One of my favorite shoe stores to shop at. Always have great deals and prices. There is one associate that usually helps me when I come in (I think her name is Sandy?), such a lovely experience every time. My size is quite hard to find but they always find a way for me to walk out with something that works.

This particular store has a great location. However the associates that were working there on Saturday (4/17/21)evening (between 5:15-6:00pm) were not helpful at all. I was never greeted while in the store. When I needed help I had to walk around the store to find someone I may have thought worked there. When getting to the middle of the store 2 females were just talking to each other. When I asked “hi, do you work here?” One of the females said “well, I’m here aren’t I?” . The women was wearing a solid royal blue tight track suit. I was taken back completely. I work in the customer service industry and I would NEVER respond to anyone in the way that she responded to me. I will not be returning to the location at all.

I was buying a Mother’s Day gift for my mom and Sandy was so helpful in helping me find the right pair!

The cashiers are standing around gossiping and when we came in nobody was in here and we had problems looking for a shoe they literally didn’t even try to help I had to yell from across the store for assistance just to find out the shoe is in the back worst customer service ever

Their beginning of going public is interesting, and their shoes are almost as interesting

I worked previously at Steve Madden so I know how customer service should be. Today I walked in and the store wasn’t busy at all and I wasn’t greeted by the two associates that were at the cash wrap. I was looking at the clearance wall and still had not been greeted or asked if I need help which I needed. The sales people walked past me three times while I was trying to reach the top and still acted like I wasn’t there. The only time I was spoke to was when I took one of the ladders that was out on the floor, in order to reach the shoe I wanted. Because clearly no one was going to help me. The associate then was rude telling me that I couldn’t be on the ladder and to get down. I understand that customers can’t be on ladders but when you walk past me THREE times and clearly see that I need help, I’m going to take matters into my own hands. Like I said before I worked there for two years and know the expectations of the kind of experience sales associates are responsible for providing the customers. I have to say I’ve never left disappointed until today.

The guy was very rude

The store manager Christina (at the Grapevine location) is very rude and depressive. Please be careful who represent your company, this lady is not suitable for customer service. She is talking upset all the time and I didn’t fill comfortable buying in this location so will not return any more to Grapevine Location. However in Frisco and Dallas Locations There are very kind and sweet ladies.

We came on a busy Sunday but still received excellent service. My boyfriend and I each got some trendy shoes we didnt plan on buying and I also bought an adorable flashy clutch and everything was 30% off!

This guy Gyovany went above and beyond to assure we got what we wanted. Hes an excellent customer service representative

The store manager Christina (at the Grapevine location) has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. BOTH times I went there, I received a terrible attitude from her. She needs to receive re-training or be in a business where she doesn’t have to talk to people. The district manager on the other hand is phenomenal.

Very limited choices, picked 2 options, no sizes. Was on store for 7-8 minutes at least before someone asked if I needed help!

Customer service is awful and they are not willing to help anyone.
