Terrible old oil fryer smell. Your clothes will smell like an old fryer just for walking in for a quick purchase. Suggestion to owner: get a vent a hood for your stores.

Friendly staff... Closes at 11pClean. Has a hot case & sandwiches.I have yet to be there when its open but its bound to happen.Prices are slightly higher than most convienance stores but if you are in a pinch.

New owner is not at all friendly and store is always a mess. Seems like they go through employees quite quickly. Just not the same friendly small town corner store as before.

Other than having a deli its a standard convenience store. In and out quick, employee was friendly. Prices are a lite higher than most convenience stores in Grants Pass.

We went there for our occasional Sunday newspaper, only to find that the store no longer has newspapers instore. There are now boxes outside where one has to pay with coins. Sunday papers need 10 quarters!Gone inside are the friendly staff, and we presume it was the new owner who very proudly explained to us how he aggressively told the newspapers off because they are too much trouble to keep in the store.Whatever happened to service-with-a-smile and the psychology of drawing customers into a store with a possible loss-leader because they are sure to find something else they need?My wife and I have decided its too much trouble to suffer this guys unpleasantness when we need to ask for change. There are so many other places who actually want customers.

Big selection of items makes Town&Country Market a great locally owned convenience store. Excellent stop on your way in or out of town!

The employees are always very friendly and the deli food is always fresh and hot. The biscuits and gravy are the best and their Fresh Sandwiches are very good as well.

Used to be a great store, but since new owner took over it is very run down, constant employee turn over and rude ones at that, never has anything in stock, smells like old frier oil, ants all over fountain soda counter, hot food that looks days old. Parking lot is a distaster. Never enough staff during busy times. There’s no longer “fresh sandwhichs” as advertised. There is outdated (expired) food on the shelves. Very sad to see such an amazing store being run into the ground.
