I Hate Car Salespeople, but I LOVED these guys!I purchased my 2010 Mercury Milan from Express Auto Financial last week and was surprised by the service that Maria, Ruben, and Chris provided.My previous car was totaled in an accident recently so to my dismay, I had to go car shopping. I normally despise the experience because the majority of dealers are either misleading, overly aggressive, or are simply more focused on making a profit than being concerned about their customers. It took me at least a week of car hunting just to find a team of people who took MY needs into consideration.I actually wrote a different dealership, that same week, after a bad experience in DeSoto and asked the supervisor to train his salespeople:1. To LISTEN to the needs of the customer.2. To RESPECT the decision or right of a customer to NOT purchase their product.3. To DISCERN when to STOP SELLING!I was pleasantly surprised to discover Express Auto. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with respect and dignity. I could quickly sense that they were genuine in wanting to help. As a matter of fact, I was about to leave because I initially didnt see the car I wanted. And get this... they were actually willing to let me leave without any harassment (I call hostage negotiations) until I noticed the car I eventually brought.I RARELY write reviews (especially this lengthy), but so often people only comment when they have bad experiences. Express Auto may not big on inventory like the typical dealerships, but they were definitely big on service. Go see for yourself.

This company is by far the worst car company you can ever go to for cars, the cars half way work then they try to charge you for stuff they knew was wrong with the car before they offer the car!! They tow for no reason, then want to add the fee onto your bill!! the manager is very rude and disrespectful and likes to threaten your contract if something is not done their way i would not suggest getting a car from them!!

I have been window shopping for 2 weeks and I called twice and spoke to Ruben and Chris and received the same answers and was not told differently on the prices. I was welcomed and given all the information needed. Brought a friend to look at the vehicle and he asked if some minor details could be fixed and the issues were address to the Manger Maria, she had all the minor details fixed within minutes while paperwork was being worked on. I give Express Auto thumbs up.

If there where no stars I would leave no stars so I went out $550 down on a 2013 impala and the check engine light was on so I said I change my mind about the car and Maria said they would get it fixed all they did was take the cords to the battery off and last night I was picking my kids up from my aunts apartment and a man walked around from the fence and got in my car so I called just now and they repoed the car which Im not mad it needs work but they need a tow truck to repo I could of shoot the man and nothing could happen to me

I did have a good review i posted the same day i got the car. They WILL scam you here!! You will have to have an attorney to take it to court which i am doing. I had to call the police because Maria had 2 random men in a unmarked white impala following us around for 2 days straight. It was harassment. I had just made my $200 payment and my ins was dropped for only 3 days. Today is the 4th day and i am fully covered with proof and everything. I showed the police how maria had the audasity to text message me at midnight letting me know that when they repoed my car, my dog was inside the car with the windows rolled down. It was cold outside not hot. I didnt break the law at all in any way but i am being told to take lawsuit to court my attorney david is going to sue this place. I have the credentials and knowledge of the amount of illegality thats going on at this car lot. DO NOT TRUST MARIA OR RUBEN OR JUANITA. THEY ARE ALL LIARS AND SCAMMERS. THEY WILL BE SHUT DOWN SOONER THAN LATER BECAUSE WHAT THEY DID WAS ILLEGAL.
