I got my paint for my trike and my radiator hose adapter nd my wheel covers for my car at Autozone. Love it. They helped me so much.

First time in this location, and was very pleased by service and far better than any other auto parts stores I have been to. The employees are very knowledgeable and Michael had gone out of his way to make sure I had all the things I needed for an oil change. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Sold me a brake part that does not fit. Left me stranded and refused to dispatch a driver to deliver the correct part a couple miles down the road. Been sold the wrong parts at this location multiple times. Will be taking my business to Orileys and other auto zones out of the way. Do not recommend.

Horrible experience, The Manager Micheal Davis was very rude to the employees when one employee was helping me find the right engine oil(I overheard him ask a employee if he needed to get bigger shirt sizes bc his stomach was hanging out and thats disgusting) he told his employee. Im very displeased with the way this establishment is ran.

The Granite City Autozone was able to check my check engine light even during the pandemic when all other auto parts stores had stopped. Not only did they check it, but they printed a report and gave me advice on what was wrong with my car! Since I was new to the area, they were also kind enough to recommend a few shops in town who could help with any major repairs. I would definitely recommend stopping by for ANY automotive needs! Michael and his team are really on it!

This place is hit or miss one time you go in theyre real friendly and helpful another day to go in they have snarly attitudes and dont want to try to help you at all tell you they have to order what you need and it takes 4 or 5 days,then dont want to give back your money so you can get it somewhere else.

I am 38 years old and for the last 22 years, since I have been driving, this particular AutoZone has had the worst customer service out of all of the automotive stores in Granite City. The employees are rude and the lines are always long. They dont prioritize jobs, manage time, or satisfy customers in any way shape or form.

I stopped in to get a replacement or splice for my windshield washer hose/tube that had broken. Joshua came out to my vehicle with a piece of tubing and spliced the broken hose/tube for me. It was quick and he refused to take payment or even a tip. Awesome service!

Fast, friendly service. Good selections. We returned an item, with receipt, with no problem. Employees will help with changing batteries and adding oil. A real help to us girly girls! 😉

Im completely done with Auto zone and their horrible customer service. And whats funny is I can go down the street and get top notch service from Advanced Auto Parts, but yet I keep coming back. Never again. I guess they assume I should be treated a particular way because how I look.

I needed help with my engine light, they told me the code, printed out a page for me to take to the shop. Any questions I had they were able to answer very thoroughly. They also give suggestions on how to fix the problem. They are very knowledgeable in car parts and know what is the best recommendation for your vehicle!

Good lord theyve tried to con me out of my money so much it isnt funny. Looked on their website and it said they had my part for 20 something bucks. Go in, its 50 and they have to order it.

Some of the slowest service Ive ever got and its always been that way and it doesnt seem to change,this is the slowest AutoZone in the universe,they do have some things that the other auto parts stores do not have,but only go there for things that the other places do not have, otherwise stay away from this place. DO NOT BUY ENGINE PARTS FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL NOT LAST, AND THEIR BATTERIES ARE TOTAL GARBAGE. MY RECOMMENDATIONS IS TO GO TO OREILLYS OR SAVE THE MONEY AND BUY ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT PARTS FROM THE DEALERSHIP.

Horrible service 9/21/19 at this store. I arrived at 922 to purchase Ceramic OEM brake pads for my truck and a headlight for my car. This old guy Chris gives horrible customer service every time hes working. On another occasion I was there and the worker that was helping me asked him if she could ask him a question about brake pads I was looking to buy, he waited a whole minute to say when he gets done with what hes doing..i left.. and spent my money at a different autozone, close to $100.00 purchase.Tonight hes there and 1 other worker. Both workers were trying to refund about 3-4 items for a corporate account. It took two brains to not figure this out for more than 10 mins. No one acknowledged me since I came in the store. Chris finally tells the other worker hes gonna have to call and get help. Chris then breaks down his register and goes to the back. Nothing said to me yet..its now 20mins that ive been in the store barely standing humped over because of a disability. The worker on the phone yelled for chris that he needed his password and chris came back up. That is the only reason Chris came back up and then he says can I help you with something maam? I just told him what i needed to get out of there. No, sorry for your wait maam or anuthing. He then acted as though the headlight bulb for my beetle that I needed was never sold there even though Ive been buying it there for 9yrs. I got my other item and he waited and used the register the other worker was on, WHEN HE FINISHED, the corporate acct. refund. If I didnt need these brakes pads for the next morning, I wouldve left a long time ago.OWNER you really need to look at these reviews. Im not the only person being treated poorly by Chris. Hes causing you to loose customers which equals money.
