Don’t go this and think again to visit if you really want. They play price and cashiers are very on the game player side. I had strong feelings they may be cheating or playing pricing policy at least.MSRP tagged on product boxes are not real price. They will not care what you see or expect from promotion and display price tags.When I claimed this recently and a cashier didn’t honor my request and the cashier told me “show me what you saw and let’s go and check” and it happened really because she didn’t seem to trust my words. They had to put clear explanations officially and must let visitors know the MSRP won’t be applied. And there was no existing exact right price for the goods that I purchased.I will never visit there again unless there will be official apology from them.

Great selection prices are eh.... but the selections make up for it.

I came here to try to return shoes I bought in Ft. Worth only to learn that they decided to close 2 hours early “due to a rise in COVID cases.” Stores are supposed to have set hours for a reason. Wasted my time driving here and now have to make another trip back.

I called as one of my ordeals was cancelled. I tried contacting them to know what this was all about, I called 12 times and they would pick up and hang up in less than 10 seconds. They were very rude about it. Would not recommend

There was a group of employees just standing and chatting while i helped my husband try to find shoes. Took a couple he liked to the register to ask for help in finding his size and the lady gave me a rude look and said what we have is out shortly after i overhear the one employee actually out helping people say if you take the shoes to the register she can help find your size if you cant HAHA! Yeah okay. Because i just tried that and definitely did not receive help. When leaving i walked by the group of employees who were just chit chatting and they decided to make a snarky remark about me after i was out of ear shot without knowing that my husband was in the aisle over and in ear shot and heard them. Should probably check your employees customer service.

Store was an absolute wreck, I have never seen it like that. Took my time, found what I needed (4 pairs of dress shoes) employees nice until the prices were wrong at the register. Took the employee to see where I got them and her manager (who had been next to me while I spent time sifting through the mess to eventually find what I liked) just said the store is a mess sorry these are wrong. So WARNING I dont recommend wasting your time finding shoes right now until they fix their store so you know how much its going to cost..... I only bought 2 of the 4.

Store was absolute mess, employees could care less about helping... the supply was so poor that when I actually found a shoe box in the right size but that only had one shoe it, lady told me that they do end up putting loose shoes back in boxes even if they can’t find match and had zero interest in helping. Seriously??? I guess they are hoping to be able to sell single shoes??? Mentioned it to manager. He just said “um hum” and didn’t say anything else. Won’t be shopping here anymore.

I drove 20 miles to find out they close at 7:00 PM, this is 2 hours earlier than the mall closing time, that was a waste of time and irresponsible towards your clients, you should update your schedule time, if there is a rate lower than zero, I would give you!

They have a really good variety of styles and sizes, but unfortunately they did not have the one particular shoe I was looking for.

The shoes are generally higher end over Famous Footwear and Rackroom Shoes, but its also much pricier. Well organized.

Just a bunch of young kids with zero respect for customers working here. Workers just standing around the register unable to help because theyd rather be talking to one another. Management needs to train their employees better.

Almost 2 weeks ago my wife and mither in law were shopping there from Lubbock. Our daughter is 4 weeks old and had trouble breathing. Turned purple and a manager within seconds began to help my wife. She called 911 and had paramedics there in 5 minutes and stayed helping my family until they arrived. I was not there and hope i dont experience this with my daughter but i wanted to let someone know Aryssa the manager helped my babygirl. Forever grateful M.S

Stood in line for hour to order shoes when she called the other store they said email us and manager said sorry we won’t do it and they won’t send them. Will never deal with them again

No knowledge for staff. Even though we asked to find an item, they are just talking to each other and staring us. At the check out, the lady (Reene) is very negligent. Very unprofessional staff. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

What a disappointment. This store was missing half its inventory, and for the stuff on the shelf? None of it organized so you couldnt find the box corresponding to the shoe on display or even get the correct size in the box you do find. Seriously the worst store I have ever seen at this location.
