Dont get me wrong, this place is awesome, but they changed their hours and now anyone who works a regular job cannot come! Its frustrating to no end that I cant come on a Saturday anymore.

They are so friendly! I always find a good deal on craft supplies. They also have a good selection of dog and cat items. I bought a leash and harness set in there for a fraction of what it would normally be. It was super cute and very high quality. I already have a set but at that price I now can just keep a set in my vehicle so when we go I am ready without having to find everything first. If you sign up for the emails each week you get a Secret Word for 50% off one item. That will add up to great savings. You never know what great stuff you will find. I Really like the inside of the building too. Must check it out.

I got a gorilla brand hot glue gun, several alcohol inks, a premium paintbrush, and a bottle of art deco metallic sheen paint for less than 20 bucks. Im coming back for sure. It was also very organized and well kept in the store.

The Craft Outlet is a cool warehouse that has been converted into a doscount craft store. The space is well organized and the deals are amazing. Expect to spend 30-90% less than the retail stores. They have weekly deals and items up front that are less than a dollar. Check out their email newsletter for the best deals and secret passwords to get even more of a discount. Pretty much the crafters dream. Plus they have some pet stuff and other items from time to time.

Lots of variety and always has great deals on items! The hours are not the best however, the hours they are open seem to cater more to people who do not work regular hours during the week so it can be hard to make it out when they are open.

Unexpected find so was fun. Many supplies and things i knew nothing about but bought some Viva pain and leather paint/stain. Was only 2 $ going to experiment. Spent 100 bucks but got a nice load. The store is SUPER organized and staff sweet.

This place is so wonderful that I have to give it five stars, but I secretly want to give it one star so that other people dont find all the great deals I want!Its an outlet, so you never quite know what is going to be there. What they have is sold at fantastic prices, even more so on weeks that your products of interest are on sale. There are usually a couple categories of items on sale each week (like craft basics, needlecraft, memory, sewing & quilting, etc.), and then the deals are truly phenomenal.Fair warning: its a big old building, if you go in the summer it does get HOT.

This place has the BEST PRICES!!! On clear stamps, card stock, scrapbook paper, basket making supplies, craft paints, anything you want for crafts look here first they just might have it. I bought a pattern kit for making flowers that anywhere else you would pay up to $10.00 for I got it for $3.25 and it makes a 13 inch rose, I was so happy. Plus the employees are super friendly. I love this place.

Lots of choices, some prices are good, others are about the same as retail. They recently reorganized their product, so it is much easier to navigate and find what you need.

The past couple times I was unable to find any quilting fabric or notions. Miss it!

The nice thing is, this is a TRUE outlet.Everything is already 50% off, and then each week different sections of the store (kids crafts, paint & paintables, knitting, floral, etc) are discounted even further! 40-50% off the already reduced prices! Amazing. I got a fantastic self-healing rotary cutting board mat here for $8 instead of the $60 it normally would cost! Huge assortment of knitting, crafting, scrapbooking, painting, wood burning, acrylic, watercolor, finger paint, markers, stamps, floral, spray paint, wood crafts, craft books, etc.Wonderful, friendly staff. Organized & laid out very well. This is a newer location, though it’s in an old factory. The new location has been wonderful! Online says they are open, 9am wed, thurs and fri. After driving all the way here, it appears they are closed. I called the number, its only open 2 days a week. Thursday and Friday very limited hrs. What a waste.

This is an amazing place. More craft supplies than art supplies but if you dig for the diamonds you can get some spectacular deals. Very neat and clean, staff is warm and wonderful. Hope to go again soon! Worth the trip from Detroit.

I love this place and you cant beat the prices. You have to pay to get a punch card, but Ive always found it worth it. Expect some scratch and dent items, but you never know what youre going to find when youre there. Ive found a few treasures over the years!

This place is amazing! If you are into crafts of any kinds this place is for you. They are always changing what they have so every time you go there are different items. Also plan to be there longer than you think you will be there. I always think, oh this will be a quick half hour trip and a hour or two later I am walking out. Such an amazing store located inside the old Grand Rapids fire house. Its a bit like Ross or Marshalls in that theres a lot of everything but youve got to hunt to find just the right item. With the constantly changing selection though I can always find great deals to expand my art supply habit....err I mean...

I would have given zero but up until this point I was adequately happy with the store. Today I realized that I had bought a wrong product, I called to inquire about a refund or exchange, the woman who answered the phone was rude among other things. Instead of saying sorry our policy states no refund or instore credit she tells me “it’s posted everywhere, we just assume that you, well, look over your product, and well we are a discount store so no we don’t “ and that’s an exact quote. No apology or anything, no explanation of their policies or anything, other stores that are outlets offer discounts. There are other discount stores in the area where I’m glad to hand over my money but honestly the way I was treated I won’t reccommend this place to a single person including the rather large number of crafting circle and church circle friend. Absolutely appalled at the lack of respect.

Although there was lots of stuff here, I was disappointed. I was specifically looking for crochet hooks and a hook case. I found a multi pack of hooks that had some missing and they only had one option of cases to buy. They didn’t seem to have lots of craft supplies that were very craft specific though.

Some staff are nice others are rude. They have a stamp sys that gives you free stuff affter going there x amount off times. But if go there but if you have the required stamps on 2 different cards they will not accept them. They were not clear on this befor hand and did not try to work out a way to make it right. They had a vary small selection for the thing you would expect to find there.
