The Customer service was excellent. We were greeted by every staff member that we came into contact with. We felt very welcomed. The service department fixed my car for a quarter of the cost that we were quoted by other companies. The service was suppose to take an hour and it was done in half the time. The staff was very friendly and almost laid back. There were no high pressure sales tactics used with me or other customers I observed in various stages of their inquiries or purchases. The Service Writers were friendly, attentive and professional. We had oil changes done on two cars and they were ready when promised. They were not able to check everything we had hoped but that was no fault of their own. Six of their mechanics were out for the day and they were doing their best to juggle everyone.
I went to look at a specific car. I was greeted by Jim C. at the far end of the lot where the car was parked. I wasnt shown more expensive cars. I wasnt asked where my husband was. Jim made this one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. It went smoothly and quickly. I didnt have wait around for hours on end to this settled. Jim worked with me on my trade in value to offset a spendy maintenance service I knew the other car was due for. I am very with my little Kia Soul. I’m so impressed with how well Jim Sigel Automotive took care of me last week. I was a little panicky when I drove on the lot because my air conditioning wasn’t working in the 110° heat. Especially because I was expecting out of town company for four days and I expected to drive all over the county. Although at first they thought it would take 10 days to get the parts and the work done, I was pleasantly surprised when on the second day they called and said my car was ready. Well after waiting weeks to finally get my vehicle in for my 100,000 mile service and paying almost 700 hundred bucks, the very next day I took my vehicle too the coast on my only day off only for it too break down in the red woods, after an all day event of getting a tow truck getting down too the dealership and waiting all day, come to find out they snapped a spark plug when putting it in my truck obviously they didn’t charge me too fix it or for the tow but my entire day off was ruined. Dan offered to make it right at my next service, we’ll see if they actually remember of course nothing was said put right about it or on paper. I will say the guys were nice and understanding of there screw up and clearly were over run with people needing service.

Ive been taking my cars to Jim Sigel for service the last 2years ...on my last visit a valuable piece of car stereo equipment was stolen. Other items were displaced as well as if someone had plenty of time to rummage through my vehicle. After several attempts to reach management and get my item replaced...they told me to pound sand! Im at a loss for words for the lack of customer care on this issue. Ive had items stolen at other dealerships and was taken care of. FIND A NEW DEALER! Your vehicles are not safe at Jim Sigel. There is no loyalty to customer care!

We had routine maintenance done on our vehicle by the Service dept. and afterwards it made a noise that wasn’t there before. We called the Service dept. about it and they had us bring the vehicle in and looked at it right away even though they were extremely busy. Within 15 minutes, they had the problem resolved. I truly appreciate the staff’s effort and ability to resolve our issue quickly. It was a great customer service experience!

The fuel pump on my Titan went out during a road trip five miles from Grants Pass. Nissan had it towed to Jim Sigel automotive for repairs. They contacted me first thing in the morning, had the issue figured out in a couple of hours, ordered the part and had my truck ready to go the next day. Dan from service kept me up to date and got me on the road. Great service and they were life savers.

Courteous and efficient staff.The free safety inspection was thorough and appreciated but did not record the failed brake light that I noticed and mentioned to the rep.The service work was completed successfully but took a little longer than I had anticipated.I was not sure how to respond to the question about buying a new Nissan because I have not bought a brand new car since 1976. I would consider Jim Sigel for a used car purchase if I saw a vehicle that I liked for my next purchase.In general, my experience was positive and pleasant.

I was in the middle of a cross country road trip/vacation and randomly decided I wanted to try and trade my perfectly fine Chevy 1500 for a newer Chevy 2500HD. I found one nearby at Jim Sigel Automotive in Grants Pass, OR.I was able to get above Blue book on my trade in and into the new truck that I wanted with payments I wanted. I highly recommend Russell my salesman who was very helpful and knowledgeable and provided one of the best truck buying experiences I’ve ever had and this is my 7th truck I’ve bought. I never felt pressured to spend more on a different truck which has happened in the past at different dealerships. While waiting for final paperwork I decided I’d buy a T-shirt and Russell bought it for me plus 2.5 gallons of DEF for my new truck.5 stars! Highly recommended!

Above my expectations. Brought the car in for a front end alignment and tire rotation, and they washed the car, vacuumed the floor mats, and my tires are shiny black! First time ever Ive had that done after a tire rotation and alignment. So guess you know where Ill be going from now on!

My boyfriend and I went in today to get his first financed vehicle. We called prior to going in to start the finance application. Russell helped us on the phone and and also guided us through the purchase of the vehicle. He was patient, professional, and extremely helpful. I would have given 5 stars and a 10 rating if the detail cleaning of my new Blazer was done better. The interior dash had handprints and dust and the exterior wasnt very clean. All the exterior doors jams were dirty and should have been wiped down. Just overall better attention should have been paid to the detailing of a new vehicle. My trade in was cleaner.

With free oil changes as long as I own my car it is the only reason I go there. Every time I take my car in I am told things need to be done that don’t. Example, the last 2 or 3 times I have been told there is a nail in my tire, I take my car to another place and NO nail. Don’t trust the car service every time I have been told things need to be done and not all the things they say are needed confirmed by other TRUSTED businesses I do my business with. When I refinanced my car here it was clear what I came in for and I spent 3 hours being worn down to buy an extended warranty I never wanted! I wouldn’t trust this business ever
I hate paying for maintenance -- but there is no better place to do it than here at Jim Sigel. Just got my timing belt changed. They pointed out the coupon availability -- on their own accord. Have the lame transmission in my 2018 Nissan Sentra, CVT. Didn’t do my research b4 purchasing the car. It was zero percent interest that’s y I jumped at the opportunity. Anyway, I experienced what I thought was slippage. Which these transmissions r known for. I took it in bc it is still under extended warranty. If there’s something wrong I want it dealt with ASAP. Especially if it’s the transmission. Casey was who helped me. Very professional n courteous. He said they’d take a look. I had a $100 deductible and for the diagnostic test would be that or a lil more. They had my car for a few hours n were unable to find any log or entries saying such event occurred. Of course not! However, Casey did update my computer which is supposed to log or make some kinda entry when something like what I explained occurs.He also found there was a recall on my brake switch. I had to schedule another appointment for the brake switch. Casey had said previously that they took the car on the road n couldn’t get it to duplicate what I had explained. We came to the conclusion that I would drive the car again through the summit where I experienced the “slippage”. Uphill at a good rate of speed. I tried twice n could get it to do it again. So, whatever they did??? It fixed it. Idk how these CVT transmissions n the computer work but evidently the update took care of it. I just hope my car doesn’t decide to fail after my extended warranty but that’s usually how warranties work. The day after or a week after the warranty expires the equipment fails in a major way. Venting a lil. Other than that service at Jim Siegel was great. Mark in the accessory department was very helpful also.

I get great service every time I take my car in, and buying my cars has been an easy experience both times. Russell is easy to work with and I appreciate that hes there to answer whatever questions I have, do as many test drives as I need, and never puts any pressure on but was available when I was ready to make my purchase.

Normally I would give them a ten, but this visit was not as happy. I am 91 and walk with great difficulty, and instead of parking my car when it was finished, in the area just outside the customer door, it was parked up a slight incline several spaces up the outside wall. Ii was not happy.
I came to Jim Sigel not knowing what to expect, thinking it would be the typical pushy sales that I dreaded. I arrived expecting to get all the questions...where do you work, what do you do, how much do you have to put down. I was pleasantly surprised. Nick Zacchino spoke with me on the phone answering all my questions. He seemed genuinely interested in how he could make my buying experience great. We made plans to meet up and look at vehicles and get all of my options, he even stayed well past their closing time to accommodate me, 1 customer! I met Brian Darby that night as well and he was open and very friendly. He explained what my options were and what items would be needed. They did everything they said they would do, called and followed up with me and allowed me to decide what was in my best interest. I loved that I got to decide if I wanted to move forward or wait, they were totally transparent and consummate professionals that made me feel at ease. Everything was fine with the oil change. The plastic piece above the grill came off 3 inch by 2 1/2 foot piece of plastic would cost is over $400 to replace which was disturbing
