Nate once again was helpful and professional. Went in to look at carbon handlebars because of an injured shoulder and he directs me to looking at making adjusts to my shock to take some pressure off my shoulder. Long story short the refresh/adjustments to my shock worked wonderfully. Took the bike out to Luton today for a test run and it was a positive improvement.Plus, the cost was half of the price of a carbon handlebar.

I brought my daughter’s bike in to be tuned up and raise the seat. Because I wanted the seat to be adjustable, they said it would take a couple days for the parts. Everyone is very professional and responsive. I picked it up and everything looked great. Now both my daughters can ride it. It took them a while to find my bike even though they said it was ready. But that was understandable

Took my bike in to replace the entire drive chain and handlebar. They were super responsive and accurate with the quote and the result was great.

You won’t be dazzled with flashy signs, Tour de France race talks, absurd discussions into the depths of power to weight rations, nor will you find unaffordable road bikes that will gather dust in your garage that cost a 401k plan and a half.What you will get. A very good knowledge base of the bicycles on hand and what they offer. You will find excellent, reliable, affordable mountain and gravel bikes. Took my bike in for a tune up and a problem with shifting and with the rear hydraulic brake before an upcoming trip to Brown County. Had it fixed and ready to go by the end of the same day. Fast service, reasonable prices, and while I haven’t ridden it yet, I’m assuming quality work as well. I’ll be back!

Sharon was absolutely fabulous!!! We sent an SOS Facebook message to the shop to see if they had a very specific part for my fiancés bike. I was on fetch detail, and Sharon was wonderful and went above and beyond to locate this very tiny part for us. She was even about to take the part off of one of their bikes for sale! After Facetiming with my fiancé so they could figure out exactly which part was needed (I dont know squat about bikes), Sharon dug through a few bins and was able to find the tiny but crucial part!!! She saved the trip to Copper Harbor and the Big Boy Clinic!

Brought my bike in to fix the back breaks and get a new tube. Got the suspension cleaned as well. The team there got it done quick and the bike is solid now!

Bought my first full suspension bike today from Central District Cyclery. I purchased a demo bike that looks and works like it was brand new at less than half the cost of new. GREAT deal. Incredible experience there, they were very attentive (coffee was good as well) and went completely through the bike to make sure everything was working perfectly and set up the bike for my size/weight. Couldnt have asked for a better experience buying a bike.

Top notch, the guys are great to work with. Dropped my bike off to for chain ring and chain.. swap, it was ready next day!

They were responsive enough on messenger, but now the just ignore me. A shame too I was hoping to get a kona blast. At least a lanai through them.

I dropped by bike off on a Wednesday and they said about a week for a tune up. They called the next afternoon and said it was done! The bike was clean, the breaks are working great, very happy and will definitely use them again in the future!

These guys are great. They swapped out a cheap wheel set with a newer set I brought in complete with new gear hub, essentially converted my single speed to a 3-speed. The swap was a little odd, definitely required their expertise and they nailed it. They added new tires that cleared the frame and the bike has never been better. I wouldnt hesitate to go back or refer others this way.

Ask for my bike tire to be replaced. They had it for a weekend when I ent to pick it up he told me that my tire was fine so he didnt replace it. Still charged me 45 dollar to put air in my tire first time I rode it after the tire went flat. I will never tell any one to go here again.

My Trek electric assist bike stopped shifting (working!) while riding on vacation near this bike shop. Since they were the closest bike shop, we drove there. Dan took the bike and gave us a good pub to go to for lunch while he looked at the bike. He called about the time the food came to say he could not fix it as the derailior was broken. When we got back to the shop, he had written down the name and phone number of a couple of Trek dealers we might try to find one that had the part we needed, but warned we may have to take the bike to the shop for them to see. Since we had the phone numbers, we called from the shop and Dan talked to the repair department. He went above and beyond and we would highly recommend this shop. In the end, he had recommended another good shop and we were soon on our bikes again. Thanks Dan.

I stopped in during art prize to pick up some new fat bike tires and tubes. This was the first time I have been in this place. Its a neat little place I thought. I walked in, noticed a few gentlemen talking; one behind the counter, another next to the counter on a bike in full bike apparel,and another gentleman that appeared to be helping out a few ladies with some apparel. Just a quick glance from one of the two in conversation.After a few minutes of walking around, I went to the counter next to the door for some assistance. The one behind the counter moved away from behind the counter, carrying on the conversation with the other. Sensing that he couldnt be bothered, I decided to leave.Im sure I will try this place again, and possibly have a much better experience the next time, but for now, I wouldnt recommend this shop.

This shop is awesome, been going back and forth over email with them about a bike I am purchasing from them, they never tried to up sell anything, even found ways to save me money if I wanted to upgrade any parts, but there was never any pressure, were super nice, even let me test ride the bike for a day before I decided to purchase it. This is the kind of customer service thats needed these days. Also they have some brands every different than the other local shops, worth checking out.

Took my bike in for a tune-up and brake work. I was not impressed by the quality of the work. There were several things that were not done on the bike that should have been done. Contacted the owner about my disappointment, nothing was done. The brake work was done very well, however, which earned the third star. The customer service was alright. Im new to the area and this was a really disappointing experience considering so many positive reviews. I will not be doing business any further with this company and would recommend Switchback Gear Exchange instead.

Had a freewheel hub go bad on my 16 Blizzard. Called a described the problem, and was told to bring the bike down. They got me in immediately, and installed a new hub under warranty, THAT SAME DAY!!! I had the bike back with no issues that afternoon. Awesome service by Alex. Nate & James were great to work with as well. Great shop!!!

They do a solid job and turn things around faster than Freewheelers. My only bad experience was a set of rims that took longer than expected to come in.

I stopped in looking for a Sutra LTD, I test rode one that was a tad too big. I asked about getting the next size down, which they did not have in stock and I was told to order it online and have it shipped to the store. I am at a bike shop, I dont want to order it online. This was late last year, 2017, but still leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
