Dr. Called in 2 scripts at 9am prior to me being released from an over nite visit to the ER. I show up to this wonderful Walgreens location to get my prescription low and behold they only had one filled and the lady working couldnt tell me why. Would you like us to fill it for you? No you have had 6 hours to fill it, I can take it else where and the will have it filled in 15 minutes yall have had 6 hours. This is when the lady working started to cop an attitude with me. Corporate needs to get a handle on this location, it could possibly be the worst pharmacy in the United States, its definitely the worst in great falls.
Went there 2 times today for a covid shot. Was so full I left and the web site said they were open until 9:00 PM for shots. Got there at 7:30 waited in a large line to be told they werent taking giving anymore shots. Screw Walgreens. Have had a hard time convincing myself to get one Finally did. This is actually my 3rd time at trying and told to come back later. Guess Ill wait for herd amenity.
Made an appointment to get a covid vaccine later in the afternoon on the same day. When I arrived at the store, signs were posted saying they weren’t giving covid shots due to being short staffed. If this is the case they shouldn’t have allowed me to make an appointment.
If I could give zero stars I would! One week ago today I stood in line inside for 45 minutes to pick up the prescription that should’ve already been filled. Then again today I thought well I’ll go through the drive-through maybe it’ll be quicker and I spent one hour and five minutes to get up to the window and then got up to the window to find out that my prescription that got called in yesterday still wasn’t filled. Mind you this also made me late for work thinking an hour would be plenty enough time to pick up a prescription and be to work on time.
The people who work here are very versatile slow long lines inside and in drive thru. Not worth waiting for 1 or more for a pick up when you can go some where else faster
I feel sorry for any dark haired women browsing alone in cosmetics... Assistance Requested in Cosmetics will come over the intercom... Employee admitted to me that theft is an issue and that was why they did it.It was on my second trip there along with my wife and we split up after arriving. Her to cosmetics, myself to the pharmacy. After a minute, I heard Assistance Requested in Cosmetics so I returned to help my wife.She told me she didnt need help, visually upset. An employee arrived and I explained, confused, that my wife didnt need help, hoping to alleviate confusion. The employee told me that they had theft issues and it was a ploy to deter.I have many Native friends so I realized who they profiled. My wife is not native, but Filipino, dark hair, eyes.Sadly, I have began to notice these instances more and more. Ever sadder, my wife is always aware.😢
This store uses Fed Ex for deliveries. It is the worst service Ive experienced. It is much easier to drive 60 miles round trip than have 4 screwed up deliveries.
Absolute worse Walgreens in the United States! So to start it off they made my sister scrap her brand new Camper! Because they wanted her to call an Uber to go thru their drive thru for rapid testing! Ridiculous! Then if u have an appt and it’s for 24 or 48 and you want rapid, you have to make another appt so that means staying another day. By far the worse experience ever the staff are so rude and do not accommodate to no one. If I could give negative stars I would and arguing with customers is not professional! If I was the manger I would be embarrassed with all these negative reviews!!! Lol 😂
These people dont know what an appointment is. waiting 50 minutes and counting for flu vaccine. I think people this inept should not be handling controlled substances

Went to Walgreens for Covid testing for a trip to Hawaii. Supposed to get results within 72 hours. Lab never even got our test within 72 hours. Had to change flights ($1000.00) and rapid test in Seattle (another $400.00).Disappointed!

Customer service has gone to the dogs in the past while at this store.Pharmacy has very bad security policy! When I attempted to address it with tge manager she was even more rude than the tech was.
Absolutely the worst wait in drive thru in history. Been sitting here for half hour and stuck in the line and havent moved yet. They should just close the drive thru. I have never had this long of a wait and I might just move my prescriptions somewhere else because of this.

As a customer I was not acknowledged and the night manager was too busy watching the football game on his phone to help us or even get out of our way so we could get a few things!! Then when he did help he dropped the pills on the floor and did bother to pick them up he just watched his phone again. I guess asking him to hand us the pill bottles was too much work for him to do, or was too heavy for him lift. Worst place to shop with the worst customer service!!! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Patty and Matt were so overly kind in helping me surprise my husband with a gift! I was so overly happy with their customer service that I went back with slices of birthday cake because they truly deserved it! Love people who care! :)
The employees on the store side are generally friendly and helpful. The pharmacy seems to be in a non-stop state of under staffed unapologetic chaos. Dont expect medications to be ready in less than 2 hours after leaving the doctors office. Even then, be ready to be told to come back in 45 minutes. Nothing beats waiting in line for 20 minutes just to be told to come back and wait in line again in an hour. These exact issues have happened to my family on several occasions.
My one and only complaint is the amount of time I have to wait for my prescriptions to be filled. I can count on waiting a minimum of 2 hours. A sure headache.

I was just in this store, when i got to the counter there were 2 cashier talking to eachother, the 1st one had a customer paying for her items. Neither one acknowledged i was there, Grace finally said i cant help you, youll have to wait for her. So i waited patiently, the customer grace was helping came up with 4 cans of tuna she thought was on sale apparently she had to go back to get the correct items. Grace told her that 4 of the 5 cans were not on sale and there wasnt anything she could do. The women left angry aftwr not wanting any of her items. I assumed she was able to ring me up at this time, but grace told me that she needed to void that transaction and told me to wait for the other cashier. Then promptly left the register. Im a business owner and i would be appalled if one of my employees treated customers so poorly.
This is the slowest pharmacy ever. Customer service is usually pretty nice, but they take way too long and there’s always a line. They have been helping the same car for over 10 minutes now!
RIDICULOUSLY RUDE. Went with my family to pick up a prescription and as always the customer service is just unbelievable. The lady today (light hair, and glasses working night shift on 4-22-18) decided she didn’t want to talk and just wouldn’t speak to us until after we paid and then continued to look at us until we felt uncomfortable. I’m sorry but if you work in a pharmacy and people are doing something as SIMPLE as picking up medicine for an elderly woman have the decency to do your job before you sign up to “help” people. Called and asked for a name, and she claimed her name was Velma. Our business will continue elsewhere.
If you love slow, inept and passive aggressive customer service, this pharmacy is perfect for you. SERVICE and the ability to TRUST your pharmacy are so important. Walgreens on 10th lack in both areas and have repeatedly shown zero interest in following through with refill requests and blame issues on their app being antiquated. Moreover, the lack of common courtesy shown towards waiting customers is absurd. When a paying customer sits for 30 minutes with zero update...thats a BIG problem. Especially when picking up a prescription that should have been ready...like the text messages that inundate ones phone said they would be.
Some good ones but then you have the few.I have been in the drive thru to pick up RX,And seems that my luck is I get the guy who takes 30+ min each customer, and then wants to argue about insurance costs. Listen if I have to pay 15.00 for something thats fine but dont make me wait over 30min with kids in tow. Other than that the inside is nice
Walgreens is right up the street, been pleasantly surprised with almost every stop in. Not every staff you encounter is equally competent or gracious but thats to be expected and doesnt bother me too much. Nothing exceptional but well run and usually clean.Grocery selection is quite limited but will get you by in a pinch.Pharmacy is average price and has been helpful with questions.Redbox outside
My 3 year old has been sick and needed antibiotics on two separate occasions this year. Both times I had her doctor send the prescription to Walgreens on tenth. Both times she was prescribed liquid antibiotics, which require the pharmacy staff to mix the medication at the time of pickup. Both times they didnt give us enough to finish the round of antibiotics prescribed by the doctor. When I called to get the rest of her medication, I was placed on hold for 30 minutes and treated like Im stupid even though Ive followed the proper dosing described on the label and used the oral dosing syringe provided by the pharmacy. When I went to pick the prescription up, the person working the window had no idea what I was talking about and I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes in the drive through while she sorted it out. I wanted to believe it was just a one time mishap, so I went there the second time and the exact same thing happened again. We were not given enough medication to finish the full round of antibiotics prescribed by my childs doctor. The staff seem to know very little of what theyre doing or how to do it. I will not be using this pharmacy again.
Terrible phone customer service. The woman who answered the call was really flippant about answering, was unable to tell me how many pills they had on hand, said a few. When I asked her how many is a few (20-30??), she responded with not a lot and refused to figure out how many. I live 100 miles from this pharmacy, so the information was important to me. I recommend going anywhere else for better customer service and information.
Alyssa in the pharmacy was very unfriendly. Because of her unwillingness to acknowledge the full transaction I ended up having to perform a second transaction and another line when it could of been handled in on shot. They need to hire people that can do their jobs right the first time! Very unhappy!
The staff is always smiling, and helpful, willing to lend a hand if needed with assistance carring items to vechile. The daytime pharmacy staff is always friendly in helping to solve issues,and informed on the medications. You may have a wait, but it is worth the time.
Average wait of 15 minutes? Every single time we try to get a prescription filled here we have an average of a 5 hour wait! The staff is rude and completely unhelpful. Nobody seems to know what is going on and the whole pharmacy seems to purposefully make things as difficult as possible with the worst attitude imaginable! I wouldn’t have rated it as high as 1 star if I had a lower option.

Had the worst experience ever.... Went to pick up Rx that was due and they could only give 2 days worth. They promised they would have it in 2 days and called the automatic service and said it was ready, waited in drive thru to be told it would be another hour, came back in 2 hrs and they told me they couldnt fill it because they didnt have them in stock after I waited another 30mins. I wasted 4 hours or more and the customer service from the front line staff was horrible....told me that in was complaining to the wrong person...that I needed to bark to someone else.... Sad. They seriously need to customer service training. Get it together!!!! Once again they are so unorganized..... really need a new system I should not be waiting so much time just for them to say oh wait another 30mins.....
I like the employees, selection, and prices here better than CVS.
Stay away. I strongly recommend using any pharmacy, other than this one. We have tried to fill a prescription 3 or 4 times over the last week and every time they have a different excuse as to why they cannot fill it. Their automated phone system will blow your phone up to notify you of a ready script and when you get there they will tell you it’s not ready for some reason. Tonight we were told their centralized system had to verify the script, two minutes later we were called and told they cannot fill it because it’s too early. Even though, earlier this week we were told it could be filled the 2nd, it’s now the 4th. In laymen’s terms, this place is an absolute joke and should not be associated with any kind of medical responsibility. It’s a disservice to this community.
The worst pharmacy. Waited almost 1hr to DROP OFF a script. One long, long line. No separate line for drop off/pick up. They mess up every other script somehow. Very unorganized and undertrained staff. CVS stopped accepting my insurance so...
Tried to get my prescription filled. Process started at 1 pm. 4 employees couldnt figure out how to enter the insurance card after I was told it was filled and good to go. I finally walk out at 230 when it still isnt ready after receiving the prescription the day before. Transferred to public drug and never coming back to walgreens.
Absolutely the WORST pharmacy Ive EVER been to in ALL MY LIFE!! Three times now they have screwed up my prescription...and all three times it ended up being something that they could have fixed but did not! Most of the staff are rude, incompetent, and they dont care!!! Ive had an e-prescription sent to other pharmacies and never even had a problem!! I had my Doctor send one to them today simply because it was closest and the easiest..they dont seem to know what an e-prescription is!!!!! This is the THIRD time theyve screwed up!!!! It makes it a hastle for me..Id personally recommend Public Drug downtown...never had an issue tgere, idk if others have Im just putting in my recommendation.. either way, ANY PHARMACY is better then this one..any WALGREENS is better then THIS ONE!!! I warn you, do not go here for pharmaceutical needs!!! Unless you want to run into annoying problems at some point, youre better off going somewhere else, even Walgreens on West Side!!!

Nobody has time to sit in the drive thru or stand at your pharmacy county for the time it takes to get a prescription that is ready for pick up. You need to speed up your service or hire more employees. Worst service EVER!

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU PRAY FOR!I am a Tricare insurance carrier and I always wondered why CVS would not change their hours to meet the demands like Walgreens. I thought it was a good thing when Tricare changed. I WAS SO WRONG!!!!!!!!I have never had such a rude set of pharmacy folks in my life. If you dare go there or call between the hours of 8 pm and 6:30 am there are 2 people that come to mind. One female I just got off the phone with. Name starts with A----a, the other is a man with dark hair, glasses, pale and short who loves nothing then to keep you waiting at the window for 5 sometimes 10 minutes while he fills prescriptions and puts them in bags. Then he has the nerve (after you dropped your off the night before) to say It will take me 15 minutes to search the pill do you need it now. It took him 3 minutes (6:15 am.)The next time 1:30 am, waited 5-6 minutes, then he said we carry a generic similar to this on the shelf if you want to come in and get it. Just what you want to do after being in ER for hours. From what I understand this in the night manager.CVS HAS THE NICEST PHARMACY STAFF AND WALGREENS ***NIGHT STAFF *** WILL NEVER MAKE IT WORTH THE CHANGE!!!!

Going through the drive-thru pharmacy is absolutely miserable. I moved my prescriptions over to 10th Avenue store from NW Store thinking it would be more convenient since I moved to that side of town. BAD DECISION!!! The wait was intolerable. I waited over 30 minutes before I ended up leaving very frustrated and angry because for 1 that was wasted time that I dont have to waste and 2 I didnt even get my prescription which means that now I need to find the time to go back and sit in that stupid drive thru again and try and hopefully get my prescription. My husband went back up there and he waited like 20 minutes before deciding to go inside thinking it would be faster, Nope, the wait inside was just as bad as the wait in the drive thru and this was not a peak hourso then he too ended up leaving without the prescription. I ended up changing my prescriptions back to the NW Pharmacy so even though I have to go further thats what Im willing to do, I mean isnt the purpose of a drive thru? to be fast, convenient and I would think friendly. So in saying all this Ill stick with my NW Pharmacy
