Over the past several months I have been utilizing the mailbox service at this UPS location. Additionally, I have found myself dropping off many boxes of books already with a UPS shipping label on it but have also started paying in-store to have packages shipped out. Ive utilized similar services at other UPS stores in other cities I lived in and Ive got to say - this is one of the best UPS locations Ive worked with! Their staff is always prompt, friendly, and helpful. They always make sure I receive notifications when I have packages delivered to my mailbox and go above and beyond to make my experience quick and efficient. Just today I arranged to have close to 300 pages printed here. Because of their superior customer service and competitive pricing, they are and will continue to be my go-to spot for my mailing and business needs. Thanks a lot!

Staff is so helpful! We had technicians drop off boxes and one was WAY over the limit. Clark spoke with me and got the boxes re-boxed, receipt sent and tracking sent to me within minutes so it could go out. So helpful!! If i lived in that area I would use nothing but this location.

I was in there a few days ago and Cat helped me out. She made everything easy and was really nice!

Love our UPS store. Use it for all our shipping. Also have used the Notary several times. Alway quick and polite.

If you want expensive boxes to magically disappear without a trace then this is the store for you!! Employees do not tape boxes in front of you, supposedly they take them to the back... hmm sounds fishy. Nothing will appear on your tracking even though your told a driver picked it up. And then surprise!!! Your box is now lost in the galaxy as if you never paid to ship and add insurance to it. I wouldn’t recommend shipping from the store at all.

Max delivered bad customer service then gave us a condescending attitude. Won’t return here, given there’s other nearby options. I recommend Pack “N” Mail in Grapevine.
