Chuck had the perfect tires and could fit me into the schedule the next day! The work was all done in 2 hours, including a free 15 point check-up. I got a great deal on the tires & work, plus a very sincere thank-you and handshake! I grew up in the tire business and have seen customer service go downhill. Top notch repair facility. I am fairly new to the area, but have 40 years experience in the car business, as a finance manager. Chris, the head mechanic, is one of the best I have seen. Chris has 27 years experience and many repeat customers. He checked the underbelly of my Cadillac, while changing my oil and gave it a clean bill of health, without trying to sell me something I didnt need. Until i decide to buy a new car this will be my go to spot for maintenance and repairs.

Good spot, with reasonable prices, friendly service. Put tires on my truck, also just put 4 on my dump trailer. They also patch the dump tires regularly. No complaints!

Ive brought my vehicles here for years for tires, shocks and front-end work - always timely, always friendly and most important: honest. The thing I appreciate is that I tell them what my vehicles are for, and they offer sound suggestions on what products I should purchase - and those products end up working very well. I stopped in to get my winter tires put on and the employee working at the counter, Chuck, told me that they don’t put on other shops tires and he was rude. He was old and disrespectful, a perfect example of poor customer service. They are new winter tires that I bought from discount tires and had delivered. Big O tires is doing it for $120 and I will only do business with Big O Tires in Great Falls. Chuck is a jerk. They are rude.

HorribleIll never go back. They twice put my directional winter tires on backwards. Fixed a faulty valve stem, and the same tire was flat again within days. This time it was a nail.Oh thats just a coincidence. Left the hub lock key on the tire. Good thing I found it before leaving. Gave me a free oil change certificate for an apology. I wasnt sure if I would go back, but figured I might as well get the oil change and have them put the winter tires back on in the fall. They then hiked up the cost of swapping out the winter tires by $20 bucks. So not such a good deal on that free oil change. After it was done, I was checking the direction on the tires since they did it wrong before. (I had even reminded them that they were directional). As I was looking, guy from the shop came out to explain to me how they were correct. I showed him one was clearly wrong ( there are arrows) and he grudgingly said, oh... youre right. Then he said well the last guy that installed them marked which tires went where so I went by that. I told him, well thats not really a useful way to tell which way the tires go, since the last guy at your shop did it wrong! Almost laughable really. But not. I didnt even get an apology this time. Probably because they knew they burned their bridges with me since I told them Id never be back.Beware if you go here and double check everything they do.

Have been going here (or to their original store with the same people) since I was 14. They know you by name, provide options, and stand by the warranties that are provided by their manufacturers. I have had a car blow 3 tires that were extremely low profile and they replaced every single one.

If you appreciate good fair priced service these guys are the best spot to go. They have done quite a bit of work for me, and have always been reliable. Like their lounge for waiting. Often they call or text me when my vehicle work is done. I have never had an overly long wait time.

I needed a tire repair, we ran over a screw the day before on the way to church. I called quite a few places and they had the best price. That being said I was a little nervous what the experience might be like, but they were so amazing. They were very personable, never made me feel like a hinderance to their schedule, got me in and out right away, and even put my tire back on for me. They have great customer service skill and got the job done right. Thank you guys!

I will recommend Point S Jerry Noble to everyone I know. I was looking for street tires for my 2014 Polaris Sportsman 550, and this is the only shop in town that would help me. The owner had taken the time to sit with me and find the rims and tires I needed. Everywhere else I went I was ignored or not taken seriously. If you want great personal service, this is the place!

I went there you get a tire fixed, that was purchased there, when we talked about my vehicle and things that have been done they went and checked and found there was other thing wrong they fixed it with no questions asked. Very helpful and was happy to make thing right. Would recommend to any one who needs tires, Very polite and friendly!

I bought a high performance tire here and when it was damaged under road hazard, another tire factory said, “no problem, it’s covered.” The other location ordered the tire but couldn’t put it on after Jerry Noble refused to cover it under the Tire Factory Road Hazard (the original sale location has to be the one to honor it). I called a few separate times and was given a separate reason each time 1) high performance tires aren’t covered, 2) tires over $300 aren’t covered, 3) low profile tires weren’t covered. The other location said that none of those reasons are true for Tire Factory but Jerry Noble refused to replace the tire. I’ve also had similar tires replaced at other locations before.Don’t shop here if you’re hoping to use the Tire Factory Road Hazard. Jerry Noble will refuse to honor it and will change their reason every time, though none were valid.Tire factory was the old name for the conglomerate.

Had to go to GF for work and needed some good winter tires for my new Nissan Murano. They helped me get an instant quote of the tires, the process of getting them here (Nokian) and how much it would cost etc. They were SUPER kind on the phone and in person! Kept me updated as they were putting my tires on. They are very thoughtful and truly dedicated to make sure you are well taken care of! I highly recommend any Point S Business.

Poor customer service. Called to make an appointment and the guy was rude and had an attitude. Not a great first impression.

Well the lady at the front counter was nice and very helpful. I paid for my tires and she gave me a receipt to take out to the garage and give it to a worker who would get my new tires for me!!! I did as she said, and I stood in front of the garage looking for someone to help me. I made eye contact with a worker who was talking to another male, possibly his friend. I decided to wait my turn and look around to see if someone else could help. With my big receipt in my hand, I made eye contact with the same worker again, who this time was extremely RUDE. He looked at me and yelled WHAT as if I interrupted his social time....unfortunately I wont be going back there for anymore tires.....

It is very nice to be able to get your tires fixed guickly. I had 3 of my tires showing low pressure on my vehicle i pulled in there and within minutes my problem was taken care of and i was on my way.i always go there when i have tire problems

Had a very bad experience today. I have nail in my tire and I took my car to this place, I was waiting for an hour for them to take a look at the tire, after this one hour the employee came to me and said oh we have a big issue on your car, I was what can be that, he told me my front tires are bad and they won’t be able to fix my back tire because of that, and I asked what does the front tires need to do with back tires???! I just needed for them to get that nail out, they said they won’t do it but if I would get a new tires from them the problem could be solved, since I have warranty on my tires and I had an appointment for my tires to be changed at different location, I didn’t purchase a new tires from this place so they didn’t fix my tire either and let me drive away with a nail in my tire, not even carrying that I had a child with me. Never going back there again!!!
