First time users of the Pet Wash Station. In the description of what’s available for use there was one towel, the brushes were filled with dog hair, the wash bays were covered in previous dog hair and soap scum residue, trash and dirty towels thrown around. It was not even close to disinfected or sanitized as stated in the description. Only good thing was the availability of the warm water…super disappointed and not worth the money.

So very disappointed with Tractor Supply! Two days in a row now I have placed an order for dogfood online and two days Im a row they have canceled the order without calling me! Yesterday I was told the order is in stock with over 50 bags! I was told to reorder today and they would deliver tomorrow! So thats what I did! I even spoke with another person after placing the order, he said the order would be delivered tomorrow! Well 5 minutes later the order was canceled again! I try to purchase local but this experience will leave me no choice but to either order online from Chewy or Amazon! Do better Tractor Supply as you have lost a customer.

I love going to this store. Its like going to a toy store. Every time I go there, even if its just to get one item, I always spend at least a half hour there. They have the best prices on everything! ie; a two pack of propane cans for only around 8 bucks. Safeway will charge ya that much for only one! Had what I was looking for at a good price.

Rarely has what I need in stock, especially when it come to animal supplies. If you have to order to pick up in store they charge a hefty extra shipping fee. This is the worst tractor supply I’ve been in which is sad, was so excited when they were opening here.

Had a great experience at Tractor Supply Co! First time in as I was apprehensive about a new store coming into Grass Valley. Pleasantly surprised to find a great selection of items including some things I didnt even know I was looking for. Got a nice work shirt for $14 which really set the bar. Wasnt able to find the carport I wanted although they did have some lighter weight units in stock that would have worked. Seemed to have a very extensive selection of pet stuff though I didnt venture into that virtual HALF of the store. I wasnt looking for pet products. Ample parking (also noticed wheelchair access) made in and out a snap. Will stop in again...

Rude manager in store. Had two little girls and a rescue bird with me. They asked us to leave because of the bird...

The staff are always helpful and they often have most of my farm & animal needs. I regularly get my horse, dog and cat supplies there...from food to meds. This year we got all our Tposts and peelers there for horse fencing.

I always come in for feed, and the shelves are always empty. Not sure why they can’t stock more. Not coming back into this store.

Neat place. Nice to have somewhere that has the things B&C doesnt sell.That being said, they were pretty much wiped out of sandblasting media when I went in. They said it was because they were rearranging their display areas, but not sure why that would prevent them ordering it and having it available.I am sure I will be back here many times in the future.

Love this place for great deals on tools.. especially for the holidays. All the animal feed you need at great prices. I fill all my propane tanks here as well as it is a great price!

Nice little store with the emphasis on little! I am glad we have more choices in Nevada City and Grass Valley. I only wish the store was bigger with more merchandise.

Went there to see how their store was set up, and what they stocked. Stopped at baby chicks, then on to the back where I found good selection of tires and pet supplies for all manner of pets. Nice new store.

Staff is helpful, daughter loves the baby chicks, fair pieces.

Great layout and they had exactly what I needed; after all other local hardware stores had closed.

I really like having a tractor suppy close by . There is plenty of parking and also handicap♿ parking. Staff is friendly and eager to help. I bought a pair of boots that did not fit quite right and they were more than happy to exchange and even help me find a pair that would fit better . They also have a self 🐕pet-washing station 🐶in the back now. You can also order online or from another store and pick it up here. 😁 I would definately recommend this place .

A new store in grass valley offers a different stock compared to the other hardware type stores in town and is less expensive than most of the others

Nice store good employees only problem is they didnt have what I wanted they couldnt order it and if I ordered it online they wanted to charge me to ship it to the store.

What you would expect from a Tractor Supply inside, but add in friendly helpful staff, no hassle returns, and easy access and parking and its a notch above other TS stores Ive patronized

Got Diamond Natural dog food same price as Amazon. Their store brand 4Health gave my dog bloody diarrhea. Its unfortunate because I just wanted another alternative to feed my dog and give him some variety.

The tractor supply is OK. I just prefer to shop with the local Mom and Pop stores.

A little.smaller them the one in Auburn, but still a good selection
