Great service. I really needed an alignment and they were able to get one done for me at 6pm prior to closing after I called many other places that couldn’t get me in. Service was done in about 20 minutes and the price was awesome, half of what Firestone was trying to charge.

I did alignment for my car with you, hardly less than a month before, just less than 1000 miles . Can I come back and correct it again as my car is pulling to its right? Do I have to pay 60 bucks again? Or is there any warranty or something? Please let me know.

I went to have my car checked for an oil leak. Aladdin was incredibly kind and explained everything. Twice. Until I was certain I understood. We talked options and he kept me informed through the process. I was shocked with the affordability of the services provided. The car drive so well that I had to check the car to be certain it was mine. There have been so many years and other mechanics, yet none fixed my car so well I didnt recognize it as my own. Car Zone Tires & Wheels is my car place moving forward, I need not trust another.

I claim Aladdin as My Mechanic! This man has a heart of Gold and he is the TRUTH! Over the years hes worked on all my cars and everybody in my familys car. Now if he cant fix it or cant figure it out, he gone refer you to somebody thats good or that specializes in that area. But 98% of the time he got it because hes knowledgeable and his prices are reasonable! I luv that dude!

Aladdin and the guys do great, honest work. Theyve kept my Hustle Bucket rolling, even when it didnt want to hustle anymore. I got a new car, and Aladdin made a point to tell me how to take care of it and what to watch for, but that he was always available. Now, as I have a new/old cash car, Aladdin and the guys help guide me in getting the most out of this car. As a single woman, that man honestly talking with me about a car, meant the world to me. So my loyalty was established seven years ago. I think I should get him an anniversary present, lol

I love this place! I found it when I stopped there on a whim for an inspection years ago and have stayed with them ever since! They got my last car to 207,500 miles (and still said they couldve helped it last longer).My last mechanic was telling me I needed a really expensive repair that didnt sound right and told me it would cost four times what Car Zone said it should cost. Car Zone also told me I didnt actually need the service the other guy was overcharging me for.Im so grateful I found this place!

These guys really know their stuff, they work fast and efficient,I came in for an alignmentI thought it would take a long time like any other shop. But no they had me in really fast and out before I knew it .Within the hour I was there I saw how close the customers were to Aladdin and how fair he was with his prices and negotiations. Hes honest and has always done a great job for me.This place does get busy and parking can get tight but what would you expect when you get the type of friendly and honest service?Ive also noticed while there waiting and talking to others there are a lot of loyal repeat customers who has nothing but good things to say about the owners character and how they have been a customer for numerous years. To be honest this review will be extremely biased due to the fact of the owner being a good friend of mine. Long story short about 10 years ago my family moved to grand prairie and didnt have a dime. The owner Aladin helped my dad with a car tune up and a fresh pair of wheels for a ridiculous low price. Anyways hell fix your car up good and if he cant hell direct you to the right place for a good price. Hes honest and always willing to help.

Took my BMW in for some issues, and Aladdin was patient and tackled one issue at a time. He didnt charge me for any extra if he wasnt able to fix it, and he referred me to other services. I will definitely use them again.

Went in for a routine alignment. Without examining my vehicle, the technician walks up and tells me I need camber bolts installed; he claimed that all F150s need them.Called a few mechanic friends, as well as the Ford authorized shops... No service tech can make that call without first examining the vehicle and determining its specific alignment needs. Furthermore, the tech quoted me $80 per side plus installation.This shop is a rip-off. Taking advantage of customer ignorance.
