I have never been a big BBW fan, however, many of the fragrances are nice. I usually Dont use lotions or soaps with fragrance, but who doesnt like to have their hands smell nice once in a while? The store is always well thought out. The layout makes sense and it is always neatly arranged. Having people placed at the store front is smartly strategic. The helpful demeanor and positive attitudes as well as the knowledge of the product the staff maintains, and the willingness of them to share that knowledge of the product is an asset to store. I will return.

There was a line to get into store because of covid they only allow so many customers in at a time. Once I walked in the sales girl was very nice and asked me if I needed any help. Great service as always.

Staff is incredible at noticing a customer who needs help and asking them what they can do to assist. They mightve been the most proactive employees at any shop in this mall! I told them that I needed to get a gift for my grandmother, and they basically took me around the entire store giving me so much of their time.

Always love going to this store but I wish the staff would back off just a bit and let me see what I want instead of trying to give me a bag or asking if they can help me. Dont get me wrong... I love great customer service and I love every product they carry.

Great store they are practicing the safety COVID-19 measures. We had to wait outside the store a few minutes. But everything was stocked and the sales were awesome.

Great place for your bath and body needs! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The selection was great and the prices are really good! I love the hand soaps and all of the selections that you can choose from. They are the best! Would highly recommend their soaps as well as this store for all of your needs and I will definitely go back when in the area.

The store was so festive and Christmas-y! The customer support team were friendly and beautiful and available to help. The atmosphere made me want to rush home and start putting up my Christmas decorations! And they had a great sale on fragrances lotions candles everything as usual!

I love Bath & Body Works company itself. But the sales associates who work there didnt make my shopping experience so pleasant. Very pushy and rude. I couldnt get their name but particularly a young white female who checked out my basket treated me as if I am a cluless kid while continuously pushing me to buy more even after I politely refused multiple times stating I dont need excess. She was very rude and pushy. I felt quite intimidated by this encounter. When walking out of the store I told myself I would never go back to this particular store.

Typical of mall stores, but it was cramped and crowded. Very hard to maneuver in. However, the sales associates were very friendly and helpful. As always, Bath & Body Works offers great variety and selection.

I love this store.

NEVER again will I come here .. you have the worst assistant managers his name was Tyler I believe . I was told by him that I was hired even went to the interview and he would call me back the next day to move forward with the next step for hiring . NEVER called back . I had to call him god knows how many times . The associates acted like they had 0 experience on the phone every time I called and asked for that manager . Just the worst . I quit my job because he secured me a job and now I am unemployed . Thankfully I just found a job . NEVER even dare applying here again or shopping .
