Great selection of a variety of Asian cuisine and ingredients. Atmosphere is friendly and helpful. Only downside Ive experienced is that if you cant read several of the languages it can be hard to pick out what you want as not everything is in English. That said, Ive never had a bad experience here and Ive always gotten what I needed. If youre looking to try something new, or youre looking for ingredients you cant easily find at big box stores, this place has a ton of options to choose from. Also, their spices are prices incredibly reasonably.I go here every chance I get for more traditional Korean ingredients especially.

We shop here for affordable groceries, and we love the awesome staff! They remember and get to know their regulars. You can definitely ask them for help finding specific things, learning what an item is and is used for, and choosing ingredients for whatever meal you’re planning. As far as their stock goes…they have a large selection of meat and seafood both frozen and fresh. Amazing produce, too- they stock a rotating selection of exotic fruits from all over Asia and the world (according to what’s in season) and they consistently have the same varieties of fresh vegetables and herbs available every time. Of course they have all the staples like rice (many types), kimchi, fresh and dried noodles, and several full aisles of all the condiments and sauces used in Asian cooking and beyond. We can come here with a recipe or a general idea for a dish of any Eastern cuisine whether it’s Vietnamese (of course), Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean or say, Filipino…even African! They really carry specialty imports from all over the rest of the world which you can’t get at Meijer, or even from a high-end gourmet grocery store (which only sells products from this continent and maybe some European brands and that’s it). There’s also frozen foods and desserts, hundreds of different instant ramens, unique snacks and candy, tea, drink mix & tapioca balls for making bubble/boba drinks…and much more I’m forgetting. Oh and they even have a home/kitchen goods section with cooking appliances/tools and dining-ware (including rice cookers, woks, bubble/boba tea straws, chopsticks, pretty ceramic bowls, etc).

As for the owners/operators and staff of this establishment, to know them is to love them.Have shopped here for many years and I never fail to be pleased with the awesome selection of imported foods (fresh, frozen, canned, dried, etc.), as well as domestically produced foods.They have lots of seafood, so expect that to be mildly in the air. I like fish, so fine by me.Good prices, personally interested in customers and service-minded staff.

Its a great place to find Asian food and a great place to get roasted duck.

I walked in and asked where something was and was helped immediately. And instead of pointing me in the right direction the gentleman walked me over to the area and showed me the best products. This grocery store is packed with so many things it was easy for me to buy more than I intended.

This is a great place to go to get almost anything you need to complete the dish you want to make.And there is a small shop to buy soup, sandwiches, bao, exc. if you need quick fuel before or after you shop.Also, masking is still at about 80-90% in the store which is a nice plus.I mostly come for dry food goods, produce and dishes. There is also frozen foods, meat and seafood but I cant vouch for the quality.There is also a Pho shop right next door that carries bubble tea as well. Its a nice place to shop and grab some ready eat food for a relaxing day off solo or with a friend.

They have excellent service here. We were on the hunt for a specific sauce that goes on sushi. She came right out on to the floor to find it, they were out of stock and she helped us look for alternatives. She then recommended a few things we may want to try. The service was some of the best Ive received in any grocery store to be honest. Theyre kind of tucked away in their location. But if you walk in the building theyre store front is visible from the front door.

From the perspective of an outisder, it is a very interesting window into another culture found in my own area. Very nice staff and good prices, would recommend a visit.

Tons of Asian foods here and the staff was really nice and helped me find stuff for bubble tea that I was looking for. Smells like fish mixed with Asian foods, and the building looks a little rough but other than that a great place to shop. Really good selection for all the Asian foods you could want!

This store has almost anything you can think of. it has Pigs head, lots of fish, spicy noodles, if youre restaurant owner in your Chinese you want to go here. I never knew this store existed. My wife is Chinese and and this store is a must if youre looking for Chinese food. Has lots of product and I would guess it has over 5000.

Most diverse Asian shopping in the area. Theres cheap bean paste filled sesame rice balls, aloe drinks, an entire aisle of soy sauce, banh mei sandwiches, even balut! Fun place for me to find something new.

Im kinda new in this state still, and still finding places! I was thrilled to find this little market! They have everything I need for Asian cooking. Plenty of the ingredients are also staples of your standard western diet, so dont think you wont find something if you are a picky eater. The snack section alone is worth the trip. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Store is clean even though its older and a little cramped. Its become a regular stop for me on grocery day.

New favorite place to shop for any Asian food items! A lot of typical grocery stores around here might have one version each of a few different ingredients in the Asian section of the store, but youll find everything you need, along with OPTIONS, here. Very authentic, as far as I can tell. I may not understand what many of the items are, but I can find what Im looking for, and usually discover a few things as well.

The store has beautiful produce, especially the fresh herbs. I appreciate the unique grocery items that allow me the opportunity to experiment at home. What warrants the two stars is the cleanliness and overall shabbiness of the store. Towels on the floor to absorb fluid from leaking coolers which themselves seem to be threatening to tip over on the shoppers; and the ceiling tiles that appear ready to fall out. I like this store but no longer enjoy shopping here because of the lack of upkeep. In truth, the Golden Bridge Plaza on a whole has seemingly been left to disintegrate with broken or missing floor tiles and entry rugs that appear to have a 1000 years of dirt ground into them.

As always, it was fine.

A favorite Asian market, such helpful employees. My daughter needed the specific Kimchi & bao bun - I got a personal shopping experience with a gentlemen who walked me around to grab and offer Suggestions to my list. We are trying their deli bao bun this time! Great options of meat & seafood. Whole fish and HUGE shrimp. I like the head on because I make soup with the shells. Cooking and dinnerware from chop sticks to Boba straws.

Recent transplant from San Francisco and of asian american decent, so obviously the first thing I needed to do was find an asian grocer and this place hits all the marks. Had fresh and frozen meat. I saw sushi grade tuna but havent tried it yet. Awesome selection of produce and foods as well as pantry items and cooking supplies. Is exactly what you would expect from an asian grocer. Will definitely be coming here regularly for my needs.

Good and fresh food. They have fruit, vegetables, sea food ooh I love their sea food and it live stuff from fish to beef and pork. They are not really expensive although foreign food are expensive but they are affordable. I shop there once a month.

I dont mind shopping here for specific ingredients. Theyve improved over the years but can still do better with cleanliness. Especially outside which is the first thing you see when going there. Also, prices are not always labeled especially in the produce and frozen sections. Im glad for their presence but the place can use some appearance improvements.

Complete store for Asian product. The parking lot also good. Need to be aware about the space at store, too narrow. Hard to bring the cart. Sometimes the floor is not clean. But this is the complete store for asian people who live around Grand Rapid area. The price also affordable. So far all products are wonderful.

This grocery store has expanded their inventory and offerings over the years. Very well stocked. Probably the best in the GR area among all the Asian grocery stores. However, not all their prices are in line.

This market is filled with so much beauty. From the food to the people who work there its like a little piece of Asia transported to pure Michigan. My daughter was amazed by all the exotic fruits and the fresh seafood. The pho shop was delicious. If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Love living amongst other peoples cultures. Great experience.

Selection of food is great, but dont expect management to be helpful. I purchased a double broiler and after using it only once, the bottom pan became extremely pitted. Very poor quality. The next time I went shopping here, I asked for a refund from the manager and she refused to stand behind her product. I had been shopping for YEARS, but if you dont want my business anymore, Ill shop at A Dong or Lees Market. They might be more expensive, but at least they are cleaner...
