Needed an oil change and drove in to Lithia Chrysler at 3:40 pm Saturday, in Grants Pass, Oregon. I went into the Showroom and immediately was greeted by someone who walked me back to the service area. Although they closed at 4 the service attendant gladly took my Honda in and 10 minutes later I was done and on my way. Very helpful, friendly employees. Would recommend anyone to do business with a Lithia dealer. Every Lithia dealership I have visited have shown exceptional professionalism, help and great service. So happy I bought my car through Lithia! Great people.

The brand new car we purchased on 9-11-21 is very nice and it was fairly priced as it was labeled. We are pleased with the car and the price we paid for it. I am not pleased that Lithia Dodge tried to push me on the spot into buying the extended warranty or vehicle protection plan at a grossly inflated rate. It was presented to me at a cost of $6100+ in addition to an oil change plan at $849. When I resisted, they magically brought back a figure of $3190 (for the same extended warranty? I think?) and took off the oil change plan (at my request). The salesmen told me that they wanted to be transparent, they said this more than once, but Im realizing now that they were trying to sell me an extended warranty at a very highly inflated markup. I could have declined it, but I did agree to the $3190 for the extended warranty since it could be a beneficial safeguard for our situation in the future. My online research after I got home shows that the plan they sold me can be purchased by the customer directly online at anytime before the factory warranty expires. So, To Lithia: You sold me a Vehicle Protection Plan at $1300 more then what I could have purchased it for myself. True Transparency would have been disclosing the truth about the plan when I originally resisted and the availability the customer has to buy at it a later time and at the REAL price of the plan (which is $1890). I would have appreciated knowing about this and I also would have appreciated knowing about the plethora of other vehicle service plans, terms and prices available for my new car. I might have picked a different plan if I had been given all available options. I feel a little duped by you, but it could have been worse than the $1300 I overpaid you for the service plan if I had not asked as many questions as I did. Even after this I would still return to you for another car if needed in the future. Ill just be armed with the experience of this transaction and the knowledge I carry now about the warranties. ***Buyer Beware on the Extended Warranty or the Vehicle Service Plan you are presented with at Lithia. Get an online estimate from the Mopar Vehicle Protection or Chrysler Warranty Direct website before saying yes to an extended warranty at the dealership. You can buy it yourself later if desired and you get it at the real price, not the inflated rate that Lithia presents it at.
No appointment needed for service. Called ahead and I got right in. Whole service took ~an hour - then back on t he road! No one in this town (or dealership) wearing masks which is annoying. Nice people- I hope they don’t give each other COVID-19

I was able to make a next day appointment for my Jeep Grand Cherokee which fit my schedule. Unfortunately they could not fix or find the gremlin in the electrical system. Nor did they wash the vehicle after I spent $2K on repairs and service. All the people were nice and helpful but Lithia needs to wake up to customer service demands. My regular dealer washes my Jeep!

Arrived in AM for an oil change on my 2016 Ram Eco diesel. Knowing from past experience, my wait time is usually 40min to 50min.After an hours wait I inquired about my vehicle .I was informed that the technician in the parts room had been unavailable for a 1/2hr. and it would still be about a 25min. wait.I would expect an employee in a key position to remain available to serve their employee (the public).
Great customer service, had a recall on my durango and they got me in within a month to fix it, where as medford would have taken 8 months
We went into Lithia looking to trade in our car, but were still a little hesitant on what we wanted and pulling the trigger. Chase showed us a few options and after driving a Jeep Renegade we fell in love with the car and all of the details and features it offers! The process was smooth and easy which makes purchasing a car a little less stressful. Overall we are pleased with our experience at Lithia, and Chase is a great consultant to work with!
They sent me off with a certified pre owned jeep with a sway bar link connected to the wrong side. It was bent and was digging into the frame. All they would do was put it on the other side, still bent. Now Im stuck with a bent sway bar, after driving it for a couple weeks it pulled the sway bar to the passenger side and now its digging into the other side. They dont care. They should not have sent it off. I recieved a paper about the inspection that covers everything and it was all signed. So did they just checkmark everything and not check being lazy or did they have a mechanic that doesent know what hes doing? Or do they not care? Any way you look at it its not a good look. None of my friends or family are ever going to go back there and I would suggest you think twice as well. Go to medford lithia, I have heard they are much better. I was being told by many people not to go to lithia grants pass but I chose not to listen, and now Im having the same issues they have had. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else. They stated that my lift was stock (if it is it should be covered by warranty) when I went back to fix the issue they were giving me the run around and its starting to sound as if they lied to me. When you go through the 5 stars and people are rating it from thousands of miles away you know someone is buying fake reviews. Tip of the day: click lowest reviews and read what everyone is going through after they bought from lithia and decide for yourselff. If you decide to buy from them you will at least know what to look forward too.

Today the service was good. I was able to get my issue taken care of during my visit. Although on two previous visits, first I was told they were too busy, to come back the next day. When I returned the following day, the first person I talked to said they didnt have enough men working in a tone that wasDemeaning. I left with out a word. Had the work done elsewhere.

As soon as we came in the door, one of the Sales Associates welcomed us and ask how could he help us. We looked, drove, and spoke about the car functions and features. We signed up to run are credit, which was not a long wait time, and got a really good deal. I appreciated it and happy with the service we got.

Very poor experience. I have come in for an oil leak diag. I was told my vehicle could not be worked on due to rusty pinch welds. I waited an hour and 20 minutes to receive this news. I took my vehicle and drove it back to where I am stationed. I went under the vehicle myself with brake cleaner, cleaned the oil and found the leak source myself. I took out my intake manifold and i also saw/heard something sparking. My oil leak was the oil pressure sensor and the spark was due to torn wires on the alternator cable. To think this shop charges $165 per hour and is incompetent enough to do the work that I, a 29 year old female have done myself without a lift. I did tell the manager how I have felt and asked for an apology but the apology did not seem sincere. I told him that there were other options instead of turning me away. The alignment rack was open and is a drive on rack and a floor jack with support along the crossmember were two other options. This was pure Laziness on behalf of the Dodge dealership. The atmosphere was nice and Nate was wonderful to work with. Hence, 2 stars.
I have bought several different cars from Lithia here in Grants Pass, Oregon! My service has always been quick and courteous. I have only one problem with this dealership and that has always been with the oil changes they always have taken to long! I have declined the oil changes the last couple of car purchases! I take my oil services elsewhere and have it done in about 15 minutes! Otherwise I’m completely happy with their service and cars to choose from! Our salesperson was Corey and he was very nice and helpful with our latest purchase with our New 2021 Jeep Cherokee! Thanks again Corey and Lithia!
Had the Challenger serviced today and the fuel injection system checked because it was due and the interior air filters serviced because of the heavy smoke in the air this summer. Every thing checked out good and all done with expediency.

I purchased a replacement OEM key fob for my truck at Lithia, it turned out to be defective requiring a battery replacement every few months.Service and Parts decided since it still works they couldn’t replace the part and I’d have to be inconvenienced by having to come and get a battery every time it failed (they wouldn’t allow me more than one battery).So I decided to talk to the General Manager Ron Clark. I tried calling him for an appointment but no return call after three days. So I went down to the facility to discuss the matter.It wasn’t clear how busy Mr. Clark was behind the obscure glass but I was told he could see me but I’d have to wait perhaps an hour or so. I asked to see the Assistant Manager and the Service Manager,I believe, came out.Mr. Miller was cordial, heard my story and I got a replacement key fob.So the whole upshot of this is: It was poor judgement on their part and customer be hanged, no recourse except to see the General Manager where I got the distinct impression “he’s not interested “. Luckily, in that business I found someone that was RESPONSIVE to the customer that drives their business. They don’t understand that concept.

My 2020 Ram truck had a serious motor issue under warranty. The Grants Pass service manager Wes went above and beyond to take care of me. Due to COVID-19, the center had stopped giving out loaner vehicles. Wes knew I lived 2 hrs away at the coast and he put me in a beautiful 2020 Dodge Challenger loaner so I could get home. Even though my HEMI required extensive work, the service center had my truck done in several weeks...even with the parts scarcity and shipping delays caused by the pandemic. Truck runs great again!
I’ve bought and paid for 2 Ram pickups in the last 5 years totaling over $130,000. I currently own a 2019 Ram 2500 Laramie. I took it in to GP Lithia for an issue where my dash kept indicating I had a rear turn signal out, when it appeared that I didn’t. Fast forward to the conclusion of the diagnostic where I find out that there is moisture in my rear tail lamp assembly causing this message to appear. When I purchased the truck I also purchased an extended bumper to bumper warranty as well as lifetime oil changes. Apparently Dodge/Ram will not cover this issue on a truck with only 36,000 miles on it, even with an extended protection plan! Will never spend another penny on Dodge/Ram vehicles in my life as well as anything associated with Lithia! Horrible way to treat a “valued” customer!! What a joke.
Service is usually quick, oil changes and such, but they always say I need [____] serviced and it only costs $500! One time they soaked my husband for $1200 for a totally unnecessary service. Havent forgiven them yet.
If I could give negative reviews for these snakes, I would. They approached my husband about buying our van. Offered us a pretty price and then wasted our whole day test driving cars on their lot with our two small children. When we found one to rum numbers on, they offered us $7000 less than before and tried to fast track paper work so we wouldnt notice. 🙄 When we went to leave they acted smug, like we needed them...when they approached us to begin with.They give you oil changes with short life so you have to come back often...and its first come first serve...no appointments. So its always a pain to do and takes so much longer than any other lube place in town.Terrible experience with them.
I can only speak about the parts department and they are great! Ken spent the time on the phone with me to search for the exact parts I needed. Prices were competitive and they were more than helpful while checking out. By far the best Ram parts department I have dealt with!
Long but a must read. If I could have left a negative star rating I would have! I have had several encounters with Wes and his “service” team between two different vehicles both purchased from this dealer. First off, they charge way too much for the lack of service provided. Secondly, the genius that did my tire rotation on my Cherokee failed to replace the lugs on my rear tire and half way home my wheel nearly fell off. They sent someone to meet us to put them on and tried to send us on our way. My husband being the amazing mechanic he is forced them to take it back to the shop for a full inspection. Since it was already past closing they were reluctant but finally did. The next morning my Cherokee kept showing alerts and codes. We found a cap wedged in the hood when they closed it. Fast forward to my new Jeep, I took it in for the service bulletin on the rear defrost cable. I dropped it first thing in the morning was told they’d need it at least 3 hours. I didn’t have a ride so I had to walk home in the rain. After waiting about 5 hours I called to see what was going on. I was told it’s all done so I walked to pick it up. They handed me the keys and I was on my way…….to the middle of their parking lot when I saw the cable flopping around in my rear view. I pulled around and said what the hell! I was then told they didn’t have the part to fix it, had ordered it and when it came in I’d need to leave it overnight. So they had me stranded all day long and did nothing to my Jeep. I swore at that point I’d never return. However, oil change time, and I find myself reluctantly back in their service center. I ask how long, I’m told that magic number 3 hours again. Even though there’s not another sole there. Then when I say I need to make an appt to address the rear defrost again I’m directed to Wes who’s bouncing a golf ball against a wall over and over. Super busy right. But before I get to do that I’m informed that my oil change will be $80 something and an additional $21 to rotate my tires!! Absolutely not!! I told them I’d be taking my business elsewhere. To which they didn’t seem to care. Oh and I can’t forget that they actually don’t even attempt to answer their phones anymore so making an appt is next to impossible unless you actually go down there. Apparently bouncing golf balls off of walls cannot be interrupted by customer phone calls. I’ll be taking my vehicle to Roe Motors who will change my oil, rotate my tires and wash my car for $79!! I guess Lithia is a little too big for their britches and could give zero Fs about the small town locals it should be servicing. Your loss Lithia.

I go in to get my oil changed and maintenance service and its always great. I usually try and get Daren because the guy in the first service booth has been a bit grouchy the 2 times Ive driven in and hes helped me. I usually take my business elsewhere, and will go out of my way to drive to another place of business, even farther away, in lieu of dealing with snotty or grouchy people. And when it comes to car service at a car dealer, that usually isnt cheap, I dont need to give my money to someone whos not being appreciative of the money Im going to spend. That being said, everyone is different and I realize some have bad days.

Aaron in finance has always made the final documents a breeze to sign. I gave this dealership a 5 star because I keep returning the customer service is great.
Refuse to do oil change without a 2 to 3 hour wait no matter what time of day. Wes is rude and they refuse to service my warranty or replace damaged seats they damaged during insurance claim. Got my jeep back in worse condition than when it went in and they got paid thousands from my insurance payment. Will never buy from lithia again but if there was any other jeep dodge dealer in town they would certainly not have any business. Sales staff is nice but once you buy you can kiss that goodbye. No corporate level support either just not a great company, but most people in the area will concure its pretty comon knowledge.
The Service Department Advisor was very courteous and helpful with informing me of a important recall of my 2018 Jeep Renegade. As a recent Hawaii transplant I was impressed with Jeeps ability to transfer my vehicles service needs to Lithia here in Grants Pass. I was given a immediate appointment to come into Lithia. The software update for my Jeep was quick plus I was advised of several other maintenance jobs needed for my jeep. Thanks for providing me with prompt and efficient service. I will definitely come back to Lithia for future service needs.
I stopped in to buy a Jeep Wrangler unlimited however they were unwilling to deal with me until I took it for a test drive. I have purchased a few cars in my day if I see something I like I dont need to drive it, just give me a dollar amount and well see if we can work with it.I mean to be fair, I was wearing raggedy jeans and driving a little red electric POS car. But one should not judge a book by its cover.I purchased a Jeep the next day from another dealership

Lets face it..weve all had a bad experience with a mechanic or dealership.Not at Lithia Dodge of Grants Pass though.Ive literally had to call these folks on multiple occasions and every single experience has been a 5 star experience. We live nearly an hour away and working with the crew at Lithia service is always smooth as butter. In and out... especially this past week when my RAM decided to inform me it was time for replacement fuel filters.I couldnt find a mechanic in Medford to help us out and i needed to be in Springfield the next day.I gave them a call the next morning... didnt speak with a computer automated receptionist. I was forwarded to Darren in the service dept...appointment immediately!Bam! Called to get my 2020 Jeep Gladiator in for a steering issue. Wes the service manager is the person I spoke with. My jeep is wondering all over the road and pulls to the right. Wind driven wander on the freeway is a real issue and makes me want to forget about long trips. My jeep is still under warranty and jeep knows about this problem and has replaced the aluminum steering box with a heavier duty cast unit for several others with the same problem, just look at Youtube. Im not new to the Jeep world have had several and have several currently. I have had the steering box adjusted by my mechanic, tires have been balanced and rotated, and it has had a full alignment. My mechanic stated that there is a lot of flex between the steering box and the frame that has been torqued. This should not be my problem and I shouldnt have to pay $165.00 to diagnose a problem that jeep knows about. I purchased a $50,000 + Jeep and the dealer acts like this is just an issue with mine. This is not right and blaming it on other things other than the real problem is just deflecting from the real dangerous issue.Fallow up to this review: Called Medford Lithia Jeep and talked with Travis. He told me that YES Jeep infact knows my issue well and is sending them a new steel steering box to replace the oem aluminum box. How Wes at the GP Lithia didnt know about this bulletin, that was sent out in March 2020, totally escapes me. Glad I called Travis at Medford Lithia Jeep to fix this dangerous issue. I will also not be buying another vehicle from GP Jeep. Wes tried to charge me $165.00 to diagnose this issue that they should have known about and treat me like a novice Jeep owner is disrespectful.
Service department staff were very nice, took care of my recall and diagnostic work in a very speedy fashion. My only issue was the customer lounge. TV wasnt working and there was no air circulation at all. I understand no coffee or snacks due to COVID, but it felt like a very barren room to wait in.

I showed 30 minutes prior to the service dept opening and still was not first in line. No appointme ts taken I was greated promptly and received excellent service. I had a factory recall, basic oil change and service and the break fliud change and service.
Bought an amazing 2019 RAM 1500 a week or so ago. When it comes to the truck, I cant say enough how happy I am.Lithia Dodge did just OK, and Ill tell you why. Although my salesman was nice and very helpful, he left out some majorDetails on the truck I purchased. Not little stuff, but huge differences between regular RAMs and the one I bought.Ever heard of the eTorque RAM? Me either, and I didnt discover what it was, or how it worked until 2 days after I came homeWith it. Not that its a big deal, but maybe tell the customer they are purchasing a mild hybrid system in their truck, and thatThere is a 48v LIPO battery bolted to the inside of the passenger cabin. The system eliminates the need for a standard alternatorAnd provides an additional 130 foot lbs of torque at takeoff. It also has regenerative braking that charges the battery when letting off the throttle.Pretty cool right? Would have been cooler if they told me whileLooking to purchase a new truck.Then they say they didnt know the previous owner, and it turns out it was the service department loaner car.All in all, I love the truck...however the dealership put a dent in my trust.Come on guys... you can do so much better.
I needed to get a car after having an accident. The people at this dealership made the process very easy and as less stressful as possible. Im grateful for their assistance. Found a car I really like, got an extended warranty, oil changes and GAP coverage. With a payment schedule that worked for me.
Apparently if and when you take your vehicle there for maintenance they can legally part your car out and you cant do anything about it. Had a couple things stolen off of a rig that was dropped off for maintenance and it seems someone else needed those parts more. They shrug their shoulders and say sorry there is nothing we can do about it. Make a police report they said. When asked about cameras, they say they cant help us with that either. Never again...
Grants Pass Lithia is by far the best auto dealership that I have ever encountered. My old Jeep got totaled in Sacramento while I was visiting, causing me to become stranded in CA without a vehicle.I searched online and found the exact Jeep I wanted at a great price at that dealership. I explained that situation to them & they sent a driver with my new car all the way from GP down to Sacramento to pick me up at NO charge! I also got to test drive my car all the way home & they assured me that if I was not happy with that particular vehicle, they would find me one I did like.Also, the service department is awesome as well. I was going to Medford Lithia to get my oil changes/service and it was always crowded with very long wait times. This is definately not the case at GP Lithia.Thank you guys for everything! I highly highly recommend!
Justin was great! He explained every detail, slowed down when I needed numbers (which, admittedly are my weak area) broken down in a new way. Some people can’t consume numbers quickly. I’m one of those people. They give me anxiety. Money, percentages, and such, I’ve never been able to grasp it. And I teach communication, so having Justin help us was great. We were there all day and he never made us feel bad for it. He used humor. He connected with us. He was interested in our lives. And he made sure this was the right purchase for us.Thank you Justin. And ps...the parents were even happy for us, too!!! Haha haha!!!
