I had a wonderful experience at this location, Since new management has taken over I am more than pleased. Craig the new store manager is very helpful and extremely well knowledgeable about the promotions and devices. Dont hesitate to stop by.

When the store opened, the store manager went above and beyond to help us out. We have been in there,more than once,and have always had great service. I am so glad that there is a store here! God job Michael!
This store has so many faults its not even funny anymore had a problem with a 3 month old phone they took the phone looked at it and said I need a new phone ...no its under warranty had to call customer service who took care of the problem and then reffed me to go to another store ...the store the other store had my phone fixed in 5 min and told me the store in granite is a franchise that dont always follow T-mobiles proceedures save your time and a headache and dont bother with this store also if you notice by the door it is a 618 Brothers LLC. Save yourself a headache and dont go to this store

No stars.... zero. I went in to the store regarding my Samsung J7 ... after reviewing my account ( which is part of a family plan) I was told that two SIM cards were switched, which it turns out was the reason for the malfunction), instead of trying to call TMOBILE directly, the clerk simply attributed the issue to a faulty SIM card reader, which he claimed was a common issue with J7s.... guess what? That is incorrect, coming from TMOBILE themselves. After telling me this, the clerk told me that I basically needed a new phone. I was told that I could pay off the other phone, and just pay taxes and I could get the J7 prime. He failed to tell me that I was would be put back on a payment plan... I was under the impression that this phone was being bought outright. When I got home and looked closer at the receipt, I noticed a $245 fee for the phone, no information about the monthly billing fee or cycle. Needless to say I was pretty ticked... I feel like I was taken advantage of, and that the clerk only wanted to sell me a new phone. After discovering this, I called TMOBILE and they easily switched the SIM cards back, and the phone works fine again. I was swindled. He referred to me as Dear throughout the whole transaction, and when I went to return the phone today (a Sunday) AT 2:30 PM, THERE WAS NO ONE THERE, EVEN THOUGH THEIR POSTED HOURS ON THE WEB AND ON THEIR OWN DOOR LISTED CLOSING TIME AT 5PM!!!!!! THE NEXT AND LAST TIME I WILL PATRONIZE THIS STORE IS WHEN I TAKE THIS PHONE BACK AND TALK TO THE MANAGER... I do not recommend this store to anyone, especially single women. I do not appreciate being lied to and taken advantage of. Do not give this store your business or your money.
