Great in stock selection! I was looking for a replacement countertop for a small bathroom. I found a great option for $90. Similar countertops were 2 to 3 times that at other home-improvement stores. They can also do custom orders at prices that are very competitive with big box stores.

I used discount home improvement to do a complete kitchen renovation. Yvonne was super helpful and went above and beyond with helping me with layout options and counter top options.I recently went back to get a bathroom vanity drawer custom ordered for a vanity I had already. Andrew was very helpful with figuring out the measurements and proper color of the drawer I needed. It helped he was easy on the eyes too :) and the drawer was ready in less than two weeks.I hands down will use discount home improvement for any future projects I have. Customer service is top notch and prices are amazing.

Our experience was great from the first time we stopped in to look. I was not looking for pressure by sales people and I was able to look and ask questions. The next time we came in, we sat down with Yvonne and she did a really nice design service with our measurements at no charge. Again, no pressure, not pushy sales people. We did not go with the highest end products that they sell, but for diy and in stock, we ended up with good products. And when we had questions about a few items they always answered and no issues with the few special order items we got. Also loading crew is very good, unlike other places that throw your stuff in, they even helped strap things down.

So impressed with Drew and his assistance to help me make decisions!

3 DIY bath vanity projects and always happy with the choices of vanity and tops! We always come in well under budget due to their great prices and even better quality. If you are lucky enough, ask for Bob.

My husband and I have used DHI now for two kitchen remodels. They have a great selection carpeting to a variety of budgets and the staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable. We recommend them to anybody needing cabinets and plan to use them as we update our laundry room and bathrooms!

Good prices, you need to really look over the products to see the scratches or dents.

Great selection of home improvement items such as cabinets and bathroom fixtures. Many kitchen sinks and shower stalls as well. Everything offered at wholesale prices. There is a selection of scratch and dent items as well. They offer some marble service but I have not used it so would not be able to comment for or against. Staff is not quick to pounce on new customers which is good or bad depending on personality. I did not purchase anything this trip but always enjoy looking any way.

I am impressed by there great prices and friendly staff. A young man from the Grand Rapids store with blondish hair was so kind and sweet to me. Definitely worth checking out. I would rate them 5.

Love this place! Couldnt believe how much inventory they have to choose from and the staff went above and beyond to assist me in finding what I needed. Prices were way less than similar items I had found at other stores. Wish I had found it sooner!!

Shop any of the big box stores over this place. If you’re not happy with the product too bad, it’s yours.Now I’m stuck with a vanity top I don’t like. I will Never shop at this place again. I didn’t save that much money, if any over the well known home improvement stores. At least they would work with an upset customer. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!

We are updating our kitchen and needed to find some add on pieces to match up to existing cabinets that were 30 years old. We managed to find an almost perfect door profile match at DHI. We ordered 3 cabinets, waiting 4 weeks for their arrival. Upon unboxing, we found 2 of the 3 were built wrong. When I contacted DHI, I was told what I requested was not an option, and it was my fault because I didnt ask. I did ask and was never told I could not get what I requested. How is this custom? As I was discussing the failure in communication, the person hung up on me. Poor customer service and no support when they make a mistake. Too bad, they have lost our business for the next project.

WE WENT THERE YESTURDAY WE WERE ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT GETTING CUBBOARDS AND HE REFUSED TO HELP US..KEPT SAYING NOPE NOPE WE DONT DO THAT..AND WHEN WE WERE ABOUT TO GIVE HIM MEASUREMENTS FOR NEW CUBBORDS HE ACTED LIKE HE DID NOT WANT OUR BUISNESS SO MY HUSBAND FINALLY SAID NEVER MIND THANK U...THIS MAN WAS SO RUDE! CLEARLY DIDNT WANT OUR 15THOUSAND IN NEW MATERIALS THAT WE NEEDED...UR LOSS MAN..MAYBE U WERE THE OWNER THAT DOESNT NEED OUR BUSINESS, WE JUST WANTED TO KEEP IT IN OUR COMMUNITY AND NOT GO TO MENARDS OR HOME DEPOT...

BEWARE unprofessional. They came with MANY MANY MANY issues including not square and nails showing. Bob had to be asked to leave my home. They tried to blame my builder except we have pictures in the boxes how they were delivered.
