Awesome place lots of hand made items good prices and very friendly customer service highly recommend.

Disappointed I couldnt get the narrow butterfly panel I wanted, but I was given a possible source. I did find an awesome wall hanging. Steven took care of me and did an awesome job!

Honestly if I could give this store no stars I would. It was my birthday yesterday and I wanted to go shopping, walked into this store with no mask and the 2 people at the front told me that we couldnt enter without a mask. I hold them I dont have one but If they gave me one I would have no problem wearing it. They said they had no masks to give. So we walked out. Very unfortunate since I wouldve spent a sh*t load of money in this store!

Very friendly staff, quite helpful

This is my favorite kind of shop, I was surprised to find in a mall. Clothes, stones, books, candles, art, jewelry and lot more. I must have spent almost 45 minutes just browsing before choosing what I wanted. The staff was very sweet too. A must visit if you are in to alternative and earthly gifts and things.

It was nice and had what I went there for and I had a face shield on but they very quickly told me I didnt meet CDC guidelines and offered me another mask which I cant wear because I cant breathe so I quickly left the store so I could breathe instead of finishing shopping. I have asthma and cant wear the other kinds of mask for a long time. No other store in TX or MS or LA did that to me.

One word THOM!!!! I wish I could write this to the owner or director of this location. I stay in Whylie so I drive 50+ miles past several locations to this store FOR THOM and only THOM!!! I came for the 1st time 3 weeks ago because my 16 wanted to go to this mall when we fell across this store. The store is amazing but not until THOM said hello and welcome!! He has so much patience we must of chased him from one end to the other end of the store a million times. He explained everything that we wanted to know, his knowledge is unlimited truly unlimited. He is amazing and has so much passion for people and this store, it is so rare to see someone that loves their job .. But he definitely does and it shows. I will not go to any other location as long as he is their. The first time we went I spent over 300$ and close to 200$ today so I am a customer that will definitely keep this location in business.. But only if THOM is their for sure. Mr Owner or Director you have a true treasure working for your store a true treasure.

Definitely a niche store, but for myself, it is always a must-go when were nearby. Lots of fun trinkets, clothing, jewelry, incense/oil scent products, and more.

While the store is nice with a good amount of inventory compared to a couple different Earthbounds around my area, did not appreciate being pretty much kicked out of the store the literal moment that it closed while I had items in my hand that I was ready to purchase and wanted to look at one more room divider before making my way to the cash register. Not sure if the tall, pale man working there today had a bad day, but he was extremely rude.

Never spend your money at a store that dont value there customers

Worst customer service of all time. A rock I wanted had a sale price under it that said $50. I took it up to the counter and then Neck Tatts & generic Justin Timberlake began to weasel their way out of selling me the rock for 10 minutes. They knew nothing about the product let alone their own inventory. They changed the price to $200 and couldn’t even find it in their inventory. Time to retrain, better yet rebrain because if they knew anything about crystals, the lighter in color, the cheaper they are and that’s why it was on sale. bad vibes, no rock is worth buying in there now.

Every time I come into this store location, Damien/Damian (Im not sure how they spell their name) is always working. They are the best retail employee that Ive ever encountered—so upbeat & willing to help you. Damien/Damian deserves all of the promotions in the world. Whenever I walk into Earthbound, I always look forward to seeing their smiling face. Damien/Damian, if you see this, keep up the good work. Youre a killer employee.

Okay... I love this place! Bohemian clothing style, a select variety of cultural items, spiritual, and some decor, oh and lots of jewelry items for both men and women and kids. Its a fun store. Some items can be pricey but there is something for everyone.

Went in with my cousin just out of curiosity. All of the staff were very nice. We had a couple of questions regarding the salt lamps. Super awesome guy named Aaron helped us and he took his time answering all of our questions. Overall we had a great experience.

I had the best experience on Saturday, I’m not from this area but I usually shop at the Earthbound close to my house. The staff was all so helpful and super nice! Shelby and Jeraimiah are awesome! They both helped me pick out some new clothing items for a festival and made me feel more like a human than just a $ sign.

Very hippie vibes from everything in the store so if thats the aesthetic you want, hit this place up.

Fun store. Employees are very friendly. Ive been going there for years. Theyve toned down on employees literally following you around the store for the sake of their job. Great vibes.

The selection at this location was substantive. Everything I saw online was available. The service cannot be rated because there was none, not even a greeting.

I sent my brother to buy shells, but for some reason they gave him hermit crabs, I think they thought he said hermit crabs. My brother has never been there before so he didnt think anything odd about them putting shells in a travel box. He just saw the shells (they were tucked into the shells) my brother called and told me how much he paid, $80 and I told him thats not right. The shells are only $8 each. I told him too look and see if they gave him crabs, he picked them up and turned them upside and saw that they were hermit crabs. Not even 5 minutes of the purchase he went back to ask refund and they said They cant give him a refund, so RIDICULOUS If you own a business and value your customers especially ones that go there regularly you take care of them... Instead said they can only give exchanges. So I had to buy $40 in crap I didnt need. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Dont give them your business, this all seemed pretty shady.

If I could give it no stars, I would. Definitely the worst experience Ive ever had in an Earthbound. Im used to all Earthbound employees being extremely nice & helpful, until I set foot in this particular one. None of the employees said a peep to me. Even though they clearly noticed I was in the store -- evidenced by the way they kept making eye contact with me & profiled me as a thief while they followed me around the store the entire time. It got to the point that the following by multiple employees, all of which said nothing, was so uncomfortable I couldnt even thouroughly look & clearly they werent going to help in the slightest so I ended up just leaving.

Love earthbound but the redhead was rude and ruined my experience. Couldnt even break a $50 for a $12 purchase. So rude.

I remember it being alot more affordable 10 years ago. Most of the stuff they have is cheaper if you visit sites directly that sell other country related decor. They also use to have alot more diverse products . I remember more decor. But now clothes and purses. And very little jewelry and little trinkets. The old wooden figures are gone and drums and sculptures. Now its alot of China boxed items. And very expensive. Still very interesting to look at
