I can’t comment on all the other stuff, but Eric did a great job with my alignment. He’s a young guy that put in a lot of hard work and sped through the alignment.Taking off a star for cleanliness as when I got in the car, there was dirt/soot on the steering wheel and gear shifter from when they moved the car into the bays. If you need something simple, I’d say you’re probably just fine bringing your car here.

Brought my truck in because my headlight went out. It was simply a blown headlight! They winded up replacing the balance and the bulb, over $400! Guess what? The light went out AGAIN! Brought it back, they replaced the part again. Guess what? The light went out AGAIN! Brought it back & they make me buy another part at almost $400 so that the warranty would cover the other part. Well, guess what? The light went out AGAIN and now they telling me $1200 for a headlight assembly AFTER I’ve already spent $800 plus! They are HIGHLY unprofessional & extremely RUDE! I sat here 4 hours today without any type of communication & they have the nerves to have an attitude with me like I’m the one in the wrong!

TAKE ALL BAD REVIEWS INTO CONSIDERATION!!! I took my car because my turning signals went out, I noticed both turning signal sockets were disconnected from the wire so I simply needed them reconnected. I explained it to the young lady twice in person and once over the phone, she insisted they needed to do a diagnostic ($69) to figure out the problem(even though I had just explained it 3 times and even told her exactly what I needed done). I paid for the diagnostic and they said the computer in the car needed to be replaced because it wasn’t sending the power to my turning signals. I took my car to another shop the next day and they fixed the problem for $30... This is a very shady place with shady/lazy employees, never taking my vehicle or work vehicles there ever again. They’ll “find” problems to keep you coming back and will never fix the problem properly; same thing happened with our work vehicle that had a pinched wire.

Tire Rotation an Oil change after 3pm stone super fast*

Took my 2006 Dodge Magnum for service. I hade a tune up and ignition coil replacement. Ive had no problems with my service request. Eric, the manager and his team are amazing! I was comfortable at this auto shop! This is the best auto shop in Grand Prairie, TX. Technicians are highly skilled! Eric and his team are amazing! Bring all your service needs to this auto shop. A must!

They did great service wise. However if you plan on using a Groupon dont waste your money. I still spent $292 on oil change, alignment, and balancing with the groupon discount. This is basically full cost at most places.

All these bad reviews are true worst mechanic shop ever, had a friend get a flat and left her car overnight, arrived at the 7:50 am following day to resolve when hours were listed as 8am-5pm.....waited til about 815 and tried knocking on door nothing, mind you I understand theres complications but after I went to DISCOUNT TIRE across the intersection to borrow tools for FREE came back at 845 and manager was really sluggish (type of person that snores while hes awake) taking his sweet time and appeared to have an attitude cause I was at the front door. Then after I ask if they can simply plug a tire and is talking to his mechanics (Im referring to the MANAGER) again just impatiently waiting as they were supposed to open at 8 they sit there and talk about moms complaining, HORRIBLE WORK ETHIC I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone Im lucky only needed a temp patch cause it looks VERY temporary. Dont come here even if its your last resort just drive on a flat and head over to discount tire across the intersection.... btw this business true hours seem to be 9-330 more than likely... business is business and should be conducted as such gonna repost on every possible review website I can cause they were so trash... took my whole morning waiting on these 3 all showed up at the same time like it was orchestrated or its the norm for them

Amazing as always always on point fast service gets it done right and cheaper than any other mechanic shop Ive ever been to its the only place I go to now for my auto needs and benita at the front desk was so nice and understanding during my frustrations with my car

My daughter took her car to have the brake pads replaced, and they fixed her brakes in less than the time they thought it would take. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Eric is a really nice and respectful person. He changed my oil 30 minutes before close. I appreciate that he put me first as a customer. He was not in any hurry but was aware being a curdious mechanic goes a long way.

The work was fine so far but the wait was not me the young lady was helpful and pleasant still.

Took my Chevy impala here to have BCM replaced they put a junkyard part in that did not fix my issue and when I questioned them about it they asked me to leave they are liars and thieves and I do not recommend anybody using them! This place is garbage.

I visited this business because of a Groupon advertsement for an alignment this past Friday. The technician took my car into the bay and about 20 minutes later the mechanic comes back and says You need a ball joint and a tire. I responded, Just go ahead and align it as is. He says okay but there is no warranty on the alignment. I agreed. So, about another 10 minutes later he comes back and says, The tie rods are seized up on that car and he didnt want to do all that work to loosen them for the alignment without me doing the other work. He didnt want to honor the Groupon price without doing additional work. Do not use this shop. I am a used car dealer and Ive met a few shady mechanics and shops. I wouldnt advise using them.

They will nickle and dime you for every cent. A simple oil change ...was told after the fact that its extra to remove a cover. Mechanic didnt even know how to reset my oil system after it was done....

The mechanics are horrible. The are not better than shade tree mechanics, I took my car in on 1/28/20 because the service engine light was on and it would idle in the morning. They completed a diagnostic and told me to fix everything would cost $697.75 I took the car back 4 times because the service engine light would come back on after 4 days. I dont think they were doing anything but resetting it. The last time I took the car in Eric told me it was an 02 sensor and the cheapest one he could find was going to cost $169 plus tax. By that time I did not trust them and did not want to lose anymore money fooling around with them. I took the car to the Nissan dealer and was given a different diagnosis. It is going to cost $900 to get the repairs completed. I must get the car fixed because I will not be able to drive after May 31 because the car will not pass inspection with the service engine light on. I have learn my lesson. From now on I will take my car to the dealer. Mattie Packer.

Best & fastest full synthetic oil change in the entire metroplex. Spent around a week trying to find somewhere to change the oil in my Volkswagen for under $100.They took me as a walk-in, and were done with my car before I could finish my lunch.Glad I took my business here.

The place could really have used a wipe, and i waited for 10 minutes with no service, i had to walk to the shop area for any attention.......but the service is where it matters most, and the guy was pretty friendly and quick....... the groupon made the deal sweeter

Use caution!! Manager (Eric) put wrong oil type in my vehicle and then tried to lie to me to justify it! My first time using them and las, they showed me zero trust that they do work professionally and honestly. If you have any work done here keep detail to what is being done!!

As most people, I tend to be very skeptical of mechanics; always worried that Im going to get swindled.My concerns where put at ease from the initial conversation. They listened, seemed genuinely interested in helping me and offered an estimate in line with others Id called.They were forthright about their progress and did a great job.A++, Highly recommend.

I always go here, however they looked very busy so I almost did not. Really glad I did! A state inspection only took about 15 minutes and was exactly as expected. No extra fees nor did I ‘suddenly have issues’, which has been an issue at other local places...

My jeep overheated and they quoted me $890 to replace my water pump and thermostat. called across the street and was quoted $409. Another shop did it for $300. I couldnt do the repairs myself because of recent back surgery. But come on.....over $500 difference?My friend took her jeep there to be inspected. It failed because systems were not ready they told her it would be $1000 for a catalytic converter. It was an ERG valve for less than $100.Because we were women?? Shame on you. We are jeepers that happen to know our vehicle . Try that on the next women who come in. Not us. Not today.

Another shop claimed that my struts and all four brakes needed replacing. I took it to Pioneer Auto Care and they told me the truth. Only my front brakes needed to be fixed and they showed everything to me to prove it. Now my car runs perfectly again!I am glad I took it to them for a second opinion. Next time, they will be my first and last.

IaA friend refered me tp Pionef Auto Care. She said show but dont buy the Groupon thru honor the price on it. I amn glad I come to Pioner. By far the best price, the fastest and greater service of all in the area.

Found this shop using a groupon for synthetic oil change. My suv has 448,000 miles on it so things go wrong with it, during my oil change they found that my valve cover gaskets were leaking and a bad sensor, they fixed both items same day very fast for a fair price.

Fast service sometimes a little stand-offish but service is fast.

I will never ever come to this place again i called 24 hours ahead of time they told me they would have my brakes the next morning for me to pull in and 30 minutes and leave my groupon was not working so the owner started being rude threshing to not do services even if the groupon didnt work i have money to pay like everyone else 3 hours later they just now starting on my car im a traveling nurse i have already paid my money and i have to leave in one hour to drive two hours to work no time to prepare this is disgusting i will never come back here again.

Took my car in GOOD HANDS to get my radiator flushed out. Told me it would take a few hours to Fix. Calls me telling me my car was ready DOESNT EVEN ACKNOWLEDE telling me “ my Car wasn’t working”. i get to the shop And the mechanic Starts my car However my car Wont start. He THEN tells me My car wasnt working Ever sense I brought it, why not tell me My car wasnt Working Off the jump ? Long story Short they Blew my motor, They did NOT know what they where doing Over heated my car messed up my heads. and Still then Charged me 75 $ plus I had to pay a Toe Truck To get my car Home. DO NOT COME HERE STAY AWAY.

I give them a 0. My experience with them is the worst customer service ever. I took my car to them and they said it was the transmission. I said they could fix it and a week went by and they still didnt have the part. They have had my car shipped off to get tested and they keep lying about my car. They still have it saying I owe some money when I gave them $700 to get started. My car is still there with a bad transmission and they wont give it back.

This has been by far the best automotive shop i have been to, great customer service, great prices went in with a bad muffler and check engine light came out with what might as well have been a brand new car. Under new managment made a big differance the new co owner, Eric, is amazing, great worker, and just overall a great person with a great shop. Good experience.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I went to get a simple oil change and explained that I was going out of town the next night. NEXT THING I KNOW MY BRAKES DID NOT WORK !! I know for a fact my brakes were fine and no where near the condition that they were left to me in. he checked them & i even asked the younger guy who drove my car in and out of the shop that they were fine when i left it & he agreed and even said he felt the brakes loose when he was parking it before i got it back ! then the guy said that he will only charge me for the part because he felt bad that it happend & he paid $30 for the brake lines at a junk yard ( that my dad recommended to try because they couldnt find a place to deliver them that day !) and they charged me 70$ for the lines plus the brake fluid when he said in the beggining he woukd just charge me for the part ! my sister also had a similar experience. went in for one thing and then all of a sudden they had the engine light and other things start to happen. I dont think its a coincidence and I see all these other reviews as well! what a shame ! I guess they saw a young girl who had to leave town as an opportunity to get more money !

Please read this before you take your car here.They are fraudulent and scammers and will try to scam you for your money to fix something that doesnt need to be fixed... If you already serviced your car with them, please take your receipt and seek a second opinion on that and I guarantee you not everything on the receipt is the work they did.. Most of them are things that are not wrong with your car... There is so many things I can say about this place but a word to a wise is enough. If they do intend to fix your car please request your old part back and seek a second opinion.

Cant say much because I never got a service done but while inquiring about an oil change.. I was being charged for extra things that other shops dont charge. I just thought that was weird so I left.

DONT BOTHER GOING HERE! Completely over priced, went in for a check up on my car and they charge a 75 dollars for diagnostics when diagnostics are free everywhere else. Ridiculous!

I have used this shop for brake and transmission issues. I would definitely recommend them. The work, prices, and customer service were Great!

I talked to the lady yesterday about coming in this morning to get my brakes done and she said that they open at 8:30 but someone will be there at 8am so I go there at 8am, well when I got there noone was there so I called and called no answer. I stayed until 835am and noone still showed up. I hate wasting my time and thats what they did.

I got my motorcycle inspected here it was quick and really affordable. Great place.

Car was diagnosed wrongly twice but was still charged wrongly for repairs which ended being $1000 for something they didnt fix. Please do not waste your time with these guys because they dont know what they are doing.

I will not be back nor would I tell anyone to go here. I called before I even took my car & the owner said it was probably my thermostat, so I ask him to also do a tune up. Long story short I ended up paying 466 to get my car back!!!!!! They called me so many times adding things & still didnt get a full tune up! They are a complete rip off!!! STAY AWAY!!

Took my car to get fixed and they charged me almost $200 just for sparkplugs but the car has the same sparkplugs they never changed them left my car with grease all over it and had to take my car somewhere else to get fixed and they wanted to charge me over $850 to fix but took to another place and they are only charging me $550 I will not be going back here

Just had my front hub assembly replaced on my 07 Chrysler Aspen that Mike and his Team has worked on for years and Im satisfied with the results. I buy my parts and have Mike to give me a labor price and out the door happy. I will recommend these guys to anyone and Im happy. They keep me going with out outrages overhead and markups from the dealership. There was someone on here that took their car to AAmco, well let me tell you about them, they are a complete ripoff for Transmission and recommend Eagle Transmissions, I had my Transmission replaced 2 times at AAmco on Lennon Ave and a total rip off, the charged me $2,200 the first time and with in the year warranty shy of the warrant they charged me again $1,800.00 dollars for the same crap. Stay away from AAMCO.

I use to come to this place for the past 2.5 years and I always thought that they were treating me with respect and looking out for me when it cane to my care being that I did not know anything about cars. I even recommended a friend to them. However on I recently went in for a regular oil change and the next day my engine light came on...I was under the assumption that oil was spilled onto another compartment and ll they had to do was reset the engine light. Well without any indication from my car, Mike (the GM) tells me that i needed a new transmission. Well because he was my regular repair man, I did not question him. Well long story short, Mike did not provide me with a rebuilt transmission. I had gotten two rental cars and took off several days of work because after this so called transmission was replaces, my car would stop, not go into gear and the engine light remained on. I took my car to get looked at by two other mechanics and they told me that the transmission was bad. When I told Mike and David, they both told me that I did not know what I was talking about and tat all they needed to do was reprogram the car. They refused to put in another transmission which was funny because the one that I paid $1334.96 for was under a 3 month warranty. So I ended up taking my car to Aamco and they tell me that my transmission was never replaced, it was never worked on. So now my car is with them with the cost already racking up. Mike has asked me on a date because he assumed that I was single, If all it took was a movie and a dinner to get my car fixed correctly from him, I would have went. Did not know that this man could be so dishonest and unprofessional. If you asked me 2.5 years ago was this a place that I would recommend, I would tell you yes, however now, I will tell you to go with nationwide professionals and leave the mom and pop shops alone.

This place is a total rip off they tell you one thing and charge you up and when that dont fix the problem they say i told you it might be somerhing else and charge you for that its on going and dont get a tune up they charge you way over price and only change sparks plugs ect over 200 hundred but dont change filrers and a lot more to the tune up thats extra and they sware they are doing you a favor netherless my car still not fixed but the good thing the workers are Nice especially mr. David he did every thing to help me but the owner wouldnt allow he just wonted more money people read the comment they will save you money i wish i did

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I cannot stress that enough. We got to this repair shop at 9am. We were quoted just under $400 for our radiator. We agreed and soon found out that our sensor was somehow broken. Coleman said hed hook us up and we wouldnt pay to much more eluding to around $60. We were later told our sensor wouldnt be there until 2pm...so we waited then at 3pm it was finally done...we ended up paying $500 because the sensor suddenly cost more around the manager Awad. The nasty attitude towards women who pay them up front rather then the ones who offer bjs or say theyll pay them next week is ridiculous....the best part of this awful experience is the sensor doesnt work and the manager got so nasty with us that we had to leave before things got out of hand...an all day stay, extra money for a broken part and awful service. We will return until they fix the awful work they did but after this never again!!!! Once again do not waste your time or money here!!!

Cannot find a better place to get all of my car issues resolved.
