I usually don’t have a problem with Oakley stores but this one I totally got ignored. Walked in looked at what i needed and ask the guys for some help. They Said “ok”and never helped me. They were to busy talking to their friends. Waiting around for another 15 mins still nothing. I was one of two people in there with two employees.
Every time I go to this outlet store in Grand Prairie, TX the staff goes above and beyond to help you😃

Very small crowded place. I hate shopping in establishments where they judge you the second you walk in as if your going to steal. Somewhat helpful but did not make me feel comfortable. Ended up purchasing a pair of sunglasses my husband had been wanting. Next time shopping online.
Posting today but my experience was actually the weekend of black friday 2019....Manager Shomari is a true customer service professional. He went above and beyond to help me with a frame and lense issue that was warranty related. I called Oakley helpline and got very little customer service or support as compared to the level this man put in at the store. They take care of you here and understand customer service to a higher degree than the actual company does in my opinion and that is truly appreciated. Its a smaller store as someone stated but i think that actually helps them with customer service when youre in there. Great place to shop and every rmployee i encountered was willing to help you which once again can be accounted to great leadership and management at this location.

I purchased the metal Holbrook sunglasses exactly a year ago after being told that they were under a 2 year manufacture warranty. Recently the metal piece that is welded together came apart. I called the store and they told me I could take it to any Oakley store and they would replace them. After visiting 2 different stores, which told me they don’t honor warranty claims, I drove 1:10 minuets to bring them back to where I purchased them. Employee S160JPAT looked at my glasses and began processing the claim. He told me that I would have to pay an additional 100$ to get my sunglasses replaced, so I asked him are they not covered under the warranty? He said yes they are, but he didn’t have the parts to fix them and they can’t just give me a bran new pair. If I’m going to spend the money on sunglasses you can bet that I am not going to spend it on crappy glasses that are going to break for no reason!!!! I will never buy another Oakley product again because this feels like a big scam!
Luxottica ruined Oakley. I tried to return a pair Flack Jackets. The manager said there was a scratch on the lens. I couldn’t see it but he wouldn’t take them back because “He couldn’t sell them as new.” Which means they could have already had the scratch when I bought them and they are admitting that they are selling used merchandise as new. Its buyer beware.
