BEWARE!!! This business is terrible. We bought a house back in March. The floors needed to be replaced in the entire house. We love the flooring we got, but the installation was done terrible on our stairs. We paid a fortune, only to have all the stair noses fall off or loose, which is a huge tripping hazard. They used some kind of heavy duty contractors tape, which news flash, that didn’t hold up well on stairs. We’ve tried calling them multiple times to come out and fix the issue, and they keep blowing us off. This is only one an example of multiple issues we’ve had with this company. We were better off buying the flooring from Home Depot and installing it ourselves. Save yourself the money and headache and go somewhere else.
