Rudest customer service employee Id ever met, it looks like all he was taught is to ask people to put their mask back on when its slightly under their nose! And on top of that after me and my family shopped for a little while he literally said all of that was for three items? Just because we returned some unwanted items to the counter, im never stepping foot in that place again

Extremely pathetic service. They don’t know how to deal with customers. The employees aren’t aware about their duties. They ask you to check for security tag is removed by them or not.Will never suggest to visit this place and expect decent support. I feel bad the employees are not trained well and that is something big of a concern.Extremely horrible staff.I have to travel 120 miles to and fro just to remove security tag, which was result of irresponsible behavior of the staff.

Google says it closes at 9pm but I was kicked out by the store manager at 8pm. Doors didnt say mask required, once I went inside employee got rude about me not having a mask and told me to go buy one.

Management is awful. Never have I met a manager who didnt put the customer first. I was insulted and not even listened to. All I wanted was a simple exchange but based on the manager on duty my opinion, it was apparent that my feedback was not valid enough to bring enough attention to the upper level of authority. Why be in customer service if people bother you?!??

I found a shirt for me today 6/1/18. The price tag says its 19.98 but it was in the 60% off section so I saw the price was 7.99 after discount. I was going to pay for it and the cashier was trying to charge me 12.99 so I told him it should be 7.99. He called a lady over and she said its ringing up the right price of 12.99 so I explained to her about the price and another worker told her yes its 60% off. So she said she can give it to me for 8.99 and I showed her on my calculator that 19.98 minus 60% equals 7.99 and she refused to give it to me for that price even though they have a sign that says if its 19.98 itll be 7.99. Thats not good customer service.

Did not let a service dog in and asked for papers,registration,or vest.None of those things are required!!!It is federal law to allow SD’s in😡
