Everyone reads the 1 star reviews, and that can scare people off. But Ill throw another 5 stars at them. My insurance told me two shops I could use and I chose this one and Im thrilled I did. I have had work done on my truck at other places and had horrible experiences. This time I just dropped it off, gave them the insurance info and got my truck back when it was done, which was in a perfectly sensible time frame. They even handled my aftermarket parts that I had added myself with respect and took care of any damage to those as well. They cleaned it outside and in. I felt like I drove away in a new truck instead of my 15 year old dirt wagon. I wont hesitate to go back the next time I hit a deer. All of it saw very professional and hands off on my part. Just took it in, it got fixed, I got it back. Easy. Ill take it back to them any time.

The insurance of the person who rear ended me had this as the only certified shop. So I went here. They’ve taken my truck in now twice and I’m still not satisfied at all. All that appeared to have been done the first time was replace the rear bumper. My whole accident was over looked like no big deal. I was happy about a new bumper after taking 2 weeks. But I noticed I still had a dent and chipping paint at the point of impact, as pictured after picking it up. So I told them and I appreciated they would fix it no problem.. Well Tyler the manager told me over the phone “we will replace that bumper guard piece no problem and make sure there is nothing else that we over looked” Well, I pick my vehicle up for the second time after a week. It’s still bent. The same piece they just painted over it. The paint is coming off, I even told Dayna that when we were looking over it when I picked it up. This is a brand new truck under 27k miles. It wasn’t like this before the accident. Not happy with this work and I would not recommend.

Allstate insurance sent me to this shop for an estimate and scheduled repairs. I arrived as the shop opened and no one was in the office. I stood at the front door from 8am to about 8:25am before making contact with any employees. They are extremely understaffed. When I did get greeted I was told that they would be unable to schedule any repairs for two months. When I mentioned that this might be too long for me to wait for my car to be repaired from relatively minor damages I was told that, there would be no point in (the shop) doing the estimate on my car. I would recommend against taking your vehicle to this shop. Poor service, lack of efficiency for the customer, very understaffed and egregiously long waits for scheduling repairs. Frustrating experience overall.

All of their repair work is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle, which not only furthers my confidence in their work but truly puts me at ease knowing my car was in such capable hands. TERRIBLE SERVICE - Left my car a streaky, swirly mess! Their half-assed wash left dirt smears and bird poop on hood, sideview mirrors, and trunk! When I pointed this out to the employee, he said I could come back for another wash or he could just wipe it off. When I pointed out the swirls and scratches, he got a bad attitude and guaranteed those were already there before. I asked to speak to a mamager, was told none were there and Id have to call tomorrow.

A number of years ago on a dark (though happily not stormy) winter night I misjudged a turn and ended up in a ditch. The wonderful folks at Star came and got me and the car rapidly and drove me home to Grants Pass from White City. My repair was handled quickly and economically. Stars technicians go through frequent intensive trainings and are certified to work on Tesla vehicles, Ford aluminum body vehicles, and all the usual European and Japanese cars.

These guys are great! They do amazing work.

Called often to keep me apprised on the status of my car. Gave me a loaner to use,absorbed 200$ off my deductible. Car looked great also came back with lifetime warranty an their work.also gave me 6 car washes and gave me a 25 dollar gift certificate! Wow I recommend them all day long 👍

Star Body works did a great job on my car. Someone rear ended my parked car and Star Body works fixed it in a timely manner and my car looks as good as the day I bought it.Their customer service is excellent and very professional.

Very nice, professional staff. Super clean facility. They are detail oriented and provide good information. Appreciated having a nice loaner. Only negative is we didnt get any of the text updates due to them using a phone number we no longer have. Would have been good to check on phone number before using it since I didnt give them that number. Must have been on our insurance info. They worked directly with our insurance which is also great service. Would have given them a five star rating if not for the text problem. I would defintely return to them if needed.

This is our 3rd experience with Star Body Works and just as the first 2 times they were very professional, honest, kept me updated with texts on my vehicles progress, worked with my insurance so I literally did nothing but make a claim, I got my car back 3 days earlier than anticipated AND 3 free car washes with a warranty on their work as long as I own the car!!!! Jamie is amazing, as well as the guys in the back ya don’t see!!! They all made sure everything was top notch! There was lots of work to do on both vehicles... Thankfully we chose Star Body Works in Grants Pass! Hopefully we won’t need to go back again but if we do we will never go anywhere else but here! A1 business! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

They were prompt, courteous, and explained fully what would be done. They knew their job well. When my repairs were done not only were they beautiful but my whole car was washed and cleaned. In far better condition than I left it. Afterwards they explained what they did and and gave me a card for 3 hand washes to make sure the work they did was not damaged. They were wonderful. I highly. Recommend them. You won’t be sorry.

In my estimation, theres only one shop Id go to and recommend, and thats Star. As a lady, I felt totally comfortable and informed with their explanations of the repairs and never felt overwhelmed with the procedures, the work is excellent, I was kept up to date, and most of all, they are never too busy to answer my questions, even on the phone! Im a repeat customer here.My first visit was to replace my rear bumper cover after I broke it driving over a dead deer on the freeway. My new rear bumper cover fits perfectly and the color is a perfect match.Then I took my pickup in to replace the fender I crinkled in the woods. Once again, my vehicle looks like new and the office staff was a delight to work with. They were friendly and helpful. I will recommend Star to all my friends and co-workers.

What a piece of work this establishment is. I dont know how these complete wastes can sleep at night. When you ask someone about the job not being done to complete and they in turn yell at you...thats the not the way to do business. We are currently filing complaints with Oregon Business and Consumer Complaints division. They will soon be very sorry for screwing the wrong people over. Hopefully they will learn their lesson so no one else will have to deal with this garbage. Screwing over disabled people and charging them for work that didnt get done is a quick way to end up out of business in this town.

Lies and takes your car from you without allowing you to get your personal items from it first. They will tow your car without your permission! Even when they promised to keep it where it was and tow it at another time to another place.
