Went in to have headers installed went from $300 to $700 Two weeks later had issues took to another mechanic. He would not touch it. Said whomever installed this did a bad job. Went to another shop, they offered to fix for another $700 cause of the Parker Brakes messed up really bad. And I might need a new head which will cost me about $2500 to $3000. I will never go Parker for anything...

I recently had my car into Parker Brake for what I thought would be a simple brake job. Upon inspection, the mechanics found that additional work would be necessary in order to make the car safe. I was able to stop by and take a look at the problem. The additional work clearly needed to be done. And it was. George and his guys made the car drive like new again. Such a relief. I was completely happy with the entire situation. George and his guys were honest and the price was reasonable. I most definitely recommend them.

I have had several jobs done on my Subaru at Parker. They are very efficient and are not nickel and diming. They get straight to the problem and offer a solution. Very pleased with the exhaust work they did as well as the throttle body and driveshaft replacement. George has been great to work with and I will be calling them again in the future for jobs that I am not capable of doing myself. Great shop!

I normally do my own repairs because Ive seen places hit you with hidden expenses or jacked up prices, but I can honestly say Ill be coming back to this place if I ever need assistance again. George helped me out and not only did he find out the repair I thought I needed wasnt necessary, the price he quoted me initially over the phone (wheel bearing repair that already much fairer than other places), was actually cheaper in the end. These guys do great, honest work, in a timely manner and Id recommend stopping in and chatting with George if you have any auto needs.

This man George blessed my entire life. I struggled to find a shop before his that could fix the root of my tail light issue, but George and his team went above and beyond like I have never had done for me before. These pure hearted, hard working guys dug a little deeper and got my lights running once and for all and still only took a day to get it done. Thats not where it ends! I had also made a request when I dropped off my truck for a diagnosis and a quote on the ferocious beast of a growl coming from under my hood. He offered to do that on the house! BUT THATS NOT WHERE IT ENDS! After finishing business with George this afternoon, I got back my keys, hopped in my truck, and when I turned the ignition, much to my gratitude, there was no roar! I was astounded that this near stranger just made the decision to take what could have been weeks of saving up and living tight away from me and bless me with a safe, legal, and quiet ride. I cannot stop smiling, George, thank you so much. Im telling all my friends and family Parker Brakes handles their service the best by far.

Spent 691 to have the sensors replaced, because that was the problem of the car sputtering, was told by George that there is a little hesitation, but that was not the case,sputters worse than it ever did. Would not look at the car without us putting more money into it.yiu never fixed the problem. You should have been able to fix without us putting more 8nto it.y I u never really fixed problem you should fix for free what you never fixed in the first place.never will go here again

Was in town and my van started squeaking like a bed in route to Grandville. Stopped by Parker BrakeThe gentlemen at the front desk was detailed and patient with the customer on the phone so I thought good sign great communicator.They were able to take me right then, good sign, but I didnt want to have to wait didnt have breakfast but didnt want to chance driving back 400 miles at the end of the week without knowing whats was wrong. No problem. We were given a ride back to the city and picked up when the van was ready all on a Friday.Monday returned for wheel alignment and was provided a SUV to handle business instead of having to just sit and wait. Mr. Parker (in pic) was very friendly and down to earth. The whole experience was awesome and prices were reasonable.

Its so nice to have a car repair shop that I can trust and is reasonable when there are questions about the work. We have five cars in our family and they understand I cant afford to get everything fixed all the time and theyll accommodate by fixing just what needs to be maintained to keep the car running. Theyve helped a lot with all the flat tires I seem to get too!

They tried to overcharge us by over two times the required cost for a repair. This was also after it took them four days to even diagnose the issue. I decided to get a second opinion so I took my car to another shop. the other shop said it would cost significantly less. I cannot recommend Parker brake and auto simply because they arent professional and they attempted to over charge.

Hard to find businesses today with the qualities of honesty, friendliness and good work. I recommend you visit George and the guys with your auto repair needs. Good prices and good work.

Awful! Got ripped off bad. Should of figured that considering I didnt get a receipt. Basically got charged $360 dollars for mystery work. Was supposed to be an alignment and an u joint repair. But took it in too muffler man today for breaks and rotors and was qouted $1800 for tierod/ball joint/ breaks etc..... So how did these guys do an alignment just 2 months ago on this vehicle??? DO NOT GO HERE. No receipt either because I got a deal

Our mechanic for the past 7 years. We still get a quote from them and call around to check pricing, and they’re always the lowest price or near. Mechanics are certified and the work is solid. Getting a loaner car is hit or miss, if you can plan ahead about a week you can likely get one.
