Unbelievably horrible customer service. I needed replacement glass for 3 windows which took 12 weeks to get in, once I finally received them in November 2020, 1 was broken. I have been asking Travis (the service tech) to reorder a new piece since November of 2020 it’s February 2021 and still have not even received an answer, if it is ordered. I have been contacting him every couple weeks and can’t get answers.
