Saturday night around 7pm and they barely had any customers,Nobosy greeted us upon entering the store. We usually don’t shop at this store. We were looking for file cabinet options here but the staff didn’t seem to care too much.Seems to have lost ts of exotic food items.

My niece bought a full size mattress set from them. She first attempted to buy it online. For whatever reason they had canceled her order. They took over a week to refund her her money. They claimed they didnt know how the order got canceled but she could come to the store and pay for it. She goes to the store and pays for it. After she pays for it they inform her they dont deliver and hands her a card stating thats who they call to deliver stuff. She calls the number on the card. Rodneys Delivery Service quotes her $195 for 22 miles. I tell her thats way too much. She tells him nevermind she will figure out some other way to get the mattress set. Mind you I bought the same queen size mattress from Bedford Big Lots online and was charged $35. They too use a 3rd party delivery service but everything ran smoothly through the website. Bedford is also 2 miles further than the Grapevine one. Only reason we went to Grapevine is because Bedford only had 1. The Grapevine store was the only store that had the full size mattress and box spring. Well Rodney sends his cousin Lucky to go get it anyways. Lucky shows up at my door drunk Thursday morning with the mattress set. Not only is he drunk he has is girlfriend/wife and kid with him. Lucky threatens to keep the mattress set if we dont pay up. My son gets in between me and Lucky. Because he is being irate. We go ahead and pay him. I call the store and speak to the store manager Grace. She states they only deal with Rodney and thought the whole thing was funny. She gave me a half apology and stated Rodney claimed we agreed upon the price. I stated we did not agree upon the price. And they should have told her before she purchased the mattress set that they do not deliver. Even though the website clearly states delivery is available. I asked her for her supervisor name and number. She refused to give it to me. She stated I can call Big Lots customer care number and make a formal complaint. I did that. They claim the area store manager should contact me. Well no one has called yet. This is how thieves case houses and things to rob folks. I would advise anybody to shop elsewhere. They need to seriously revamp management and take off that they deliver on their website if they dont want to be held responsible for 3rd party deliver actions.

Every time I shop this store and remember the quality products that they carry at such good prices...I kick myself for not going more often!

Clean organized store, and beyond helpful staff. A young man brought me a shopping cart when he saw my hands full. Now that is service!

Clean store and amazing customer service. The shelves are well stocked, everything is priced right and it is a joy to shop there. Its rare to get such good service and I drive miles out of my way to visit this location as a result of the employees making me feel welcome as soon as I walk through the door.

Customer service was excellent in the Grapevine store. Went in to get a mattress set and was able to get it purchased quick and loaded in less than 15 minutes. The girl in the back furniture area was very helpful and friendly.

I received the wrong piece of furniture. Kayla had the issue corrected within fifteen minutes and will have our correct piece delivered at no charge. Kayla was very professional and calmed a stressful situation. I will definitely do business at this Big Lots again!

Great Experience shopping Terri or Tara was the aisle the offering assistance and we found everything we needed and more. Then Vanessa and exceptional attitude when she checked us out very professional and nice.

Bought a bed here for my daughter. The manager helped me load it into my vehicle which I was grateful for since my husband was working. We received a great deal on the bed. My daughter loves it. They do have pretty good deals on certain things and have almost everything you can think of.Some of the staff can be overbearing when looking at furniture, once they back off and let you shop at your own pace your shopping experience is nice.

We bought a coffee table here and we were lucky to get a big discount on it. The staff is very helpful. They were quick, attentive and really tried to be useful. I was satisfied.

Good deals, only issue is for big lot rewards they had my email now they dont and that want me to call some number to fix it. Thats why I havent been going as much.

Jerry the store manager was extremely helpful. I walked around the store for what felt like an hour trying to find something. On my Big Lots app it said it was in stock. After looking everywhere I finally broke down and asked. Jerry looked it up and then went to search for it himself. I really appreciate the over all organization of the store as well, even the clearance area which seems to be a disaster at every other store is usually pretty organized at this location. I would highly recommend taking a visit.

Big Lots is an amazing place to shop !! We go to many different locations and the service is always great but I don’t think Ive ever been to one when the store manager is extremely professional, compassionate and always in great spirits !! Once you go once... you are a customer for life !!!

Went on a Sunday to run a quick errand and checking out took forever. The cashiers need to spend less time hard selling about joining their loyalty club and more time reading when customers aren’t interested and just want to quickly check out.

Its ok for people who like this stuff i was with my wife and ( FORCED) TO GO 😏😁

This is a great place to take the family. They have Sporting Goods from bicycling to paintball to the Shooting Sports to Racquetball and tennis. Lots of clothes for the ladies and for kids as well. They still continue to support the Second Amendment unlike the Dicks that stopped selling rifles. I bet you cant say rifle raffle three times fast? They have really good prices and wide selections as well.Very impressed by selection and service even in the Christmas weekend rush. Was able to find exactly what I wanted and make it through checkout in under a half hour. Even managed a decent spot and a lower than expected price.Nice selection of fishing equipment just have a small problem keeping their shelves stockedLines were very long and only one register open. We left without purchasing anything due to this fact. will not be returning

I dont quite understand the purpose of Big Lots. Their prices are higher than Walmart. The selection is far inferior, and most of the food looks stale and past its shelf life. The reason I go is the dog bones. Thats the one item Ive found is actually cheaper. Other than that, theres absolutely no purpose in going. Walmart is way more convenient, and you get a better selection.

These stores used to be junky. Mainly from parents letting their children go wild in the store. But anyway, quality of merchandise has improved greatly. Also went to the one in Grapevine and it was like a model store. Good work Big. lots and thanks for the bargains!

Pretty good selection of household items I buy soaps and shampoo here because its usually cheaper than Walmart. The whole place is positively infested with Pumpkin Spice flavored stuff at present. Would have been five stars if not for that.

If youre on a budget looking for cheap this is the store for you. You will not find top shelve quality here but items for low prices that are good enough for use but are not made to last forever.
