The store in Walker, Michigan has the worst customer service. The employees and management are very rude and have poor attitudes. Years ago I loved going to that location but now I feel the employees are snobby and dont help their customers.Their sassy hair extensions have lice nits. The hair dries out within 2 weeks. You cant get them wet or they get ruined. I called the corporate office and they could care less. I have the proper products to take care of extensions but they last about 2 to 3 weeks if you are lucky.I am a cancer survivor, so I buy extensions to cover baldness. No sympathy whatsoever from the store nor the corporate office.

I made an online order and came to pick it up to find the store closed 5 hours early without telling corporate so not only did I not get my order, I paid extra to get it same day. Because the store closed early without telling corporate, they wouldn’t refund my order. This store is always closing whenever it wants and never has anything in my order when I place one.

Super nice workers always wanting to help find what you need. They had everything i wanted for dying my hair all colorful. The very kind woman recommended sauce which is a conditioner and OMG Its great i love it!

Theresa at the Sallys Beauty Supply on Alpine is a Hair Angel and extremely knowledgeable. I walked in depressed, tired, IN A HAT; Id been growing out my hair not wanting to spend the $100s it was going to take at salons (blend in some gray, get out brass, add shine). Theresa got it, gave me great info on products (permanents vs demis, etc), and I took the plunge. You can tell the difference between employees just doing their job and employees LOVING their job; Theresa makes it fun!

This store carries a lot of different kinds of combs and brushes, hair products, and nail polish. I like to buy generic knock-offs of name brand shampoo here. They often have some sort of sale going on, like buy 2 get 1 free.

I went to this one because it was the only one open until 6 on sundays. I liked that they actual had manic panic here because they didnt have at the one I usually go to. I gave it two stars because the customer service is poor. The ladies were not helpful at all and just seemed like they wanted me out the store. They wouldnt come check and see if anybody needed help and when I asked questions they would give dry answers and wouldnt even looke at me. For this I will just stick to the one I usually go to.

Customer sevice was absolutely amazing! I will be going here for all of my hair care needs!
