They were intentionally careful not to damage the appliance or my home and they even wiped it down with a stainless steel cleaner to finalize installation. Heck, the owner even showed up to help with the delivery because he happened to be in the area!!! I’d definitely purchase from this company again!!

They clean up their mess, they treat your home with respect and are kind and courteous. Brett and Israel are excellent sales and customer support reps too. Purchased a refurbished stainless steel bottom freezer refrigerator 2 years ago and the compressor fried last week my repairman said there were signs it had been tinkered with previously . I spent over $600 on it. Also, I bought a dryer from them and it needed a new part within a few months. They were willing to work with me and provided the new part and my repairman installed also on the fridge they were willing to give free delivery however I found out that their prices are pretty steep compared to Brummels or Elders. I honestly will not be coming back here. They were also pushing LG products which it is my understanding these products aren’t the greatest and a lot of repairmen don’t like to work on them.

I at first gave these people a 5 star rating. We paid them to deliver and install our fridge so I didnt have to deal with it. Their crack install team showed up without parts and just told us what to buy on our own. I did exactly what they said yet the hose came off the fridge while we were on vacation and destroyed our house. Now we have no sub floors, are fighting insurance to help us make our house livable, and when my wife reached out to Synergy, they didnt seem to care at all. Useless install team and even more useless customer response!

Excellent, fast, and incredibly helpful service. I had a dryer on the fritz and not only did the tech fix it, but he also gave me invaluable information about the length of the unit’s useful life. This saved me from making an expensive purchase of a new appliance. I have faith in my dryer which is worth way more than than the cost of the repair. Thank you for all your help!

We purchased a 30 Zline Gas/Gas range from Synergy Appliances 5 weeks ago. Their sales staff is low pressyre, they matched a competitors price, delivery charge was very modest and their delivery/install team is top notch - courtious, friendly and they do NOT mess around. They were in an and out very quickly, and they hauled away our old nasty range. They were mindful of our floors and kitchen, too. Synergy has earned a lifetime customer and I tell everybody to go there.

It was a good experience having their techs come over to install all my kitchen appliances along with my washer and dryer. Sales persons at the Wyoming store were helpful in working with me in getting what I needed. I’ll have no hesitation recommending people there.

I purchased a brand new refrigerator and washer from Synergy. BOTH appliances were broken upon delivery. The brand new refrigerator had a water filtration issue and the washer failed on the first load with a from a bad motor fault sensor. They then picked up the washer and charged an additional $50 for a different washer. The ensured me this washer was brand new and would work excellent and that they would install it. The showed up, dropped of the washer and did not install it. Regardless, my husband installed it and upon the first load of laundry it was discovered that washer did NOT work. Upset at this point, I called and spoke to the owners wife who could not not seem to care less about our experience. I had received excellent customer care through their technician, Vern during his service call to diagnose the original appliances. I cannot speak higher of the guy for his helpfulness. However, my experience with this company and its owner has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare. Its been nearly a month of dealing with them and now I am forced to find a washer elsewhere. Save your money and buyer beware! 🙁

We purchased a whole house of appliances for our new home. our salesperson Sadd made sure every detail of our order was met, from storing our appliances to delivery. We had a issue with our dishwasher, the service department was on point. Vernon the service technician came out, determine that it needed to be replaced. He had a new dishwasher installed Two day’s latter. I’ve never experienced such professionalism & excellent customer service as we received at Synergy Appliances.We will use Synergy Appliances for all our future needs. I initially came here because the prices seemed really fair and I was tired of the big box stores and over priced niche stores during my home renovation process. I bought a full kitchen set, and two washer and dryer sets (one refurbished for a rental unit). Synergy made me feel like my business mattered, which is a rarity now-a-days. I worked with the owner and his wife through the sales process and they are good people and had a great story about how this business started. The was just as impressed with the installation process as well. Durell and Gam were the installers who were very respectful and knowledgable. Went above and beyond in educating me on my new appliances. Most surprisingly, unlike other contractors/subcontractors, didnt leave a mess and cleaned up after themselves. Details matter. I never knew there was a place on Grandville Ave that had appliances. When I walked into the store immediately was very organized and it looked a lot better than Sears Outlet. There was a variety of refrigerators to choose from so we chose one at a good price. My parents are enjoying there new refrigerator . The only thing missing is the water dispenser. Other than that great job.

I had been looking for a washer and dryer for a couple months at a couple other small local places. Couldnt find anything small enough and within my price range until I found Synergy Appliances! Don helped us with finding the correct size in under my budget and even got the owner involved to help us find something. They refurbished a set for me within a week and even gave it to us for under my budget. The delivery went quickly and smoothly. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We had an old GE monogram built-in refrigerator that finally died. We had several companies come to our home, only to tell us they could not or would not uninstall/remove the fridge due to it’s size, inability to properly dispose and other excuses. Synergy came to the rescue, with two young men who got this appliance broken down and out of our home within 30 minutes. They made it look effortless. Thank you Synergy!

Great costumer service by far the most friendly delivery staff. Put the freezer in the room I wanted after removing the handle then the freezer door and hardware and put it all back together. Would recommend them to everyone!

Be warned! Synergy does not stand by their appliance sales beyond 48 hours of delivery. My warrantied washing machine awaits new parts from the manufacturer while I sit at the laundromat - and not a peep of assistance from Synergy.

Lots of options for discounted appliances, wish I had checked this place out before the big box stores and saved myself a lot of time! Scored a washer for my budget and brand new with a year warranty from the manufacturer just because of some scratches! One worker was super nice and went above and beyond! Only 4/5 because we waited forever to get help, no one greeted us, one employee yelled at another for helping us (even though wed waited forever to be helped) But the guy who helped us was awesome!

This place is AMAZING to work with!! We looked everywhere for the right stove, and I found this company by chance on a google search. Not only was it super easy to talk with someone about what we needed, but we were able to order the stove, have it modified for propane, and delivered in the same week. Delivery?? Tom and Nick were SO awesome! Came in, removed the old stove and put the new one in in no time. 100% this will be my only place to shop for appliances from now on. The first refrigerator (scratch and dent section) that we purchased from them did not even work, the second refrigerator that we purchased there (brand new) had to have the doors replaced and leaked. We have had it fixed and it is leaking again. All within a month of purchase! I will never go to one of their stores again and I strongly recommend that you dont either!

We had sudden refrigerator problems the Friday before Christmas. After many calls to service and repair companies to no avail, one recommended we try Synergy Appliances. Michael responded quickly, but our fridge was not repairable. We went to his warehouse that same day, SATURDAY, when it was actually closed. We bought a new fridge AND a new stove because the prices were great! Michael promised delivery the next day, on SUNDAY. Everyone at Synergy is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and very efficient and professional. Our appliances came with a one-year warranty, and delivery and service are no extra charge! We feel incredibly blessed to have discovered Synergy and are very thankful. Their amazing customer service erased our disappointment with our old fridge situation. As he is talking to us he takes the racks which I had taken out to look inside, puts them back in, and closes the machine as we were still looking at it!! Wont be going back there.

Had to purchase an oven after having ours for only 4 years. We had a Frigidaire that we purchased from Lowes but the switchboard went bad. After loosing money to have a repair man come fix it and misdiagnosed the repairs. We were looking at spending more then the oven was worth, so we decided to get a new oven. Looking on the Facebook marketplace we came across synergy appliance. We werent really thinking of getting a gently used but we came across this kitchen aid for a great price and had all the amenities we needed. Not only did the stove work great but to seal the deal it came with an extended warranty for no extra cost. When we got the stove home there was a minor issue with the timer and we called up our warranty. They came right out the next business day and fixed the minor problem. Not only did we save money but the sales rep has been very kind and connecting with us to make sure we are happy with our purchase. Would recommend and use again.
