Receptionist hides behind a tinted glass sliding window and does not acknowledge customers waiting in the lobby. She is so bad the staff at eyemart express next door tell you you have to wait at the tinted window. I gave the receptionist about three minutes then left, not sure how this guy makes any money.

Kind and amazing staff. ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile to make sure I can get the care that I need.

I would like everyone out there who needs their eyes checked or glasses to please go see the fabulous people and manager at this office. They are so courteous and kind and helpful. Ive never needed glasses my whole life and then I did. The manager made my appointment and was so helpful and made my experience amazing.

They called me and said they could get me in early, the equipment is top notch, the staff is super knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Highly recommended!!

I love this Dr. and his office staff. Very professional and thoughtful. I had my eyes examined and the Dr. referred me to a plastic surgeon due to my eyelids. The follow up care was top notch. My vision is normal for a woman my age so I didnt require glasses.

I will never go back here. The office staff is rude, and unprofessional. I went in to get my eyes checked because I had a fine piece of metal in them, the office manager told me I had to have an eye exam, no matter how many times I said that I don’t want an eye exam, I want the metal out of my eye. She would not see me unless I took the exam, and then she charged me for the exam AND an office visit. If you are wanting to go some place that is condescending, incompetent, and a scam, this is the place. As for me I will NEVER go back.

Dr. Etheir is very professional and knowledgeable and a wonderful doctor who goes out of his way to make sure patients get the best. The staff is very helpful and kind and try’s to help anyway possible with accommodations to customers. Was very pleased. Would highly recommend for any one looking for a great eye doctor!

I woke up one morning had a bump on my eyelid. I left it alone and didnt worry about it until about a week or so later when it grew to twice what it was originally. I called Dr Ethier as my wife had recommended and he was able to get me in right away. The staff and the doctor were very courteous and attentive as soon as I walked in, and the doctor was patient and thorough with the questions he asked and instructions he gave during the examination. They helped set up the appointment with a specialist to have the stye removedI would definitely recommend Doctor Ethier to all of my friends and family, or anyone for that matter.

I would not recommend Dr. Ken Ethier. I took my 10 year old son in for an eye exam and had my 9 month old baby with me as well. Dr. Ken very menancingly told me that he would not tolerate my baby making noise and would not warn me again. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. His behavior was completely uncalled for. I hope that in writing this review I save another parent from having to deal with this. Needless to say we will never go back.
