Once you eaten a tender from here, all other chicken dont compare. Fast service and friendly staff.

While waiting for my car repair at monro next door, I decided to walk with my service dog. On my way back I decided to stop here for lunch. They refused me service because I had my service dog. I tried explaining to them that he was a service dog, even had a vest on which I dont even need, he just kept saying I dont know about that but we dont allow dogs I tried to educate him but he just kept saying they dont allow dogs. They must have been living under Rock all these years to not understand a service dog and my rights.

They are so nice and friendly. The food is Always cooked thoroughly and they clean the area to keep it sanitized for safety. Their chicken is a good quality and taste really good. Hands down so so Good.. My Daughter Loves it. Thats why we come about 2 to 3x a week.. 😍😍😍

Tried this place for the first time tonight...best chicken I have ever had!! The perch is awesome and so is the shrimp! They also have a huge selection of Faygo and other snacks. Great food, big portions, friendly staff and a great value for your dollar!

They have good food and good service, in my 2 times of eating there. The last 2 times I’ve drove there and tried to eat, they’ve closed early when the website says they are open. The Phone number listed always goes to a “mailbox that is full”. So ive drove across town assuming their busy serving good food, an the lights are off! Common, fix the website, clear your voicemails, or I’m going to fat mans fish fry down the road.Perch is good tho.

Always personable, been in the neighborhood for a long time. Wings aren’t the biggest but they taste (any sauce) and smell amazing. Fries are thick and crispy, never greasy. Can season your own food at a nearby counter. Great dessert options.

Very friendly staff that remembers frequent customers and delicious food. Best chicken in Grand Rapids in my opinion. No matter what you order of the menu its going to be cooked right and taste good. Definitely my favorite place.

Both the wings and tenders were awesome!!! The wings are battered, deep fried, and served dry - you can add hot sauce yourself if need be. The chicken tenders are the best Ive had in GR! Each dish is made fresh to order so there is usually a small wait time (12-15 min). The interior is really clean, and this place is actually run by a father and his four sons (the four brothers). I cant wait to go again!!

Great Customer Service! I pick up orders from multiple different On Demand Delivery Services and they are always friendly and usually the orders are ready/being packaged up for delivery/OR are only a couple of minutes from being ready and prepared! Which makes me more money/Happy customers with repeat business AND in general makes my life MUCH easier all around! Which makes them more money and then everyones HAPPY 😁😁

Man o man this place is hands down the best spot in the city. If anyone says different its because they are true haters. Staff is wonderful, and have a great sense of humor. Their tenders,shrimp,and catfish nuggets have me hooked. I will continue to visit this store as often as I can. Keep up the good work guys.

Ordered from them via GrubHub. GrubHub order arrived on time; no issues with them. I explicitly asked for sauces and they did not give us any. When I tried to call the restaurant it rang and then went to a “voicemail box is full” message.

Literally just walked out of there disappointed! The youngest son tht works the counter is rude and does not listen. If you ask for sauce or napkins he gets fustrated or act as if he does not hear you. I stood next to him and asked a question 3times! He ignored me so i left. Never again.

They are extremely busy because everyone wants their amazing food! Great place.

This is the best place ive been to hands down in this city. Tenders and wings are to die for. As well as great customer service and man o man was their parking lot jam packed with customers. Will be back very soon.

Ordered mozzarellas sticks and fries on Grubhub. When the food got to me, the fries were cold and not cooked and the mozzarella sticks were just barely warm.

This is a very nice family oriented takeout restaurant. Its also a small convenient store so you can grab other snacks, tobacco products etc. Its typically younger guys who runs the place but they do it very well.

The food is good, hence the reason this place is so popular. The staff can be rude, the parking sucks and they never answer the phone to take orders. I have to show up order my food then wait 15-20 minutes. For me time is money and that is a waste of my time. Customer service is very important and they have missed out on a lot of money by not perfecting their brand.
