Loved their shoes. Loved their service. Their staff had everything at hand, sizes, designs and best of all no lines/Ques or any other drama. The shoes were not worn. Excellent price. Bargains on a few items.Would I go back to this place of course.Negatives, it’s a pain in the bum to get to within the mall.

I went to a Famous Footwear and selected ship to my home/work selection because they didnt have my size in the store. I waited and waited and still after 2 WEEKS my shoes hadnt even shipped. I called customer service and cancelled my order all together. They said the only thing they could do was write me a check and send it in the mail. I finally got my check in the mail 3 weeks after I called, which is absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER shop there again. Not worth it and a horrible experience.

They have a great selection of shoes great deals. Those people are helpful. Although it can be crowded at times its worth it cause you might find a great deal for shoes or your family or self

Perhaps they have issues with theft, but following customers throughout the store is no good. It is okay though, GVM has many other options for purchasing shoes. Buh-bye Famous Footwear!
