We came in Thursday evening looking for sunglasses for my husband. Sammie helped us. She was excellent; attentive and informative without being pushy. My husband even commented that he would be more likely to shop in stores vs. online if there were more employees like her. She should get a raise!

Honestly not sure what to think here. I went there for an adjustment to new RayBans. They told me that they could not help me because I did not purchased them directly from Sunglass Hut. I had actually emailed Ray Ban earlier that day looking for direction as to what to do to adjust my glasses as they are a bit tight. Later that day I received an email back from Ray Ban sending me to Sunglass Hut. Please see picture below. Now is Ray Ban wrong in sending me to Sunglass Hut or was Sunglass Hut just being lazy. I also went to the Sunglass Hut inside Macys. The lady there told me she could and would be willing to help me but their machine was broken. She told me to go to the main store (this store, the one that sent me away). She told me they should be able to help me.

We were minutes late after the store closed and within 20 min we walked out with two new pairs of glasses. Mason nailed the style we were going for immediately. Well done Mason.

My sunglasses I had purchased from a different sunglass hut about 5 years ago got severely bent. I took them into this store to see if they could do anything. The store manager took the time to straighten and fix my sunglasses without any questions. Great customer service!

Double charged me and not overly knowledgeable about really anything

Never will I understand why they treat black people so special or give them extra help. Made me feel uncomfortable just to watch and listen to the comments after the guy and his kid left. Shame! I just need to know why before I assume rasict management techniques.
