I love all of the flooring that we got through Pierce flooring. Tom was amazing, I live 30 miles out of town and he personally came out and measured on his own time to make sure it was correct. We have a ton of angles so it was a huge job. We purchased 2 types of carpet, padding, & laminate flooring so it was no small endeavor. We are thrilled with the quality of the products, the installers were amazing and you can’t beat the customer service we received. Keep up the amazing work Pierce!!!

The last few times I have worked with Kelly and he has been helpful with suggestions. They have always lined up the carpet layers and have made sure that they have shown up and that the job was satisfactory.

Great service all around!! They came in and worked with us on getting their bid to match our budget on our new construction in Great Falls. They ended up doing all of the flooring throughput from wood flooring to tile. Through the entire process they have been prompt and professional. I gave the business a 5 star, BUT not the saleswoman. Kathie R. She ordered wrong design of tile, after repeating several times to her the design to order. She reassured us several times she will order correct color and design. 8 days before Christmas and my bathroom is torn up and wrong tile came. Management will order correct design, to be delivered asap. Very pleased with management and all other sales people.

My husband and I purchased carpet and pad fom Pierce. Our salesman, Byron, was very knowledgeable and helpful, showing us and explaining different options without being pushy. The carpet was just installed last week by installers arranged though Pierce. They were personable, efficient and professional. We are happy with the finished product.
