Firestone checked out our vehicle on short notice due to a battery charging notification. All checked out fine.Firestone employees were kind, professional, and thorough. They took time to explain possible problems and encouraged us to wait patiently for a complete check by the technicians.I would not hesitate to visit them again and I highly recommend them to others.

TL;DR: Mechanics wanted to keep my car for the night to install tires. I said no, as another tire shop can do it faster and cheaper and get more done in a shorter amount of time.Wanted to give this place a chance. I called, they said they had 4 new tires for my car as no other place had the tires I needed. So I take my car to them on a Friday at like 12:30 or something. They tell me I should have my car back in a couple hours so I say great! Then 17:00 rolls around. They call me to tell me they want to replace the TPM sensors for an extra $90 per tire. I tell them no, I just want the tires replaced. So about 17:30 comes around they call me and tell me they need to keep my car overnight to get the tires on. Mind you it was a beautiful sunny day, about 50-60 degrees outside. They had the tires all day just sitting there. Then they tell me they need to keep my car overnight just for a tire change. I ended up telling them no, I want my car back because its my only way to get home. Of course they say they gotta put the old tires back on so I say cool. I asked them to give me my money back. Which they did.Then lo-and-behold, the mechanic drives the car to me with the e-brake on and the interior is dusty and filthy.Darryls Tire center in Vaughn can get 4 new tires installed, tire balance, and tire alignment done in less than 2 hours. No excuse for a tire shop to need to keep my car overnight just to swap out the old tires for new ones.Like I said I wanted to give this place a chance. Im never going to recommend this place to anyone or go here ever again.

This is the best Firestone store in the country. I was a finance manager in the car business for 30 years and understand more about service than 99,9% of the people out there. This store has honest and trustworthy people working here. Quentin went above and beyond to help me with my CTS issues. Samantha knows her job back and forth, with an attention to detail and an emphasis on speedy, but quality service. One of their mechanics was awarded Firestones top mechanic, nationwide. If you treasure your vehicle, as i do, this is your place for service!

I tried to give you my business but the girl answering the phone made sure I went somewhere else. All I wanted was my AC emptied then I would bring it back to fill after I replaced a part and she said there was no way to seperate those two things... yeah, im pretty sure there is 🙄

Very... Very slow. Doesnt matter if you have an appointment or not, plan for them to have your vehicle for at least 5 hours minimum for a simple tire rotation. This has happened 3 times in a row. Will never go back.

I went in for a 22 point inspection at the convenience of your company at 1pm I was on time . I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours apparently they had an issue with a bolt on my front tire .I was never informed only made to wait like my time doesnt matter to Firestone. I dont need a bunch of incompetent so called mechanics working on my vehicle. You should be ashamed of your business practices. . I will never forget this experience. Its really unfortunate.

First time at this Firestone, my family has been using Firestone for around 12 to 13 yrs. So called several days ahead and made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotate and balance and alignment. Total it only took a couple hours which isnt bad. My problem was I left to have lunch after dropping off early. Wondered around after lunch and walked back. 20 minutes after the appointment figured ok they are busy. Nope mechanics in shop, 2 vehicles in the shop 4 mechanics and 1 working. The receptionist asked what I needed and I said waiting on my truck and pointed to it and said I had a 1 PM appointment. Nobody was friendly there nobody was helpful. That was upsetting so I let it alone. Makes me question if I should even continue using Firestone here in town.

Well they said they are open till 7pm and it’s only 6pm. I called ahead of time today.. this morning as a matter of fact I was ensured I would be able to be taken care of and I just drove here over an hour and 30 mins away cause it the only Firestone close by and no one is here. The shop is closed however the phone is ringing non stop. This is BS and ridiculous. I’ll be calling corporate.

Extremely disappointing, dishonest, and costly! I came in to replace a defective CV axle. There was a warranty on the part from the supplier, but even though they purchased the replacement from the exact same supplier they said they had no choice but to charge me for their 190% markup!! Buyer beware, they probably inflate the price of all their parts by at least as much. Moreover, the $10 inspection fee is a classic bait-and-switch. They said they couldn’t figure out the problem which I had already diagnosed (incompetence?) unless they tore into my car some more. In the end, the tech drove my car around town for 15 minutes or more, then came into the office and said these words: “sorry I couldn’t figure it out,” and I’m just not experienced enough to diagnose the problem. Essentially I wasted half of my day and a LOT of money and left with a car that is still causing problems!!!! I was disrespected by all of their employees in their customer service, as if their dishonest business dealings were not disrespectful enough. This experience made me remember why I stopped using Firestone Tire, and mark my words I shall never use a Firestone again ANYWHERE in the country.

Went in for two tires, rotate front tires to the back and put new tires on the front. They did NOT rotate the tires and gave me a story that they cant. Also needed front rotors and pads, which they did not do and said to bring it back on Wednesday. Also charged $60 to test air-conditioning and then said it would cost $1400 to get it fixed. So we spent $410 for two tires. Completely worthless visit. I would never recommend Firestone and will never go back.

I came in at the end of the day. It was 90 degrees out and 15 minutes before close. I’m from outta town with a leaky trailer tire. I fully expected a hand full of reasons why the couldn’t do it, or it was going to be real expensive. Nope, not at all. They fixed my tire In under 20 minutes for $14. Very good people. Good business !!!

These guys were awesome. I walked out of a store Wednesday night had another flat in the parking lot (my second) and was down to three tires including the spare I already had on. My wife called them about applying for financing and we went up to the store. Kyle was extremely helpful through the process and helped pick out a tire that would fit our needs. Since the tires I had on where not the recommended size, he took the time and ran the numbers several different ways to get me the best deal on the promotions they had so I could decide between four tires or five (to replace the spare). They loaned me an air compressor tank to fill up my flat. It worked great and luckily my tire held the air. I was able to drive my vehicle to the shop to get new tires. We started this process around 6:00pm and I was concerned about keeping them late from their families and they were great and told me it was no problem they would get me taken care that night. James was our technician that installed the tires and he was friendly and started right away. He even found my center cap for my original flat in the back and put it on after putting on the new tire. They finished the job at 7:23pm (they closed at 7:00) and where still smiling and had great attitudes. Not once did I feel like I was a inconvenience or that they were taking short cuts to get off. Both these guys are great and a real asset to the company. They treated my wife and I with great and answered our questions. My family and I will diffidently be back.

Bought a set of tires 2 summers ago, with lifetime warranty, and have had nothing but problems with them, like constantly losing air in one or more tires. Took my car in a few weeks ago due to another slow leak, they kept my vehicle all day to tell me there wasnt enough tread on my tire to fix it nothing more to try n help me. NEVER EVER WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE, I wont again.

One of the admirable things is how the management crew truly is their to help. You can always catch more bees with honey than with vinegar. Late in December 2018 I had I strange noise from my 2014 Pathfinder.Local dealer referred me to Firestone after advising me that I would not make it to them by closing time.Roads were wet and slushy. I was a senior traveling with my wife and dog on our way to California for the winter. No tools unable to do much.I went to Firestone Auto Care after calling them.They found a plastic shield had come loose after no being installed properly after a recent dealership oil change and was damaged.They put me right in and a half hour latter I was on the road with a good repair.And They didn’t take anything for there service.This message of gratitude is the least I can do to thank them.Great ambassadors for a Canadian in trouble.

I find the other reviews on here interesting because I had a wonderful experience today. I found a coupon for a $20 oil change. I called and they could get me in next day. Coty helped me, and he was awesome! Every other staff member I came in contact with acknowledged me and was friendly as well. This was nice because it is always intimidating being an uneducated (on cars) woman in a car shop. He answered all my questions without making me feel like an idiot for not knowing much about cars. He noticed our bumper sticker and asked about us being military, which I appreciated. I had forgotten my coupon at home, and he was willing (and happy to) reprint my invoice to put the coupon on. They did the service in under and hour and quoted me for a possible battery. I appreciate that they told me about the battery but were honest that it didnt need to be done yet. I would feel comfortable returning here.

I stopped in yesterday after my flasher on my truck failed on my way to Great Falls.I had the part in hand, I was not able to locate it myself on my truck to change it and was - as a paying customer - looking to have it changed. I was driving back to central Alberta and would have liked to have had my signal lights working. The guy at the counter told me that they could not do it because he did not have an electrical guy in... to pull out a flasher and plug a new one in. Any monkey can change a flasher! Takes a lot of skill to that eh? Not only that - he started suggesting other potential issues. Guess what? I have been in the industry myself for 15 years - I knew exactly what the issue was. Dont worry - I made it home safely and took it to my buddys shop this morning and he swapped it in less than 10 minutes and my problem is solved. Thanks so much for the help and I am honestly appalled that you guys were so unwilling to help a gal out on a Sunday when she was in a bind. Dont get me wrong - the guy was polite - but how hard would it have been to help? The guys at OReillys tried harder to help me than that guy did!

They were very busy but were still able to get me taken care of. Due to my negligence tires were to shot to fix I now have a great set of tires on their way.

They were great about getting us in. Expected a little of a wait due to being walk in. Only thing i did not care for was from the moment they started the work to finish it took almost 4 1/2 hours just for rear brakes.

Very busy place. They tried to accommodate my schedule but werent able to. Firestone is a preferred shop for me but didnt work out this time they were helpful in finding another shop to get the service I needed right away

They ripped me off. After I followed their recommendation to get brake pads and rotors on the front, I asked to get my parts back at checkout. The rotors were just fine, no groves or wear in any shape. The pads were low, but not down to bare by far.

I had an appointment at noon. I even called to confirm. I dropped my car off at 11:58. I was told the rotation will take 10 minutes but there was 2 cars ahead of me OK no problem Ill come back for it. 2.5 hours later it was still not done. This was an expensive procedure and we got pushed back over and over again. They dont care about their customers. I bought lifetime alignments and now I want a refund. Absolute let down

When I got a flat tire, Firestone answered my call immediately, got me in, and had me back on the road in an hour with a tire change, oil change, and full car inspection. Impressed and thankful!

I ordered tires for my truck and dropped it off to have them installed. When I arrived three hours later I noticed they put the wrong size tires on my truck. I order 285/70/17s and they put on 245/70/17s. I went straight in and let them know the problem and that I had to pick my daughter up from school in 40 minutes. They put two technicians on the truck and got the tires mounted in 40 minutes. I was late picking her up, but at least they made the effort to fix the problem. Not happy, but satisfied.

The bad reviews I dont understand, this place rocks! They got the wrong part so they had to get a new one. I will not fault the company for this mistake since its an honest mistake. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Stopped in to have a tire repaired. They couldn’t do it at that time but made me an appointment for 1 pm, so I brought it back then. I stopped by to get the tire at 3:30, and they hadn’t started yet. At 5 pm, they called and said it was “unrepairable”. I took it to Big O Tires the next day and they had it done in less than 45 minutes.

Brought in my summer tires to have put on my vehicle today, my wheels were dipped black. When i picked my vehicle up they were clearly handled carelessly as all the dip was ripped, scuffed and in some places missing entirely. Ive have them changed over at other places and never recieved them back in this condition (generally I just want to touch them up slightly). This time however I was forced to spend over an hour stripping them and will have to dip them all over again.Disappointed they didnt even tell me what they had done before i left! My center caps were also bent horribly and now do not sit flush like they did.

Broke my perfectly fine rack and pinion after they said I needed it fixed; gave me a vastly overpriced estimate to fix a floorboard vent that only involved one, easily-reached gear with sheared teeth. If I have any contact with them again, it will be through an attorney.

I started by making an appointment using their online scheduling. Dont be fooled, apparently when you schedule an appointment online it doesnt actually make an appointment for you. The store will call you to actually set up an appointment. I showed up to my appointment about 15 minutes early and was told I didnt have one and they were all booked. I never received a call about it.One of my tires had a screw in it, and I was bringing it in to see if it could be repaired. I did end up leaving the tire with them. On the cost breakdown they had the cost of wheel balancing included. I had previously paid for lifetime wheel balancing and alignments. However, much to my dismay it doesnt include this instance.The tire I had fixed was a firestone tire, which this firestone store installed, however it didnt qualify for the warranty either because the tire came from a different store prior to being installed.They will nickel and dime you, this place is a joke.

Ive been going to them for years and never had an issue I know the main tech guys in the back from coming to them for years. And yet I got an oil change and it turned into a big heap of trouble I didnt need.They told me to bring it back and I ended up bringing it back to them 5 timea..by the 4th time they didnt fix what they messed up the manager himself got snippy with me on the phone saying well he has to pay his guys and its becoming frustrating . Well newsflash I didnt intend on bringing my car to people I thought I trusted and having to bring it back 5 times due to nobody fixing the real issue.i wont ever return to them its too much of a hassle and my car still has the same issue.ive given up Ill pay someone else to fix what they messed up since they cant fix it I guess..

Told me that my oil needed to get replaced, yet I had a sticker on my windshield, that it got replaced just three weeks ago.Also stated that one of my headlights is out. I wiggled the back of the headlight socket, and the headlight went back on, made me think they intentionally disconnected it.Even jacked up my price $10, to a total of $19.99, even though their sign said it was only $9 for a check only.Never bothered to check my shocks after I asked, neither did they call me saying my vehicle was ready, nor even correctly checked my air conditioning unit right after I sent it to a different shop that I now trust more.Its not a leak in my AC system, its a non engaging compressor..Thanks firestone, for no warnings, no calling of information, or letting me know of the progress or ready to pick up status of my vehicle.Do not trust firestone for their vehicle checks, and if you did get checked by firestone, be sure to do a full engine check yourself!!!

I had purchased new tires from the store in Kent, W.A. while on vacation! The service was excellent. I too purchased the lifetime alignment and put this on a Firestone card. On Friday October 17th, my wife called to schedule a brake job on her suv. The appointment was made for Saturday at 2pm. We dropped her vehicle off at 12pm. Around 3pm we still had not had a call from firestone yet about her vehicle. So I had my wife call to see what the status was. She was told that they were just pulling it into the shop. At 4:30 pm we arrived to see if was ready to go just to find out it hadnt even been moved from the parking spot. Not only am I annoyed by the lack of customer service, but am upset that we were lied too about it being pulled into the shop to be worked on!

This place went downhill fast.Not sure what happened. Ive been taking my vehicles here for many years. In the last year or so its gone downhill.Make an appointment for anything? Dont expect them to even look at it for 1/2 - 2hrs.Sitting there waiting? They dont even acknowledge you or update you on whats happening.Made appointment for oil change. Brought car in at noon. Left and told them to call when it was done. 5 hours later finally got a call. What was the appointment for? They just do the work whenever they feel like it.Took truck in for repair. Was told several months earlier that the noise it was making was CV joint on one side. Couldnt afford it at that time. Noise worsened so told them to look at it and do repair as maybe both sides needed replacement. They called and said it was something completely different than what we were told the first time. Price was twice as much. Picked up truck. EXACT NOISE STILL THERE after paying 700 bucks. They looked at it again, charged us another 200 bucks to repair something completely different. CV joints never needed work.Took car in to get snow tires put on. 1/2 hour waiting in their tiny waiting area before they brought it into shop. 1/2 after that, Im told somehow your locking lugnut key is stripped.... then she admitted well it had to be us since we are the ones that took the snow tires off in the spring. No kidding. I literally laughed because we had just brought the truck back after they didnt fix the problem on THAT issue, and now this. Sat there being ignored another hour while they worked on getting the locking nuts off without a key. Saw someone pound on it with a tool for total of 10 seconds. Then it sat there some more. I finally asked (been there two hours now) and was told - well the master mechanic has the tool that can get them off, but hes not here.So I told them I was tired of waiting and Id come back the next day. She got pissed off, said - Well I cant make them work any faster!She then said she would call to tell me what time to come in the next day once they had found a replacement key and locking lugnuts. No call. And no call next day. And no call the next day either. I finally called THEM. Nothing had been done. Guess she was still pissed off. Was told to be there by 4:30 the next day (day 5 now), as the master mechanic had to leave at 5. I had to take time off work. (wished it could have been done Sunday - day of appointment or Monday- the day I was told they would call and tell me what time to come in- both days when I was off work) So its 4:30 and Im told it would take and hour and a half. Really? so if the master mechanic was taking off the locking lugnuts with his special tools before 5pm, then it takes over an hour to do the snow tire swap? Since when? Took 20-30 mins every other time.Refused to sit in that tiny hole of a waiting area being ignored - which was full by the way, so went for a walk.They just lost a long-time customer. Find someplace else to go.

10 August, 2015. 8 AM I called and made an appointment to have the oil change in my truck at 1 PM. Dropped the truck off at 12:24 PM and asked the attendant how long it would take and she stated about an hour. 3 hours later I went back for the truck and they had not completed the oil change. If you want an oil change go somewhere else to get it done!

They took care of my car and even checked out a few things i was concerned about. I will be continuing to bring my car there for servicing for future oil services.
