This is the coolest coffee hut construction I’ve seen in a while! Two drive through service windows and another space to handle walk up customers! Great breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and they have a constant rotation of new and fun drink options!Great marketing, silly signage, and the pop-culture inspired drinks and snacks make this a must stop for people needing more than just coffee to make them smile.From young to old, whoever is riding in the car or getting delivered to, there is definitely something here to make you happy. Give them a try!

True Brew is my absolute favorite coffee place! I spent many years going to Starbucks, but was unhappy with their inconsistency and quality. Something made me finally go to True Brew and I now have a regular order that is always right! I love when employees know my order before I say it, or know who my order is for when someone else picks it up for me! Brandon and his employees are AMAZING! I also love the atmosphere and that the employees are allowed to be themselves; no uptight dress code! I highly recommend True Brew for their coffee and customer service!

Great coffee. I love lattes, iced and hot. I love that this was a drive through with very delicious flavors and reasonable sizes and prices . Very impressed.

Definitely a Great Falls staple.Move over Starbucks and get ready to start losing some business this place kills it!Everything is 10 times better and way cheaper. Why wouldnt you want to support local when its this good!

Im changing my rating. This used to be one of my favorite coffee places. In recent months we have had issues with the store not being open when it was supposed to be, a string of orders being wrong, and the drinks just not being as good as they used to be.

Very friendly and helpful staff and very excellent coffee!

The coffee is good and it’s a good price, the staff on the other hand are quite rude. They almost act as if you are burdening them with your coffee order. When I went there to pick up an online order the girl who helped me was so condescending to me, it was very disheartening. It seems that the newer staff members are nice but the ones that have been there for years treat me like garbage every time I go.

Much better coffee than the local chains and creative specials. They also always listen when I ask for decaf, which is extremely important for this caffeine sensitive coffee lover!

Girlfriend loves the Italian sodas and I enjoy their hot chocolate. Prices are on the high side for what you get, but no more expensive than Starbucks.

Excellent coffee and service; however they seemed really slow.

They are always respectful and get my drinks perfect. There is a great selection of drinks and food very easy to access with 2 drive throughs and a walk up window.

Definitely a difference in between the two stores. Last few times I have gone to the 9th street my order has been messed up the coffee is not good. Not sure if it is because of new staff but not impressed. Going to new location on the other hand the coffee is awesome like it should be.

The new location is awesome. Great staff and atmosphere. Unfortunately I am closer to the 9th street location. It seems that they have a huge turnover rate with their staff. Ive had to wait sometimes up to 20 minutes in the drive thru. Yesterday I got the wrong coffee but Im too nice to say anything. Ive considered going elsewhere after years of loyalty.

The best coffee shop in Great Falls. They dont over sweeten. They dont burn their coffee. And they are better priced than some places!

Its great and all but sometimes the girls there just seem so dang exhausted. And the music in the drive thru is just so loud that we cant hear them, and they cant hear us so we HAVE to scream at them just to place our order. Other than that the drinks and the food items are fantastic.

Super hopeful but was extremelydisappointed. The coffee lacked flavor. My husband ordered a large latte and it had maybe one shot of espresso. Tasted like hot water. Mine had some flavor but barely.

True brew is hands down the best coffee place in town! They are always in a good mood and fast! I’ve never had to wait more then a few minutes and that’s with a few cars in front of me. Most mornings I pull up and the lady’s ask if it’s my usual or something different and I only go once or twice a week! They are always so patent and nice! True Brew makes the BEST coffee in town! Not many places understand how to make decent coffee. When I order my usual, they understand the correct ratio between flavor and espresso. The coffee is never too sweet, or too bitter, but JUST right! This was a difficult find, since Morning Light tends to be lack with their flavor ratio, but True Brew nails it!The atmosphere is wonderful for a drive thru and wait time is under three minutes. If you are a regular, your coffee is created super fast. The attitudes of the ladies there are wonderful also! Always cheerful and kind, they make your coffee experience worth revisiting again.Their menus have lots of options and some pastries to try as well. You can also get merchandise, like mugs and have them make your latte in it.Overall, I would say this is the best place in town and I am a coffee lover! I know my coffee. I hope this place stays in business for a very, VERY long time.

I did not feel safe to order here. The employees did not follow the state mandated order to wear masks to stop the spread of Covid. It is irresponsible and downright dangerous, especially for people preparing drinks. I was shocked.

24 minutes waiting to order...its just too long to wait. Also...my coffee was 7.48, which is crazy! 99 cent charge for almond milk is too much.

Ive always enjoyed the coffee from True Brew, but was recently discouraged when I noted that no employees were abiding by the state mandate to wear face masks. Also, no one wore gloves when dealing with credit cards and cash. This is irresponsible and potentially hazardous. I am surprised with this lack of concern. Im not sure how to rate this in terms of the stars.

Very friendly customer service and they go the extra mile with decor on the drinks! My favorite is red bull Italian soda (strawberry). I truly recommend

Fast and amazing kind staff

This coffee shop was wonderful. Made accommodations for me when I didn’t want regular milk and no sugar in my coffee. I’ve been there twice now and both times was greeted with a friendly smile and zero attitude! The only downside would be the drive through is ALWAYS busy in the mornings when most people do want their coffee.

They always have new and delicious flavors and combos, fun themes each month, and amazingly friendly staff. Have never had a bad experience. Its my only coffee joint!!

Wife and I went to make a coffee run for us and our friends. First off would be the loud music in which I had to be louder when ordering. Then I ordered a French Vanilla cappuccino, and when I got home and delivered it to our friend, we proceeded to open it and see the large cup filled 3/4 of foam and terribly over powered. Almost if they were making an espresso? Not like I wont go back, theyve done great before, but it was my worst experience of them Ive had.

Im hooked on their Toasted Marshmallow Keto Coffee. They have such a versatile menu that they will happily make the way thats best for you. Sugar, sugar free, Keto friendly etc. I highly recommend True Brew Espresso.

For being on a corner of a fairly busy intersection, its surprising you can get into the drive thru and out without creating a traffic jam.Staff is super friendly, too! I had a question about the cards they offer, and I got it explained to me pretty well! Gonna have to get one now!

I enjoy coming here regularly when I get the craving for a sweet coffee drink. Its sort of like a Starbucks meets Dutch Bros, where they have the corporate vibe, but stay true to their originality. Customer service has always been great, taste is fantastic. Price is sort of hefty but when making it a treat, well worth it. Only other thing I would say that I dislike is the wait especially when its an employee having five minute long conversation with their regulars. Its one thing to chat and work when your working in an indoor coffee stop, but not so much for a drive thru.

I stopped by Tru Brew on the morning of Friday 6/14/19 and happened to be second in line. A sweet young man with a fabulous smile and a bubbling personality leaned out the walk-in window and took my order. My order was great! These folks are ALWAYS wonderful and I love to support local people doing a great job in our community. Thanks, Tru Brew!

The baristas are personable and super friendly. I stopped by a couple of weekends ago to pick up a cold brew coffee for my boyfriend, and she asked me, “Iced?” And her and I just met eyes, and knew it was silly. Really friendly. I wish I got her name!

I am not a full time coffee drinker but when I decide to have a coffee it has to be from True Brew! The staff is great and their coffee has not disappointed.

Best coffee and best customer service ever.

True Brew provides great tasting coffee at great prices and with extremely fast wait times. I stop here nearly every morning before heading to work. Its a very popular place and can get very busy in the mornings with the lines being 5-6 cars long at times. Despite those long lines, you can expect to be served in right around 5 minutes. They are extremely quick here and maintain great service and fulfilling orders accurately. The music playing is always fun and upbeat and the employees are always friendly and seem to be having a great time and enjoying their job - something that seems to be hard to come by these days. They provide a very large menu board with lots of food and drink options. Hands down my favorite coffee joint in Great Falls!

Great tasting Harry Potter themed drinks and friendly staff. They did get my order slightly wrong at first but they fixed it no problem and gave us two free coupons as compensation for our next visit there. More than generous.

Fast, friendly, great chai and breakfast burritos!

This place sucks. First they made my almond milk latte with regular milk, so I had to take it back. Then they didn’t put any caramel flavoring in it, so I had to go back again. They also didn’t wear gloves and touched the part of the ice scoop that touches the ice(and your drink) with their bare hands.

Pretty pricey but grea coffee. The staff is usually friendly. Great for people on the go as there isnt much for seating it is all outside seating. Quality has been great in my experience
