Class A operation. Super friendly staff, incredibly helpful and kind. Went the extra mile in replacing a damaged board - making the extra effort to drive the 30 minutes again to deliver what I needed. I certainly look forward to doing more business with them!

This place seems to have a pretty good selection. They had a lag bolt I couldnt find anywhere else in town. The weird thing is that their signage out front doesnt indicate what they do. Ive seen this place for years and not known what it was until just recently. And when you walk in, the lighting, including in their otherwise very nice showroom, is pretty poor. It gives the feeling that theyre just about to close. And I agree about the customer service. You dont get the feeling that they are happy to be there or want to interact with you. Just a few small changes and this place could be much more appealing.

Worst customer service of any local hardware store. They have good selection of certain specialty items, but I would rather drive down the hill than support their business.

Everything you could possibly need, Great staff and products. The only reason I gave them a 4 was that they need more cute blonde chicks. If they had a few more hotties it would definitely be a 5 star lumberyard.

Contractors heaven. Great stock, no need to rifle through the 2×4s or anything else. Always have plenty of stock. Fast service and knowledgeable staff. They will load it or deliver same day. Well located and their stock yard and store are so clean u feel like u r in a new store.

I was in need of roofing supplies, went in and had them order me closure for a roof Im working on. Ended up being the wrong closure, so I called them to work it out. They said even know they ordered the wrong stuff that I still have to pay for item. Then they go to say we can help you order the correct stuff..... No way so you can order the wrong stuff again.... Dont do business here unless you want the wrong stuff ordered.

Excellent Selection of Roofing, Drywall, and Stone/Brick Veneer Products. Many innovative architectural accents showcased in a large display area. with distribution centers all over California, they can also accommodate special orders, such as the conical turret roof I ordered through them.

Good choice for new construction and remodeling building materials, also good choice for masonry products. Excellent delivery services. Rooftop shingle delivery, drywall delivery carried to where you want it on job site .

In my opinion; this place is an absolute joke! If you like over priced garbage, then this is your store. The staff are not helpful at all or friendly. People seem to be very lazy here. Most of the lumber is bent and broken. Good luck finding useable lumber! Also, most of the locals that I have talked to said that, it is not their favorite store either.

They are conveniently located, just off the freeway. A some what limited selection but, good quality products.

Incorrect ordering and damaged products. Poor Communication from staff. Also products dont arrive on the date staff tells you.

A true Contractors store

Went in for information on products. Seems to be contractor-oriented. I waited and waited and finally left without being able to get service. I doubt that Ill ever go back.

My husband buys in this place there is everything you are looking for for the roofs the gentlemen who check the merchandise at the exit are a bit rude but it is normal for them to have bad days.
