The owner is just plain rude and arrogant. Well if really were sorry you wouldnt have attacked me verbally when I came back in your store. And just think its about about me asking you could you order more RC cola for 99 cents. Then told me not to come back because you didnt like the fact I didnt care for your rude arrogant behavior. But heres the thing theres plenty of stores I can go to along with a number of my friends and neighbors. I wish you well. And no need for you apology. Its not genuine. Youre name calling just proved my point and so did your behavior in front of customers last night.👍

Asked a simple question about the price of the 2 items I bought because the total seemed to be more than I expected. Instead of a simple respectful answer, I got a chuckle and a condescending breakdown of how sales tax works. Wont be going back.

The Vineyard is a clean, well-stocked, family-owned beer, wine and liquor store. They have an extensive wine selection that is separated by region it comes from such as Michigan wines, Australian, California, Argentina, Italian and so forth. They also have an extensive selection of liquor and just about any mixer you can think of. Most importantly, the family gives great customer service and they can even order you something that they dont carry - from one bottle to many cases if thats what u are looking for.

I enjoy the convenient location, however I am regularly overcharged for items I purchase. It happens every time I have gone in there. It is super frustrating and I feel taken advantage of as a consumer.Work on your business ethics Vinyard and I will consider shopping there again.
