Cool dealership nice cars

I took my car in last week as the brakes were grinding a bit. They were able to get me right in and took exceptional care during the process. Justin and Rudy and the rest of the team there are always top notch and are able to navigate many constantly changing factors and still provide incredible customer service. They have such a wonderful crew, everyone there is friendly, both sales and service have been extraordinary, but the parking lot can be a mess at times.

Nice people in service department but unfortunately the service was a COMPLETE WASTE of time!Vehicle went into Dealership with check engine light and after a few days in service and “200 pt inspection” the check engine light returned minutes after I left the parking lot.I paid $400 with zero benefit and NO honest effort by Ziegler to address my issue after I called again.Trusted service is (really) hard to find and my experience was simply NOT acceptable.

I have nothing but accolades for these guys. The are a fantastic dealer all around. I never write reviews and am typically a pretty laid back person, but after going to Maserati of Troy, and having the worst experience ever, went to Grandville for my next service. They are very very nice guys and charge 1/2 as much for service. And that is not an exaggeration. They also sell parts almost as cheap as Eurospares, with little markup, but theyre local and you dont have to wait or pay for the shipping. Highly recommend!

Stopped in on a Saturday, and even then, the sales staff was very courteous, knowledgeable and down-to-earth. I got to go for a test drive and had a blast. Glad there are car options like this in West Michigan besides the typical BMW or Mercedes!

I have to say that no car buying experience has ever compared to the service I got at Ziegler Maserati! Ric Conkey took great care of me and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond explaining the various cars and options, and even ended up getting me a car from another dealer since they didnt have the exact car I was looking for. Unbelievable service. The car looked great and he made sure I was happy with my choice the entire way through the process. No high pressure sales. I would refer anyone looking to get into an Alfa or Maserati to Ric-he will take excellent care of you!

A high pressure salesman took a fully refundable $1000 deposit from my wife to hold the car. My wife decided she did not want the car and we have been fighting almost 2 weeks now to get our deposit back. Excuse after excuse why the money hasnt been put back into our account. Do not do business with this dealership. Also, a lot of the reviews written on Facebook and Google are written by their salesmen. Take them with a grain of salt.
