Order his stuff from lamps plus on impluse. Lamps Plus told us the order would take 3 months to ship a week into it. We cancelled after knowing this updatwe ordered another quicker chandelier from Lamps Plus thinking this wagon wheel chandelier would cancel after asking to cancel.Rick found out that we cancelled and he called us saying it was ready to ship and asked us not to cancel. We told him what lamps plus told us.Ill be honest, he was a bit fussy and harsh, but boy he is presistent.Our second replacement chandelier arrived and installed.Rick still shipped and charged our card for the replacement chandelier. What a fiasco. We told the shipper that we do not want it due to Lamps Plus telling us the very long shipping date.We left for vacation and got call again from a shipper asking us for a delivery date. We relented and gave him our date as our card was still charged.The box came perfectly packed. Long story short, this Wagon Wheel made my wife really happy. Looks like a real wagon wheel with lights. Like from a Comstack Wagon!Amazing construction and very nice finish.In essence believe Rick and not Lamps Plus.
