We were for a truck for our business in Atlanta but we couldn’t find one in a good condition that was priced reasonably. We contacted DFW Motorcars and we found a 2019 Ford F-350. We drove from Atlanta and they made everything very easy for us. The truck was in like new condition and we very happy and lucky we found them. We are definitely coming back for another truck soon.

Personally I had a great experience here. Great people and great trucks. They hold a GMC for me 10 days. When I arrive there I switch to a RAM. Cuz I like it more. They didnt even complain about it. I bought a 2017 3500 RAM from them (drove from Midland, TX) the windshield and rearview mirror needed to be fixed along with the AutoStart. Ana was on the job and got all of this done at 6pm on a Saturday afternoon and I was out by 7pm. Also my fiancé needed to go to the drug store and Ana let her use her personal vehicle (WOW), the 2017 RAM did not have the transmission that I needed, so i contacted Ana (on Sunday) and wanted the 2018 RAM that had my transmission. She called and texted me on Monday so we could set up details, she even had someone from her dealership drive to meet me half way. Ana also got me financed, when others couldnt, I am beyond pleased with DFW Motorcars. In less than 24 hours, I have received multiple emails from three different people regarding my inquiry on a 2017 Dodge 2500. Ana Marie, Mario, and Daniella. Each telling me it was at first available, then that it was in the shop for recall repairs, but I could come see it and test drive once it is out, then Mario and Daniella tell me it is not available, but ONLY after I asked if they were sure it was available. Website says it is pending, other sites say it is available. Sounds to me like this company needs to communicate better with one another on the inside, before advising potential customers of the status of vehicles. These actions are NOT good customer service. No one even took the time to call me either, after I submitted my phone number. Dually noted. I will be taking my business elsewhere.I wish I could post screen shots of the emails.

Came here to get my husband a truck for work. They treated us fair and honest. After we had the truck we had a accident that totaled the truck. We bought an F450 and had our first breakdown on the way home. This is a truck with 60K miles. One of the issues was that there was gasoline in the fuel tank (yes, its a diesel). DFW Motorcars paid for a fuel filter replacement but thats it. We are spending thousands trying to get to the bottom of our low fuel pressure warning issue. Keep you eyes open when shopping at DFW Motorcars!

When I found the vehicle I liked the finance girl told me that I would have to but 1500 down the turned around the next day and said she increased the vehicle price by 2k and I would need to but down at least 2k do not buy from them

It was poor customer service, guy was taking pics of a van while talking to me after telling him what car I was interested in he told me like as if I didnt know the insurance wasnt going to be high because Im only 21 and it was a sports car but I already new telling me like I didnt know, and as if I didnt know about interest if I financed the car and he was saying I probably wasnt going to afford the car because I made approximately $1,500 a month which I know is possible, he doesnt know what I pay so how u know ? Anyways after that he told to use somebody else name which I was going to co sign with my mom but he just Assumed that I was getting it myself he should of just waited for me to tell him so they missed out on a sale
