Tuh.... not my fault this associate was the one that had to work on the 4th holiday! But that didnt stop her from taking it out on our family. She was very rude, and obviously did not want to be there. Mngmt, if youre reading this, she will need training on customer service. I gave her 2 stars because she took a small bit of time to plug in our power source to see if it worked... but she still claimed that the amber color was the only color shes ever known to light up on the thing when its working... but actually its white when its working. Shes good at getting rid of your customers quickly, and so efficiently that we will not ever return and do not recommend this location!

Quick, friendly, well stocked. No flaw.

The sales person was completely rude and unknowable. He shrugged us off on most of the things that we brought into resale. One game that we spent 20 plus dollars on, he tried to give us $0.50 for. And unopened games that we got multiple of he refused to take because they were unopened and when I offered to open them he acted like a jackass. Needless to say I am boycotting GameStop. With people that have social and customers skills of a rock, this store lacks anything good to offer. Slackers is where its at.

So glad all the employees are knowledgeable abt the whole gaming world. I have no clue what my sons be talking about, so I tell them to let the Gamestop employee figure it out...and every time they figure it out, give my boys pointers and so forth. They made my boys happy, so I was happy. Great Job GameStop

I was at this location yesterday. Jared was absolutely helpful. When I left the store I felt like I gained tons of Knowledge about gaming. There was another gentleman working there by the name of Nathon I believe. He also was knowledgable and cool to deal with. If you need anything gaming wise, this store is the place to shop.

One of the best experiences I have had at a GameStop was here last night, its been forever since I have upgraded my gaming system and I really have not kept up with it. They helped me in being confident in my second hand Xbox one, and informed me of games I will find enjoyable (its a laundry list to be certain) very good service and I plan on purchasing more games there now then previously (I usually wait untill its cheap online)

The employees at this location are so welcoming and helpful.We love come to this location above any other.

I go to this GameStop about once every other week. Its a smaller store, but the ones in Edwardsville and Fairview Heights are, too. The employees whom work there are very knowledgeable about the products. They always offer their help and advice. I give this a 5/5 stars because I feel welcomed at this store and because I know they people are feeding me a bunch of bullshit when I ask them something.

It is more cost effective to just keep my games!! Thanks!!

So much variety is offered here and the workers are amazing! The prices are moderately priced but worth every penny!

I would strongly not recommend buying electronics from here, the return policy is terrible (7 days), multiple NEW products I have bought have been DOA, and frankly the deals are lackluster.Best place to get new games for consoles, but otherwise I cant recommend you buy anything besides games.

I like getting new games when they come out.

Sometimes they have the games you are looking for and sometimes they dont. Its just the way things go with game stores or any store in general. It could be the fact that the game or gaming item you want just sold out. It could be the problem with supply and demand being too high or too low so you cant find what you want. If it is there, the price may be too high especially if you dont have one of their rewards memberships. If you go to the Glen Carbon store, you see about an Elite Pro Member price. I asked what the difference between that and a regular member and, I was told the Elite Pro is about twice the cost but, you save twice as much as the other membership my son has.

A lot of the used games are only $1-$2 cheaper then getting them new at least at the time I was in there..
