Took my LG Harmony in to get the screen replaced. Apparently this is a rare phone because they had to order a screen. Once they fixed the screen, the battery would lose charge with no warning and then not take a charge. After a couple of tries jump starting the battery, they finally replaced the battery for free even though I couldnt prove the battery had no issue before the screen was fixed. Very satisfied with my experience at GWireless and would highly recommend them!
