Had oil changed and tires rotated. Great service and enjoy waiting in the longe area. The best part of my visit was being helped by Alex Merrill assistant service manager. β€. Shes awesome ππand does a fantastic job ππ
Ed Mason gave us such a great sales experience. One of the easiest and friendliest transactions with a vehicle weve had. Love our new Tacoma!
I was looking to do compete diagnoses and necessary services to my Toyota Highlander. As soon as I saw very dissatisfied customers taking forever and had to take multiple times. I dont want to waste my time and dump money for high cost for noting. So I decided to go somewhere else for this time. Thanks for all the reviews I at least know about it. I saw the Toyotas owner responding to all the reviews which is good. But actually taking action and improving is different than just responding to the reviews.Thank you anyways.
Toyota of grand rapids is now my go to Toyota dealer/ service! The set up is awesome!Staff is very informative and very kind! And the waiting room is comfy and spacious not 1 or the other like most other service places are!10/10
Great service. We walked to some stores while they were work on our suv. Prices were amazing.
Got me in quick for my appointment. 2 hours for an oil change? Too long.
Great people go buy a car from Steve walker
I love my new car but would not recommend this dealer. The salesmen that we worked with were not knowledgeable, there has not been any follow up after spending over 50k on my car. When my car was delivered, the salesman barely went over the features and told me to read the manual. We ran into several issues trying to make a deal. The sales manager didnβt answer our calls or emails after we had issues with the salesmen. I would highly recommended you seek another dealership if these things are important to you.
Great service. Took care of me!
Friendly knowledgeable easy to work with.
I have been taking my car here for the last 3 years and have had great experiences. They are always very clear and explain things well. Agim has helped my sister and I with our cars a few times and always is a huge help!
I purchase a 2020 4Runner today. This is my second vehicle from Toyota of GR and I will be back. I knew what I wanted and did 99 percent of the deal including trade thru text and email. When I arrived today they were ready for us. Vehicle looked perfect, all the paperwork was ready and we were in and out in an hour or so. I feel I got a fair price and it was a good experience. I live in Kalamazoo and drive by several Toyota dealers that were unwilling to deal. Thanks again!
Always excellent service. They provide a professional service.
Nice waiting room. Always good service.
Amazing service and transparent pricing!
Nice staff and is prompt
The service is fantastic but youll pay dealership prices. Do I think it is worth it? Absolutely I do. Ive owned Toyotas my entire life and theyve all had good long healthy lives. Treat your Toyota well over the years and it will run forever! Ive never had good luck at private mechanics - and never had issues at the dealership - so its been an easy decision for me to keep coming back here.
One star because this is the lowest rating I can give. Told my son to take his corolla in for recall services and came out 4+ plus days later plus $1183 bill! Completely different from the scope of work! With minimal explanation, they said all the work was done so he has to pay for it? WTH!!! Dont get rob like my kid did... find another place people!
Their service department takes FOREVER to do anything. It might not be the fault of the individual workers, they might be simply understaffed, but if youβre willing to make customers sit around for 2-4 hours rather than hire more mechanics I think thatβs on their bosses heads. Donβt be greedy and waste other peopleβs time to pinch pennies, just pay another mechanic and improve your businessβ reputation. Also: Theyβre located 200 feet away from a Discount Tire and had the audacity to try to convince me to pay 25 bucks for a tire rotation once. Unless you love wasting time on a chair in a waiting room and getting overcharged for the privilege, then avoid this place.
Ive purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. Took my current car in because of an issue, they were going to charge me upwards of 280% markup on OEM parts plus the high labor/hour cost. Ill be going elsewhere from now on.
If I could review a person i would. Zac Harper is a professional and amazing sales man. He treated me and my GF with great respect and friendly approach. I have been to almost 20 dealerships looking for a car and I have never been treated this great. Zac have a great people skills. he was honest and straightforward. He played no games and actually gave a f*k about what we wanted and helped us land on a car in our budget. He have a photo gallery about his background which I thought was very cool. and kept us entertained while we waited to talk to the managers. if you have a car In mind or donβt know what you are looking for, go to ZAC HARPER and he will take care of you.
Always friendly and informative. They dont force you to fix every little thing. You get to choose what important service you can afford to have done.
Brought my car in for a scheduled oil change and it took about 4 hours. They didnt mention that I need an air filter until I cashed out. I told them that Id just take care of it (its two bolts). Open up my hood to find that the front bolt was way tighter than necessary. The rear bolt was floating because some idiot overtightened it and snapped the bolt. Rather than fixing it he just closed up the car and called it good. Dont take your vehicle there. Find another dealer.
Great service, very helpful and answers your questions and concerns.
Awesome people
We purchased a van from them. the sales team was great! We have taken the van in for service work for the last time. Their service dept is absolutely terrible. Each time they tried getting my wife to spend ridiculous amounts of money on unnecessary items when we took it in for routine maintenance. she was extremely uncomfortable and would not return. I dropped it off last time for an oil change, tail light issues, alignment, and a safety recall for the sliding doors. After the oil change they told me my rear pads were at the minimum wear spec and wanted $500 to do rear pads and turn the rotors. I did the brakes only to find The pads were at least 75% still but already had it apart so I replaced them anyways. The sheet showed that rear alignment was worse than when I brought it. The hood was not latched after the oil change. The Tail lights did not get looked at. The SAFETY RECALL involved removing the seats, however when putting car seats in I bumped the driver seat with my elbow and found it was not bolted in. The seat belt is part of the seat and would have killed my wife if she would have had the hood fly up and crashed. They did come pick up the van and bolt the seat down the next day but we are done with this place. Again the sales dept was good, just stay away from the shop.
I get oil changes from them and they have normally taken up to 2 1/2 hours which isnt cool it you think thats a reasonable amount of time to wait then get an oil change from this place
Buyer beware: weve had multiple problems with this place.Wife took her car in to do a tire rotation and oil change. They charged her for it but did none of the work. I know because I checked the oil dipstick at home oil was dark brown with a strong burnt gasoline smell. Tire pressure light still on. We marked the tires they did not rotate them. Brought it back to the Dealer and they did the work in front of us. Attached is a picture of the cartridge oil filter (if filter was new it would have a light tan color not charcoal).I asked for A/C recharge another time. They pulled my cabin filter out and showed me saying it should be replaced. When I refused they smashed it and put it in wrong way.Wife backed her car into a rock and took it in because of an exhaust noise. They wanted to charge almost $3k to replace exhaust system. All it needed was to un-spring the exhaust tip from the plastic panel.
My navigation system was reading the wrong city. It took 5 appointments, a fritzed battery, and 6 days to get it fixed. Then I go back and the tire is flat and they want to charge me for it!!! Worst service I have ever experienced.
Great personal service. And fast
Would not help me but charged me anyway
These guys have always treated myself and my wife very well. We once had an electrical issue in our Sienna and even though it took the tech multiple hours to find the issue they only charged us for half an hour. My biggest complaint is that they always seem very busy and can take longer than I would like to perform service.
Oil change. Nothing fancy. 45 ish minute wait, no complaint.
My service advisor is nice- but everytime I come in- something else gets broken. And they never, ever, ever call you back. I think theyβre trying to run out my warranty.
Great service. Problem diagnosed quickly and fixed!
My dad and I took his vehicle in for service. We were told different things by different people in the service department. We wanted to fix a noise in the car, however we ended up putting around 3 to 4 thousand dollar to replace other parts (Front struts, bolts that attached to sway bar). It so happened that they were unnecessary change because it did not fix the problem. We were told that there is no safety issue if we dont fix it. After spending so much money, the problem was still not fixed. We eventually decided not to fix because they had lost our trust, who knows what parts they would suggest me to change. After the repair, we found another noise in the right front wheel. At that point I am already pissed, because service department act like it was not their responsible. We got the manager eventually, I was told by the manager that he will take care of the repair making all the noise go away. He apologized for the mistake that the technician had made. Anyways, the service was late again as usual, the problem was still there. My question is now, can they fix the problem? can they give the right diagnose as oppose to keep letting their consumer spending money to fix the parts that are unnecessary to fix? Can they actual do things that they promised to their customer? THE ANSWER IS NO!At this point, we feel like we were humiliated. My dad does not speak English well, he is low key person. I am an English as second language speaker but I am educated. You cant fool us around like that. We only wanted our vehicle to be fixed. Is that difficult? If yes, just tell us you are unable to do it. Its okay to say no to customer sometimes? So we would take our service elsewhere. We are likely take legal actions now. Its not just about paying the money and did not get the service done anymore. You guys have not been serious enough to fix my vehicle. anyways enough said. Minorities are not fools remember.
Didnt even get an appointment. web says preferred contact i give my email as im not suppose to use my phone for personal business during the working day (when ever im awake). thought, how convenient. cool. well, left 3 of them, got ignored the first go. second go they called me, right when the ceo was standing right next to me. third was a repeat of the second. gee thanks Toyota of GR. cant even get this simple thing right.
They squeezed me in to fix a dead battery, but I felt intensely pressured to have expensive, unnecessary services performed on my vehicle. Unpleasant. I prefer auto services that respect that I might actually know a few things about my truck. They act like I am a signed blank check walking through their door.
Always have good experiences here
The service attendants were picky with some people they also like phone Transfer to less concerned juniors when they find out you have called more than once
Ron Jones is the best
Very good
