This store location does NOT care about good customer service like it used to, I try to avoid going to advance auto anymore because of this, management is just as bad.

Was just yelled at for asking for an oxygen sensor n that no diagnostic tool from a 200$ to 14000$ can tell you whats causing the engine light to come on only what area has a problem. Im a us army infantry vet who served in operation enduring freedom I dont deserve to be talked at like that. Also he told me to go find mike in Granite City. As an example who the eff is Mike LMAO

Justin and the entire crew provided customer service above and beyond anything I have experienced from any retailer I have personally frequented in the last decade.That might seem like an exaggeration.It isnt.I will qualify this by explaining that poor customer service is so common today that exceptional customer service stands out, is memorable, and deserves recognition. The last time I received service anything near what Justin and crew rendered was from a customer service rep for major online retailer in December of 2013.Thank you Justin! I will remember my July 2020 experience in the Granite City Advance Auto Parts store as one of the highlights of the year!And thank you Advance Auto Parts!

Good price on parts. Staff at this location were slightly rude compared to other stores. I tried to describe a hose for a car I needed and they talked down at me like I knew nothing about car maintenance yet they did provide good advice.

Took alternator in there to be tested that was good and there machine said was bad dont Trust there machines

This is the worst place to buy parts if you have a warranty problem. I bought a fuel pump five years ago, it went out and when I bought it they rang it up with the wrong part number, I took it back and they said there was nothing they could do, but they would sell me another one at full price. I told them I would pay the difference but they said no. Please do not patronize places like this, l already cost them four customers and l havent even started on social media yet.Please go to OReillys they have always treated me right . I told them I will never buy there again. Please vote with your feet and maybe things will change. Thanks for your time, Tom.

One of the best Advance Auto Part places I have been to. The guy helping me Jimmy was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed and how to fix what was wrong with my car. Will definitely visit again as long as Jimmy is working there. Super helpful!

I was 70 miles away from home and broke down on the side of the road and this was the closest auto parts store to me. I called them to see if they could bring the part I needed to fix my car. They said they had the part in stock but they only deliver to shops so they couldnt help me. Now thats some great customer service. Just for the record Auto Zone was happy to deliver the part for me.
