kids, and did everything to meet their needs. My kids were kinda picky on which frames they wanted to get. And she was great. Customer service was wonderful and fun. I wanted glasses that were fun and I found them. I took them back the next day because the bifocal was wrong. The problem was quickly discovered and because of my eyes and not the fault of the staff, my glasses had to be sent away for a special coating. I was treated with professionalism and knowledge. Great team!

Overall I was very happy with the service I received. The only thing for me that was a little disappointing was that they didnt have lenses to make my glasses the same day, so i had to wait for two weeks for them to get them in. But with that being said I would go back to them again. The staff was very helpful and once they had the glasses in I was in and out in about 45 minutes.

I had an eye exam and purchased progressive lens eye glasses. Everything about my experience was great. The optometrist was friendly, knowledgeable and an obvious expert in his field and the exam used great technology to yield fast, accurate, and stellar results. Staff was professional and friendly. Glasses were made in less than 30 minutes. Prices very fair. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have never been more impressed with a local business. While I was trying to purchase very needed glasses after cataract surgery, Eyemart Express was having temporary internet problems and couldnt get their system to add my insurance plan deductions to my purchase. Though this seemed a lot more irritating to the manager and her extremely capable and knowledgeable staff, than to me, they all maintained a very professional and courteous attitude. After they were able to get their system to work and to finally accept my credit card info, they were able to manufacture my progressive glasses in 13 minutes. I salute this company and am truly grateful that our small city, Great Falls, MT, has such a fantastic business located here.

Doctor was super nice and so were the gals in the doctors office. I got 2 pairs of glasses and saved more money with their promotions than with using my insurance. They were super patient with me trying to pick out glasses while having my 3 year old with me and he was in hyper mode. The lady helping me was wonderful, she saved me money and let my kid draw and keep her pen.

They are absolutely amazing! Titia helped me with getting TWO pairs of wonderful glasses. She wasnt pushy at all. She was very insightful. I was thinking I would have to pay hundreds of dollars, but I only paid less than 90 dollars for 2 pairs of glasses and saved 100 dollars! Everyone had a great attitude, they were fast, helpful, polite, and I got 2 pairs of glasses for about the price of 1, one within 50 minutes as my backup pair and my main pair, which I had to wait for, because of the photochromic lenses, was mailed to my house.

Each year I come here since theyve opened, service has gotten worse. I always get the roll and polish and pay extra for it and every time they forget to do it. Which then I have to go back in and wait for a tech to get it done. A couple of times its taken a couple of days to get it done. This time they told me that when I was choosing my frames that I couldnt choose the frames that I wanted because it was to difficult for the techs to fit my lenses In them. So I chose something that I really didnt want to make it easier for the techs, and guess what? They forgot the roll and polish again! What kind of customer service is this? I guess Im headed back to lens crafters next time. More expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Had to get my 2yo glasses and this is the only place in town that takes my insurance and has the type of glasses he needs. They were so nice as well and understanding of his needs!

After driving around town to get new glasses. ..I was determined, however the first two places were too busy to fit me in; their earliest was latter part of January. I looked up my plan for another nearby facility... glad I found Eyemart.As I walked in Chaya greeted me with a smile, discovered I didnt have a current prescription and directed me to see Dr. Ken for an appointment (15 steps away) . The ladies there were great... they mentioned appointments were full but could squeeze me in.... just to note, Dr. Ken is awesome.While waiting for an opening, Chaya and I looked at glasses to my satisfaction...I selected two.To make a long story shorter. After my eye exam, Chaya started the process..... from previous experiences I thought to myself...see you in a week. She mentioned that I could go next door to eat while the glasses are being made...I was shocked, both glasses will be done within the hour. Just as I was partway thru my lunch...text says first pair ready.Needless to say I was impressed with the service and speed by both...Dr. Ken and his staff and Eyemart staff (Chaya)... Thanks for making my day a focus of yours... pun intended🤙

Fast, good quality, friendly staff, and budget friendly! Im raising my grandkids on a super limited budget. Every new school year, which is also their annual visits to the eye doctors. I make sure I get a copy of their prescription and buy them each the 2 pairs for $39. So they always have a backup pair incase they hide 1 of the 3 pairs. We then donate their old glasses to the Lions Club, who then refurbishes them and gives them to kids and adults in need!

I was on an excursion from Buffalo, NY to Anchorage, Alaska when I broke my glasses. So I stopped into this place in dire need of a new pair, quick! Chole and Layel, helped me get my prescription from my eye doctor in buffalo and had me out of the door within 45 minutes with not 1 but 2 pairs of new glasses! For under $100. If I lived in Great Falls, this would be the only place I go to in the future
