I love this location! They are always so nice and help us find what we need and in my daughters size. I can always count on them to help my daughter is a superstar! They help her with her size and putting outfits together! She purchased so many outfits thanks to their attentiveness and because they treated my 13 year old like an equal not like a child. We appreciate that! She saved her money during covid to purchase clothes and she loved every minute of her in store experience! Thank you too the sweet young lady who helped us! She did amazing and has no idea the memorable experience she gave us. Its hard turning a teen during the pandemic and even harder finding clothes when youre growing so tall and nothing fits right. Keep up the great work! You all are amazing!

They didnt have the item that I wanted this place is not handicap friendly it is very small .If you have a smaller wheel chair than maybe but no over sized wheel chairsCustomer service was ok and very honest something that you dont hear are see everyday.This store is something similar to Spencers .

Bruhhhhhhh- this place is so cool. My favorite place. Its really nice to go there for a dark aesthetic like goth or there is even pastel goth clothing. A lottt of anime clothing and bags and figures.

Sadly HT isnt what it used to be for us emo kids at heart, however they have some fun things in there and the employees are always super sweet!

FANTASTIC Hot Topic Grapevine Mall location; came here a while back with partner and they were super friendly and polite, its totally a LGBTQ+ and nerdy safe space. I also got a sick checker belt I use pretty much every other day! Hope to come back soon to get some more buttons for my bag 💁‍♀️

Who doesnt like Hot Topic. I went shopping here with my 14 and 9 yr old grand daughters. Young and (uh-hum) old we all found something! Interesting, funny, retro, and trendy there is something for everyone. Clean and friendly. Definitely going back.

The workers are always really nice Ive been in there and are super helpful. I love buying studio ghibli and anime themed things here as they have quite the large selection of such things. Would recommend checking it out if you have similar interests.

This store has some fun stuff for sale, however they have way too much stuff for a tiny store. The UPS delivery man had to move signs just to make it through. Also, I had my kids and there was a few adult items in the back that I didnt want them to see. It would be nice if there at least was a sign warning about such items.

I went here for the first time today and I needed nose rings because I lost my last one. I was standing at the case for about 10 minutes. No one ever came to me. I was like fine whatever and went to the cashier to get someone. After waiting for 3 minutes someone came to the cash register. She looked at me then to the person beside me and told her to come to the cash register where I WAS. Basically pushing me to the side to help her instead. I went back to the case and stood there for 10 more minutes and finally someone assisted me with a poor attitude. Never coming back that’s for sure.

This is my favorite store! it may be intimidating if you arent used to alternative culture/fashion, but the employees and people inside are very friendly. I love the merchandise as well. This is a great place for band merch. The items are a tad expensive, but I was definitely satisfied with my purchase! 🖤✨

Crowded, but worth it

I never really shopped at hot topic but looking for a gift I walked in they had a sale going on I ended up with three shirts at a wonderful price the lady was very helpful she explain the details to me and there was such a great selection to choose from

They were the only hot topic around that had exactly what I needed and they held it for me til I got there and helped me with finding extras that I needed great staff

Great store!!Teens found something online they wanted. So, they twisted my arm, and I gladly took them. They loved this store and the Grapevine mall. There is no retail apocalypse here!!

The store was fantastic, if youre a collector their merch was phenomenal, if you like clothes they have a wide selection and both reps who worked with us were great, they really do deserve praise.

This is the most cramped hot topic Ive ever been. Staff also tries to force their rewards program on you even after you say no.

Usually when I review a clothing/merch store like a Hot Topic its generally bland. But LOOKOUT!; because in this review Im about to promote this store with gusto. You see, it was Thanksgiving night and Hot Topic was offering a $10 for every shirt deal. My wife and I went to get some shirts that weve been wanting recently in the deal and were told by a associate there that we could maximize our savings if we bought $30 worth and got the $15 credit to be used later. Awesome! Since the store was a little busy at the time (it was basically an early Black Friday), we sort of grabbed the shirts we wanted and left without trying any on. When we got home my wife realized that two of the shirts she had gotten didnt fit well for her. Considering the deal and the trouble a future exchange may cause, we made our way back to the store and the same associate recognized us when we came in. Of course, now the store is about three times as busy as it was when we were first there (almost shoulder to shoulder shoppers), but this guy went out of his way to help us out. Amazing! Again, to that guy (Im sorry, I didnt catch his name), thank you for your help and hospitality.

For those of you who are looking for awesome t-shirts, affordable and fun jewelry, and an all around atmosphere that screams Im a fan of movies/ TV shows, this store is the right place for you.

Horrible customer service and rude staff, specifically the woman with the short blue hair. I spent a few minutes looking in the jewelry case to decide what a wanted and the rude employee stepped in front of me, opened the case for someone else, pushed me aside, and completely blocked me off. I didn’t get an “excuse me” or an apology, I wasn’t even acknowledged! I stood there waiting for a few more minutes before I gave up and left! Having worked for HT previously, this location is just awful and the store is a mess. Very disappointed.

As always Hot Topic deliveries the best in dark strobe light offers of tee shirts, gag gifts and jewerly.

Awful experience today in this place. My 13 yr old daughter tried to return a lipstick 1 hour after purchased, since it resulted to be old and clumpy, and the salesperson was very rude to her.She basically accused my daughter of lying about the quality problem and just wanting to return a used item.I wish I was there to turn her desk over, but I knew about this late in the evening.AND shes the manager. I feel sorry about the other employees, with that woman there.I dont have her name but it happened today, in case somebody reading this matters.My girl finally got her money back, but left that place scared and sad.Next time...it wont be next time. We will never go back to that place.

Staff is hard to find one person sends you to the other seems like its disorganized and cramped you can barely walk inside. Its not stroller friendly and Im sure its a firehazard beeing as cramped as it is in there.

I love going to hot topic but yesterday I had the worst experience. Never once was being helped . Also once I got in the cashiers there was a line and I waited for almost 20 minutes in that line and once I was at the cashier one of the cashiers told the other cashier saying I wasnt in line and that I had to go back again in the same line . Worst experience
