This place was the the only place in town that would help us w/our transmission issues. It was a bit of an emergency, we are from out of town, we needed immediate help. They got my Jeep in the next day! Really appreciate the effort they put in.

Well I dropped off a transmission there, going on 3 months ago, and paid $1600 down on parts. Been getting told they haven’t got to it yet. Every time I call, im told the boss is not there. I have a car disabled in my driveway and at this point I just want my broken transmission and money back so I can go to reputable shop. But I don’t even get a call back. I guess the next step is to file in small claims?

I had a terrible experience this time. I have had two transmission repair with no issues before but this time they took a month and half to complete the transmission rebuilt and it had rat droppings with mildew all over. They didnt care and did not offer anything to help us get it cleaned which was another 120$ on top of what we just spent. Very disappointed in there service and will never go there again

The conditions that they keep their cars are unprofessional and their time management is not effective and have bad communication skills.

One of the few businesses with integrity and honesty. I have never had an issue with any of the work done on any of my vehicles.

These gentlemen are extremely thorough and very nice. Was not sure what to expect with mixed reviews. But was very impressed with them all. Alex was awesome and worked extremely hard and long hours to make sure I got it back by the ridiculous time frame emergency I had to request. They were very nice and did some incredible work. Sent 2 other co workers here and they feel that same

First time I was there they were awesome.. so I thought... Then check engine light came on and they did work that I didnt authorize and check engine light was still on... Would not recommend them.

Had a transfer case and transmission installed and the transmission kept going into limp mode so I took it back and charged me for a wire harness, they fixed it but only for a few days took it back and they said it wasnt the transmission that I needed to take it somewhere else. Well since I love my Chevy and know it inside and out I ended up buying the same wire harness and installed it myself and even the dealer at roe motors confirmed that the harness on my truck was the original so after all th bs my truck now drive great. So if you want to get ripped off then they are the place to go especially if your a woman.

Kept our vehicle four weeks each time. Rebuilt transmission three times. By the third time the transmission failed, we gave up on thinking the vehicle would ever b fixed. Got rid of the vehicle. Would never go back and never recommend. In fact, I warn people.

They get it done

I called and told them all about the cars symptoms, and what trouble comes were being displayed. They told me to bring the car in and they would see what they can do. I brought it in and they put it on their scanner. Without any further investigation, they sent me away, saying they didnt want to deal with it. Why didnt they just say that on the phone and save me a trip?
