I am having Champion replace all my windows in my house, they have been very punctual and informative about every aspect of this process . The quality is unmatched and so is their installation teams. I highly recommend them, they will add curb appeal, and quality craftsmanship for your future investment of your home!

I called for service for our sunroom after observing swelling on the aluminum clad structural framing. It took two weeks for a service tech to arrive. When he arrived, significant water damage was identified resulting from improper drip-edge installation by Champion. Since I am not the original owner, Champion has indicated I am fully responsible for the cost of repair even though the damage resulted from an installation error and has likely been occurring since the structure was completed. Furthermore, Champion indicated that the repair required a full tear down and rebuild.

Have been waiting over a year for them to come out to get a warranty issue resolved along with a new item we were interested in. There was a back log for covid, but when they did contact me they said it would be a few weeks as no one was in the area. That was about 4 months ago now. Still havent heard anything...Update9-28-21We have been in contact with Champion and they came out to repair our sliding door wheels. I had them measure and put in the work order for the windows. About a month later I got a call from the scheduler and set up a noon-4pm window for the service. The day of, I got a call from the service guy about 10:30ish just verifying what all he was doing so he could be sure to grab everything once he got back to the shop. I was home at 11 and at 4:15 I called the service guy back as he still had not shown up. He said they didnt call you? I got to the shop and your windows werent there so I went to the next job as they should have called you to reschedule. I have tried to call the number they called me to set up the time and tried texting as well. I have still to hear anything back from them over a week later. I have since attached a few pictures of two of the windows in case you are wondering what is wrong with them. This is in-between the panes of glass.

Was really happy with the product and especially the install team however since we had all the recent rain I cant get anyone out to fix the leak problem. Called Blake, no return call, used their service ticket generator on-line with no response. I will give them 2 for now.

Recently had four doors and 13 windows installed in our home and the installers did an amazing job and my wife and I are extremely pleased with the quality of their work.We had a couple instances where the installers were not passed on the exact details we wanted at no fault of their own. The people above them failed to mention the wrap color and how we wanted wider wrap than was previously installed. Kevin and his crew made sure we were happy and they did an amazing job of getting the look exactly how we wanted.

A representative came to my home and was really helpful with ordering my windows. I had windows installed last year by Champion and was very satisfied with their work. Now Im getting the remainder of the windows for my house. Im excited about getting the windows all finished.

But what really sold me was the sales staff and the fact that they FOLLOWED UP! Not a single other company bothered to call back and follow-up and ask for the business. I guess they were all to busy.Thanks ChampionThis is what happen 7 week ago!They started my project on Dec 2nd. First crew made a huge mess that resulted in a ugly 6 inch trim project round the slider that had to be corrected. They were a no show after the first day and then crew ghosted the install director. 8 days later after numerous calls to sales and project manager, another crew helped close up the windows. Along with everything else the slider was ordered the wrong way and still has not been fixed. We are so unhappy with your service that we have decided not to pay a penny more that the original payment as your service is awful and as of today no one has reached out.

At the beginning everything seemed great. Then they removed my very large front window without measuring the replacement. Well, the replacement was ordered wrong and it didnt fit. So they put a huge piece of plywood in my front picture window and said I would have a replacement in 5-7 day. 14 days later I still have plywood. The National Director of Customer Care told me today that they have no way to track when the new window will arrive. When I asked about compensation and getting some money off we were simply told we dont do that Then they offered us a $300 gift card because it is Christmas. Meanwhile, I still have plywood and no one will tell me when they will replace it. I got frustrated today and may have yelled a little at the Head of National Customer Care. His professional response was to yell back and tell me he is done helping me and hung up. I asked who his boss was and he laughed at me and told me he doesnt have one. Please do yourself a favor and use any other window company but Champion. They are a horrible company who does not care about customers or customer service at all.

Did a great presentation and gave us every possible discount. Only issue is time wise for starting job. Said 12 to 16 weeks out we have an exterior door, 2 garage doors,2 windows and house and pole barn siding.I understand the things are abit different because of covid guess just excited about a great new look to our home.Thanks

We had a sunroom added to our home a few years ago. Last August one of the slider door handles broke and is not usable. We have made numerous contacts and been promised that the part has been ordered. We still do not have the slider door handle fixed. This wait time is unreasonable.

I was given a quote on a sunroom. I took the offer. My only concern is that I had to accept the % off on that day or loose the extra discount. Since the discount wasnt that huge, an extra 24/48 wouldnt have hurt.

Although I was quite impress by the presentation and all the information on the products, my sister was super impressed even though she was watching via FaceTime. This is my second time purchasing windows (and a new patio slider) from Champion within the past year and both times I have been highly satisfied with the entire experience. On both occasions Blake has been very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and in helping to determine which windows are the best fit for my house. I have no hesitation about using Champion again when I start phase 3 of replacing the remaining old windows.

Took 3 months to have someone come out to put in 1 screw that was missing. Multiple appointments made with no show no call. Guys that came were not properly dressed, pants down below backside. Not a company I recommend due to poor customer service.

Harold was very professional in his presentation as well as prepared and knowledgeable about the Champion line of products. Prior to meeting with him and listening to Harold’s presentation, we were prepared to solicit other quotations. However, he was able to convince us that the product, warranty, and customer service best suited our investment. Returning an hour later to bring us an additional brochure we requested we decided to give him the order right then.

I have order a sliding door 2 months ago, paid already half and nobody gives me an update for the door. I have called them and all I got is somebody is going to call me back. Than, guess what? . Nobody called me back 🤬. So I think this company is a spam. So be aware. Don’t get fu...

We had Harold as a salesman and he was very informative and professional. He called to ask if he could come early to our appointment, which worked out well for us. We were able to be open and candid. Appreciate his expertise and willingness to answer questions and do his research for us.The windows were installed after a horrible experience. They were a no show for 2 days and had to cancel the 3rd installation day and finally came out the 4th day. Just a month after installation, we found a manufacturing defect. We couldnt submit a service request over the phone and had to do it online. It was submitted in November and they didnt contact us until February. They sent out a door expert, not window expert and had to order a whole new window. The manager claimed it would take 2-3 weeks. After waiting 10 weeks, we had the replacement scheduled and they were no call/no show. We are still waiting for our replacement window 7 months later and they are completely unresponsive.

Have been very pleased with every aspect of our project. Champion employees from start to finish have been great. Our sales representative Andy impressed us with Champons product quality and Will and Wayne did an awesome job installing our new kitchen window and door along with a beautiful French door replacing our old sliders to the deck. Very professional and expedient. We are now looking forward to working with Mike and his crew who will soon be adding a screen room to our deck. Mike did all the measurements for the doors and windows and is doing a great job walking us through the screen room project. Champion has been a great choice for partnering on our remodel.

We met with Harold today to get some old windows replaced. It was awesome, he was sooo knowledgeable and he helped us make the right decision for what type to get. We had no idea what we were doing and we have a really old house so having someone who knew what needs to be done made us feel comfortable with going with Champion. I needed to replace an existing door and add a new door and window where there were none. I chose Champion because they replaced 3 doors in a previous residence and was extremely satisfied. Today, Blake came to my house at the exact scheduled appointment time. He was polite, prepared, and efficient. He understood my specific project completely. He showed us samples of his products and explained them in understandable detail. He suggested options and never pressured us for decisions. His presentation and demeanor was far better than the 2 other companies that gave me quotes. The Champion quote was competitive and the quality of their product is excellent. I highly recommend Champion.

My wife and I ordered a window for a living room in August and they said it wouldn’t be able to get installed until October since they were backed up due to COVID which we were fine with. On the day of installation the installation crew was supposed to be at our house at 9 and when they weren’t there at 10 we called John to figure out where the crew was he said he made a mistake and sent them to the wrong house. He said they would be there by 2pm and the installation crew did not get to our house until 5pm. They worked on installing our window until midnight when they realized that the half moon window was measured incorrectly. So they put some styrofoam in the opening until they could come back the next day. On the 2nd day day they said they would only be there for a couple of hours and they ended up being there all day. When we inspected the window we noticed that they cracked our siding and failed to proper secure our shutter. Thankfully we took photos before the installation happened because when we called John and told him about those issues he said it was like that when we got there. When he found out that we took photos before hand he quickly changed his tone and story. It took another couple of weeks for a siding company do come out and fix the siding. When the guy that was going to fix our siding arrived at our house he told us that John made them wear Champion sweatshirts but they are their own company and Champion has been having a lot of issues lately. He also told us that he was told by John that we were a hostile house and not to go inside for any reason. Which is weird since we bought pizza for the guys installing our window. After talking to the siding guy for a few minutes he said that we were really nice and that a hostile house must be code for a house that John has screwed up on since they just came from another job that was in a similar situation as us. I could write a novel for how bad of an experience we had with Champion window. Do yourself a favor and use anyone else besides Champion.

We were told by the sales person that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to have our windows made and installed at one time. Instead it took them over two months and four times out to install the windows because they mismeasured windows and just forgot to load them. So we were not able to enjoy our windows through the summer like they lead us to believe. We were also overcharged because they said we had lead paint on 10 of our windows although they only put down extra plastic for 5. And the window installers said we could get a rebate from consumers energy for installing 10 energy-efficient windows although nobody at the office will provide me with that information. I have reached out to them in their corporate office at least eight times this past month and haven’t gotten any resolution. I was told by other customers that to get anywhere we had to reach out to the Better Business Bureau to get anywhere. I wish we would’ve went with a different company then Champion!

We met with Blake over the weekend to get a quote for sunroom windows. He was on time and very polite. He explained the process and the products very well and we have decided to go ahead with the great offer he was able to provide us with.

Really? You need both my wife and I to discuss a fascia quote? FASCIA? Its a simple line of trim! There arent going to be a lot of pricing details for Fascia! Were not buying your windows (which you still shouldnt need both my wife and I present to discuss)! I want a simple line of trim on my damn house replaced. You really need to at the very least let your poor sales reps have the freedom to not push the subject after I call them out on the bs of the sales tactic because thats when Im going to hang up on you.

Great service with our sales rep Blake. Helped us plan out what type of windows and even changed our minds with better options!... few weeks later now windows are installed and looking great. Install was quick and with great team of installers. Highly highly recommended champion.

I started the process of having 11 windows, one sliding door and one storm door replaced on my home in September 2020. The windows and sliding door were installed in November and storm door installed in December. On January 4 I had to call for repair on the sliding door because the inside door handle came off. February 2 I had to call back because I still had not heard back from the service department to schedule for the repairs when I was told they would return my call right away. I called again on February 15th and was told that I would not get a service call for 30 to 60 days. This seems very unprofessional for a company like this especially at this time of year when it is normally a slow work period. I am waiting to see if they again return my call. Update they did call back today and are sending me the handle so that I can get it installed.

Signed our contract on August 1st and was told it would be 6-8 weeks to have our windows installed. They came out a couple days later to remeasure and perform lead testing. Heard nothing else until I called them 9 weeks later and sent an email to our salesperson Blake asking what was going on. They installed the windows on 10-6 and 10-7 while i was out of town and when i returned on the 8th I noticed that 2 window locks did not function and there were gaps on the exterior trim as large as 1/4 inch on EVERY window corner leaving wood exposed. I immediately called Blake and the installation scheduler Jon and reported my dissatisfaction and sent them via email and text pictures of all the window gaps. 2 weeks later they sent someone out to fix the locks, but the tech knew nothing about the trim gaps. I immediately called both Blake and Jon again and voiced my dissatisfaction and also sent another email with the pictures of the gaps. They sent another person out in a beat up pick up truck with a tube of caulk a week later. This person was at my home 20 minutes, left the caulk tube on my steps and failed to address the trim gaps. I again called Blake and the customer service line and reported all the issues. I was told on Friday 11/6 that would be called back by Jon on the 9th or 10th. Today is the 11th and no call back yet. I will be calling Green Sky finance today and disputing payment until the installation is properly completed. Update- it is now December 10th and I am still waiting to get these gaps addressed. I have contacted Green Sky Finance and they are trying to contact Champion to help get this resolved.

We live in a 20 yr old manufactured home. When we purchased it 4 years ago it still had the original drafty windows. The first company we contacted did not communicate well; so we took the advice of neighbors and contacted Champion. Great response, and timely installation. There are not enough words of praise for the 2 installers. They left things better than they found them. We know these windows are energy efficient as we could not replace the kitchen windows over the sink as it is a garden-type arrangement. When I am at the sink, I can really feel the cold air seeping into the kitchen. Great job, Champion; thank you!

Our consultation with Blake F. was exceptional informative; he was polite, professional and considerate. In order to view the siding in the sunlight, I had to take my wheel chair outside. He offered to carry it for me, without me having to ask him.

Was looking at getting a sliding glass door replaced. The rep, Eric Buelken, was wonderful. He was well versed in the product and the company and gave the best presentation I have ever seen. He answered all our questions and made sure we knew everything about the product. If we ever have any other projects he will be the first person we call.

Blake came out to give us a quote. He was such a nice guy and had a no pressure approach which I really appreciate. The cost of the windows is not insignificant but with a lifetime warranty it likely will pay for itself. The warranty on the product plus workmanship is outstanding.

Have called and left message three times just looking for approximate time of arrival for window replacement but cant even get a call back messages left over a 6 hour period very unacceptable.

Ron Crabtree stopped in today to give us a quote for replacing the stucco on the front of our house with vinyl siding. He did an excellent job of explaining the differences in quality of the materials available as well as the training requirements of their installers. We were impressed with the materials and warranty Champion offers and are looking forward to the installation.

Time wasting, high pressure sales. My time was wasted with leading questions, the company history, and a bunch of false statements on the inferiority of the competition. And even after the discount from the largest sale in company history, the quote was more than double the next most expensive option. I had three other companies out to quote, and each of them completed the quote and was gone in less than half-an-hour. Champion took 1hr 15min of my time, and all but 15min of it was waste.The salesman was prompt, professional and knowledgeable, despite the fact that I couldnt shake him from spewing Champion propaganda. He is the only reason I give Champion a second star. I hope he can find a job working for a better company.

Ron was on time and delivered a complete friendly presentation. Ron answered all my questions without high pressure. I would recommend looking at champion windows if looking for a high quality window.

That means a lot to me and most other home owners when choosing a company to provide a service.On a somewhat comical note, being a carpenter for 15+ years, I never have been scared of the sound of a sawzall in my life, until it was being used on my home by someone else, lol. If I could give them zero stars I would. I had them come out to a property I manage to replace 9 windows. Give me the bid say they can do the job, both parties signed the contract. Gave them half the money up front as a down payment waited 6 weeks for the window to come in. They cant do the install on the first date they told me because they dont have a boom truck! Then asked me if we had a boom truck. Then I get another call from another rep saying we have a different install date. Then I get a call yesterday saying they dont have the right tools to the job ( hence a boom truck) and need to refund our money.

I will not be working with them again. I had them out to provide an estimate on siding and it took an hour and a half. Almost all of this time was wasted with company propaganda and patronizing leading questions about their company vs the competition. The sales tactics used were very pushy and insulting. The initial quote started so ridiculously high that I informed them no further discussion was needed. They continued to pressure me by telling me what a great deal I was getting, how the job wouldnt even be profitable for them, and it would be crazy not to accept. All of this despite their quote still being substantially higher than other estimates even after they reduced it nearly 50% from the starting point. They try to lure you into signing a contract with a peace of mind guarantee which sounds like a scam. Its a promise to let you out of your contract if you find an equal product and service for a better price within 30 days, but the catch is they make the determination of what is an equal product.

Salesman comes in with his binder and leading questions. High pressure sales tactics and in home signing discount, get ready for an hour to hour and a half at least. We came for a double window and he said you get a large discount by getting 3 items so we selected a screen door as well. Works it all out, and tells us he can cut the price a few hundred if we put a sign out front and write a google review. After we agreed he realized he misquoted and had to call his manager because the price quoted was low, but he gets it approved. I get a call a little under a week later that they decided they cannot honor their price and will need an extra $700 to do it. Very disorganized with the misquote and if you sign a contract and shake hands saying you will do something, you do it. I would recommend going with another company that honors their commitments and doesnt use the high pressure sales tactics. From our other quotes, they are double the price of the competition.

Just save yourself the time and hassle and go through Wallside Windows. We had a very positive experience with them in our first house. And they offer a lot more options for sills and casing/trim.Champion just installed two (very large) windows in our home 01/03/17. The windows are decent except for the fact that only one side of the double hung window has a screen.My real issue is that they installed natural oak trim. When speaking to champion I told them specifically that I didnt care what style trim we had, it ONLY had to be white to match the rest of the trim in our house. Not only is the trim not white but one of the pieces is cracked, there are some pretty large gaps in the trim, and one of the pieces is already starting to pull away from the wall.I contacted two people at Champion about this 01/03/17, their only suggestion has been that it is up to the homeowner to paint/fill/repair the trim and that they only offer primed or natural trim. We werent even offered the primed version during the install the installers just chose natural trim. I wouldnt have had Champion install these windows if I had known that it would have given me another project to do.I just got off the phone with the Service Manager Mike, he seemed like he couldnt care less about my dissatisfaction. He basically insinuated that I was a liar because there was no way he could have forgotten to mention that they dont paint the trim. The least they could have done was install primed trim to make it easier to paint, they havent even offered to come back out and correct the situation and installed the pre-primed trim. Now I have to fill in all of their mistakes and even go back though the trim and casing and nail the pieces that are already started to pull away from my wall before painting. They also chipped the existing wall paint, when I told him that Mike said well werent you going to do a bunch of painting anyway? No Mike, I wasnt planning to re-paint the dining room that was just painted last year. Their customer service is terrible and their product is sub-par.

High pressure sales. Price starts out very high, then substantially lowers if you sign for a re-measure. Gives a false sense of urgency and that youre getting a special deal. We fell for it, as we were promised we could easily cancel if we changed our minds. When we cancelled, the sales rep called and was very pushy and didnt take Weve decided to go with someone else for an answer. Tried to make us feel guilty that they spent time going over things with us and we werent choosing them. The rep wanted to know names and costs of who we went with and to come back out and go over the competitors info with us. I refused to give the info and eventually I had to hang up. Decent product, but the high prices (even after the discounts) and sales tactics really turned me off.

I scheduled an appointment online and received a confirmation via text message. It was for 6 pm and it is now 6:20 pm. I called the number listed on the website and it wouldnt connect. I called the local number and received a recorded message that did not identify the company. We will not pursuing this company for our work.

Beware of the signage! They will come and put signs in your yard years after you receive their services.
