Went to this location for my Pfizer booster. The inside of the store was clean. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. The associates, pharmacy techs, and pharmacist were nice and polite.

Mina rocks!!!! After fighting for three days with a paper pushing Dr at the hospital to OK my prescription, that was already approved, for basically an antacid Mina was able to find a suitable OTC to get me by for a few days. Now I have time to make a few calls and figure out the issue. I was in the hospital for four days with a major bleeding ulcer and the only script they gave me was this single, what I am calling an antacid. Seems like it might be important? Again n thank you Mina it might bat have been life saving but it sure took a whole lot of stress Off of me.

Horrible Experience. SoClean2 units on clearance sale for $124. At the register is rang up for $348. Shift lead was extremely rude when I asked him to adjust to the sale price listed. He said the price on the shelf didn’t matter, He said the only thing that mattered was the price listed on is handheld inventory scanner.

Walgreens filled a prescription for us right before closing. Great service!!!

I’ve been to this location many times and the staff are absolutely amazing. Always there to help you and they are extremely polite. The store itself is clean and very well managed.

What a worthless manager! They didn’t print my photos bc the weather was bad and told me he couldn’t help it that my husband had already left. What is the point of taking orders online if you don’t even look for them? Don’t use this store for anything! You will be disappointed.

Excellent Service, do not rush you like CVS does

Always courteous and helpful, they are extremely busy and try their best to get to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. As I saw another gentlemen posted I am surprised at the low score as there are a few that are only there for a check and dont really care, but there are some there that bust their behinds to help you all including me. Some of you people need to think before you post. Think about their jobs, if you knew half of what they did you would not complain! All some people want to do is complained. This Walgreens is the best and the pharmacy staff are extremely nice, the pharmacist is very helpful!

I had an appointment for a flu shot. Per Walgreens instruction I arrived at 8:50 for my 9:00 appointment. NO ONE was in the pharmacy until 9:12. At 9:28 I finally got my shot. So I sat in the non socially distanced waiting room fo r 38 minutes. NOT ACCEPTABLE

Always friendly & helpful. Helped get all our prescriptions transferred from another store. We also use their online ap. The store is clean and well stocked.

- The pharmacy staff is nice and friendly enough, but the pharmacy is SLOW. Theres almost always a line at the counter that takes forever to get through. The same is true for the drive through. I dont think they have enough staff there, but they know we HAVE to go that pharmacy because our insurance dictates it, so theres no incentive to be any faster.- I went in to refill a prescription and one of the staff members said they were out of it. I was back in 2 days later and I happened to get the pharmacy manager. He said they had 10 pills left, and that should get me through until they got more in. KUDOS to him. Wish the staff member had done the same.- BUT they told me theyd be in contact with me when they had received another shipment of my medication or could source it from another store. Never heard back from them.- Called today to see if they have . When I called in, the message said there were 2 people in front of me. Ive now been on hold for LITERALLY 38 minutes, and theres still 1 person in front of me. Im giving up. This is beyond ridiculous.

Rude staff, UNHELPFUL and a manager by the name of Tammy Ray was the worst of all! However Levi was awesome. The only helpful one I could find in entire store

I am leaving this review because my wife and I have used this Walgreens for years and are always welcomed when we enter. The pharmacy lines inside can be long at times, but the pharmacy staff works through it pretty efficiently and the pharmacist is great. Just got on to recheck their hours and about to head there again to pick up prescription for my wife. Leaving this review because this has always been a good Walgreens, consistently for years, and to honestly offset some of these surprising bad reviews...makes me think they are paid from the competition :D

This walgreens is amazing and need to be recognize in what they do. The staff are friendly and they work with disabilities people to give them a chance in working. Its amazing to see such jobs do this and show a lot about who care in this world we live in. God bless

Fast and helpful

Tried to pick up photos for my wife. She wasn’t sure if her account was under her married or maiden last name. I had them search both as well as her phone number. The lady working the photo desk seemed to try but the manager was awfully rude. Acted like he searched the system and told me he found nothing. I thought my wife might have been mistaken so went home. Once I got home wife showed me that the order was under one of the last names I gave them and her phone number. The order showed to be ready at this location. Incompetency at its best. Had to drive back up there with an order number to get our photos which were there the whole time.

Girl working in photo lab needs customer service training .She is awful. Went in on Monday 5/13 tp pick up 3 prints I did online. She could not find them.I had a confirmation email. She offered no help - pretty much oh well. She also greeted me with I will be with you in a couple of minutes How about a greeting of Hi, please give me a moment and I will be right with you Will not come back here.

Ok, Ive had a different experience. Everyone always welcomes me when I walk in, the pharmacy took the time to work out a problem for me, and I love getting $5 off through Rewards. Cant get 5 stars as there is a pharmacy tech (who honestly may not even be there anymore) who obviously ate nails for breakfast. But overall, I dont mind going there.

Good pharmacy Dept., Store carries most of the things I would need so that I can avoid going to Walmart ever!

Decided to try this pharmacy today. To see if I wanted to switch and be a regular. The person working in the pharmacy was mean. It took me a minute to realise she was purposely trying to be hateful and not help me understand what she needed from me in regard to my insurance. When I asked for rhe prescription back so I could try to figure out what she was referencing and come back, she really showed a bad attitude answering with Umm hmm. and a hateful smirk. like I was inconveniencing her. I was shocked to be treated that way. Who ever the young black lady with big curles/fro is really needs to take a lesson on customer service. I can understand if someone is being hateful to you that it may be hard to have patience. But when people are being courteous and you just want to be rude.. Sorry you wont get a second chance to do so. From reading other reviews this place seems to be known for bad service. Who would think you would need to check reviews for a pharmacy!! It is pretty dang bad.

I hate this Walgreens every time I go there I leave unhappy. Whether it be a rude cashier or the prices are incorrect or in the wrong spot. Go somewhere else.

Everyone at the photo center is very nice and got me out to my passport pictures within 5min

I have been a few times and they are always very nice.

The customer service here is beyond poor. I called asking when my prescription would be ready and was told “when we find the time to fill it.” In person the service is just as rude and seems to always be running extremely slow. Will not be returning to any Walgreens in future.

I usually do not write reviews on places unless I have had such a terrible experience that I want others to beware. I had an experience like this with this Walgreens today. The employees / management here is extremenly rude and finds it okay to scream at customers if they happen to stroll in at 8am (their opening time) saying we still arent open for 15 minutes! As a few customers and I walk away confused, I ask why they are not open since they are supposed to open at 8am? Again, another scream in responses we had a break in last night, any questions?! SO RUDE! I will be taking my business to the CVS down the street from now on. After completing a masters degree in marketing, I still find it hard to believe that businesses have not learned the importance of customer service.
